Jimmy John’s

It had been a long time since I got a jimmy Johns sandwich, until yesterday. It was my first time ever ordering it for delivery though, and I loved it! The guy that came was at my office very fast and they got my order right on! They even put in some extra dressing for me! I will defiantly be coming back!

I work in the mall, used to frequent this location until I got serious food poisoning. I was out for 2 days. I will never be returning. Be careful. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. Almost went to the hospital. Thanks jimmy johns @ southcenter!!! I’m very upset. 0 stars. Figure it out guys. Cross contamination isn’t hard to avoid. Or maybe you left the turkey out all night and served it anyway… who knows.

We had ordered a 15 sub party plate from jimmy johns today. We asked for half of them just to have turkey and roast beef on them. The ones that had only meat had very little slices. $ 40 was NOT worth it. We use to love jimmy johns and won’t be going back after this experience. When we called them they didn’t seem very willing to make us new ones either. Very disappointed.

So I ordered two sandwiches on line for delivery for my man and I. First issue they don’t allow you to pay in cash it has to be credit card or gift card… That’s annoying but in this situation I’m glad you’ll know why later on. I myself get the #4 Turkey Tom with it cut in half, bread left in, no tomato, ez lettuce, mayo, turkey, add cucumber reg, add provolone reg, add avocado spread. My man likes the #5 the Vito I believe — leave bread in, cut in half, no tomato, no oregano, no Italian vinaigrette, ez lettuce, ez onions, ez mayo, regular provolone, & the Vito meat (Genoa salami & capicola. They arrive freaky fast and I sign the receipt give a $ 2 tip and I’m ready to grub! We grab some chips, some drinks from the fridge and grab our JJ out the bag. Immediately my man notices how hard the bread is I’m like you don’t like it don’t eat it and we’ll get new ones let me see if mines the same… Mine was the exact same! His was even worse cause I asked for easy lettuce and it was mostly lettuce on his. So I call down there and get directed to the manager. I tell him that the bread is so hard and he’s like o well it’s probably just a little bit on the bottom. I’ll just put in the system that you deserve one free sandwich. I was like no the entire tops of the sandwiches are so hard that you can push holes into them when you try really hard I just want the same sandwiches with great soft bread like all the other JJs do it. The manager said ok I can do that for sure. Again delivery guy came asked for our sandwiches back and gave us some new ones. My man asks so these ones have soft bread on em right? The driver delivery guy responded idk I didn’t make them all I know is that they’ve changed up how they make the bread and it’s coming out harder… Like that really helps…
So we sit down and try this again. My mans sandwich still was terrible with heavy lettuce that was just gross quality, bread was still super hard and their was absolutely no mayo on it anywhere. I asked for easy not none! My sandwich had only one cucumber on one side which was disgustingly hard bread again to where I couldn’t eat it. So stiff it could be used as starter for a fire. Lastly
I’m not going to even bother to call back and ask for new sandwiches I’m going to call my bank and cancel payment on my card. I could make a better sandwich at home!

I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. They have quick, friendly, super fast service and simple orders. Sandwiches are always delicious and always make me want to come back for more.
I wish they would add a lot more sandwiches to their menu the same way they do everything now. I think if they added a few more things there menu people would love it even more. I think they should serve hot sandwiches also but the way they still do their cold sandwiches. They should make many more sandwiches then what they have on the menu, and I think they would be an even bigger hit. Great food, great service.

A lot of my coworkers order from here. The team is great, I order deliveries to work when it gets too busy or wet outside and they always come in quickly with good customer service!
I wont knock down a star for the one occasion when my french bread didn’t taste fresh and was hardened. Though I was a upset but it could have just been a bad batch. I dont know if anyone else had the same experience here ever. Other than that, love this location!

Bad customer service and not helpful, not worth your time. I would suggest you eat somewhere else

Great place to eat! Very clean! I could sleep on the bathroom floors. It’s so clean. Very friendly. The sandwhiches are always made accordingly. Stomach is extremely satisfied every time I leave.

Ugh I want this now! Best place no lie in the entire world. Every sandwhich I’ve had has been amazing at every different Jimmy John’s i have been to.

Freakishly fast! Great Italian club. The meat was really good and so was the bread. The sandwich was ready before I got done swiping my card. The chips are really good kettle cooked. A little too friendly and too many people working behind the counter. There were probably ten for two customers. The parking here ducks which is why it got a 4.

Everyone at my office orders jimmy johns from this location, probably about 13 times daily. They are all way in and out of there! Never had a bad experience with my order or the staff, although our receptionist did say one delivery guy said he didn’t like coming to our office cause we were bad tippers, which was rude but funny. Anytime they accidentally mess up and order they are always quick to correct it. Good team at this store, love the VITO :)

Best fast sandwich, hands down. I like this particular location because it’s easy to get into/​out of.
Blows the other guys out of the water, and it’s because of two key ingredients… their freshly baked bread, and Hellman’s Mayo.
My go to is the Beach Club (turkey/​avocado spread/​cucumber) but sometimes the Italian Club to change things up.
And yes… the Gargantuan is worth it.

I love jimmy johns. The food is always good and the employees are always great; but for whatever reason (corporate or local management) has decided that male employees have to cover up ear piercings. I find this an attack on personal freedom & expression. As a customer with ear piercings, I feel that whoever decided this is now sending the message that male piercings are not ok. Management should rethink this decision, this is the northwest. Let freedom ring!

I forgot the wonder that is Jimmy John’s until I stopped in for a #9, the Italian Night Club, with no cheese and no mayo. The bread – fresh and delicious. The lettuce – fresh and crunchy. The tomato – fresh and not gooey! The restaurant – clean with courteous employees. Overall, a major win!

Come on guys. At first my friend and I thought you had forgot the avocado spread. Then as she dissected the sandwich she saw a green smudge and I mean a smudge. Truly bummed out. If you can’t afford to put enough on where we can taste it just go ahead and leave it off the menu! Love and kisses!

I’ve stopped at this JJ’s several times and while the parking can be tight sometimes, they are rarely busy.
Today service was great and fast.

Love this place. Lightening fast but never sloppy! Always friendly and their sandwiches are divine, even with being a chain store. Love love love!

I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches but this is my least favorite location. Although I am happy to have a Jimmy Johns in Tukwila since its the closest to my home, the service and overall vibe of this Jimmy Johns is lackluster.
Maybe its because of the location. (Directly to the right of the front entrance of the mall, right before the escalators) or maybe its just because its in the mall. I’m not sure. Either way, the location and vibe of this place isn’t so impressive, but if your hungry and need a quick and delicious sandwich, don’t hesitate to hit this place up.
(Might I add still the best place to eat in the entire mall.)

Ten seconds after you order your food, they hand it to you. The bread and ingredients are the best you’ll find amongst the chain sandwich joints. The only way it gets better is if you go to the right sandwich deli.
I first visited JJs well over ten years ago, and it’s still great quality and great service.
Try: The Vito with hot peppers (seriously stomach pleasing)
Avoid: Coming for the ambiance

Stopped by this Jimmy John’s for the first time last week. The staff was friendly and the subs were made quickly, as usual.
Got my usual Beach Club Unwich, which was very tasty. Bonus points for this place because when you ask for extra avocado spread… you actually GET extra avocado spread.
I’ll definitely come back to this location when I am in the area.
