re: Happy Hour Saturday Night Awesome location. I forgot the individual’s that assisted me, but they have a great staff. Here’s what made my experience ‘great’. I noticed that possibly not many people were watching the televisions, so they were able to customize my request. We had two waittresses, mainly because I think one of them was leaving due to the timing of her shift. But both were great and were frequently checking back with me with assistance. The only thing I didn’t care for was that there were just way too many choices for sauces and the menu was pretty robust. I’m going there for chicken wings, so I didn’t even consider anything else.

I have been to multiple BWW and this one is by far the worst. Service is just terrible. I only give it two stars because I like the wings and the beer. Doesn’t seem like the managers care much for the guests happiness either.

The 5 stars is for the service. Dan took care of us in the bar tonight. He was amazing. Even though he was super busy he took excellent care of us and his other tables. Always moving around helping. Everything was quick and good. Drinks could be a little stronger.

My only negative comment about this place is the weight that I’m gaining from how many times I’ve eaten here in just one week. Don’t ask me where I want to go because this is where I will choose. But I haven’t had any complaints from everyone I’ve gone with and they are craving it just as much as I am too. Mango habanero and salt and vinegar are my absolute favorites. Their chicken tacos are to die for, it’s absolutely perfect. And when the carrots are fresh, those are also heaven. I’ve loved this place since the first one opened in Portland and they have not done me wrong xoxo

It’s BWW. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. If you haven’t been to one, let me tell you that the Jack Daddy burger is actually the best thing they have. I know it’s a wing joint but… it’s a chain corporate style wing joint. I’m 99% sure they make their wings with no flavor whatsoever, then toss them in whatever sauce you order. They have eighteen thousand sauces so the odds of ordering your favorite sauce on the first couple tries are pretty slim. Burger with onion rings and bbq pork on it just seems like a safer way to go to me. Lots of TVs. Kinda noisy. Cool logo with shirts n whatnot for sale if you like to pay to advertise for other people.

The only downside to this place. is if you do not show up during happy hour. your going to pay out the ass. Wings are great, amazing sauce selections. Burgers are good as well. wait times can take a while depending on time of day, and Sundays are worst. Overall experience was good. I look forward to the next time i stop in for wings and a drink with friends!

Went in for a mid-afternoon meal. Place wasn’t busy or crowded, but the thundering music(criticized in earlier posts) was deafening, we couldn’t talk across the table. Apparently it’s like this throughout the restaurant, no quieter corners. I could understand on a busy Saturday night, but on a relaxed mid-afternoon? C’mon, treat your customers with some respect. Food looked overpriced except for a few specials. Service was so-so. Management didn’t care about our unhappiness, said stereo volume was«set by corporate». We walked out. Looks like the only time to eat here is during Tues/Thurs«wing specials», preferably while wearing headphones.

The wings are great, if that’s what you’re coming here for! They have a great selection of drinks; I would suggest their margaritas. I had a peach smash and I was not fond of it, but their margs are pretty good. It’s tough to have a good conversation here… You can barely hear your waiters, much less your friend sitting a foot away from you. The atmosphere is so loud and rambunctious. You really have to be in the right mood. I mean, it’s pretty fun if you’re into sports and rowdy dudes but if loud people are something you get annoyed of easily, avoid this place!!! Their TVs are blasted all the way up, there are loud microphone announcements every so often for who knows what, and then the screaming FOOBAWWW fans on game days. Lights and movement everywhere… Not a place to be if you’re prone to epileptic seizures because there is a lot of sensory stimulation all the time forever. I got tired just being in here LOL. Service is a hit or miss. I’ve been frustrated with a couple servers in the past for poor service, but we had a great server tonight! Shoutout to Heaven(I think that was her name)!! They do get busy really fast, so patience is a necessity. Overall, great wings… Hit or miss on the service and atmosphere. Definitely come when you aren’t in a time crunch; it’s a place to be when you got some patience in ya soul and schedule. Good luck!

I came in there one afternoon with my sisters before I had to start work, not expecting to take too long since it wasn’t busy at all. Everything started off fine: we got our food and drinks ordered, and our server was pretty nice. 40 minutes later, we finally got our food. Except, it wasn’t what we ordered. Once I politely let our server know that’s not what we ordered, we heard her say«sh*t» under her breath as she hurried back to the kitchen with the food. At that point, our patience ran out, we were hungry, and I was gonna be late for work. So we immediately took our food to-go once it came out and swore to never return that place again.

I heard all the hype about BWW from friends in college who grew up in Tacoma or Lynnwood so I was pretty excited when they opened one up in Southcenter since it’s closer to where I lived. I love the wings! My favorite sauces are the honey BBQ and garlic parmesan. The servers normally ask you if you want ranch or bleu cheese on the side with carrots and celery. There are also moist towelletes on your table so you can wipe your hands before and after you eat your wings. The drinks are pretty good too, I’ve only been to their happy hour when it was close to closing and they have pretty good deals on drinks and appetizers. The restaurant itself is pretty big but can still be overly crowded, especially on a Tuesday or Thursday night when their wings are 60 cents each. Honestly those are the only days I would come here since they are cheap and their menu choices can be a bit on the pricey side. Luckily when you come closer to closing time, the wait time isn’t too bad. I do like their choice in music they play, but sometimes it can be extremely loud and it’s hard to hear what people at your table are saying. Overall I like it here, but not a place I would go to a lot. Most of the time the server is friendly and I never really had a bad experience here. I did have to stand at the bar once since bringing a chair over to a table was a «fire hazard» but I don’t think me standing made a huge difference with that. I’ll still come back but only when the wings are cheap.

An OK place to catch a game, but, like the other reviews mention, there may be a wait to be seated and served. The servers are hard-pressed to keep up with customers’ orders, and even a simple bar-like menu presents complications. Wings are OK with«boneless» basically being chicken nuggets. Onion ring basket is a great starter, but no mustard available? Yay for staff changing the channel to the game we wanted. May return if in the area.

I’m not from Washington, but I do visit this evergreen state quite frequently. I came in yesterday for their 70c bone-in chicken wings and the experience was more than 5 stars. We entered the restaurant and noticed that it was quite busy. We were still greeted and got seated right away! Right off the bat, our server introduced himself and got us our drinks right away. We ordered the fried pickle as an appetizer and it was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, highly recommend trying this dish out for those who haven’t. We also ordered a total of 23 bone in wings which included a mild, honey barbecue, and Parmesan garlic. All three flavors were delicious as expected. One of the main things i did notice is that back home,(Vegas), our bone in wings are A LOT smaller than the ones here, I’m not sure if that’s a Washington thing but it was surprising and enjoyable! Throughout our whole experience, we’ve never had to ask for refills because our servers were on top of it. We had different employee come up to us and ask us how our meal was. One of the Captain’s, named Lorenzo, even came up to us and asked how we were doing and I asked if I could have my hockey game put on the big screen, which he did! Overall, the experience was pleasant and more than what we expected. Great job Tukwila BWW team!

My past experiences here have been ~all right~. Nothing terrible in particular stands out besides sometimes the orders and drinks take forever to come out(forever being 30+ minutes) So I’ve learned to come here expecting the worst wait times, and to never come already hungry cuz I’ll just end up hangry waiting for my food. My most recent visit was yesterday. The place was packed, as expected, for Sunday football games. We were seated in about 10 minutes which was great. I’ve had experiences here where my server was nowhere to be found but today, we had a great server named Alina who made sure we were taken care of. My fav things to get here are of course, the wings. Personally I like the mango habanero, jammin’ jalapeño, honey bbq and chipotle rub. The classic mac & cheese is also delicious. Also, try their shrimp tacos! I am usually not a fan of seafood tacos but these are an exception :)

This BWW has been fine for me. I’ve been here multiple times and the food was consistent. Large chains like this seem to have high turnover, so I can understand how service wouldn’t always be good. The service on my visits were OK. The traditional wings and fries were pretty great, but the mac and cheese was very disgusting.

Giving this 5 stars for our in-and-out service from our hostess Stina. We walked in, asked for seating for 2 and told them we were in a hurry. Stina did everything you’d hope for: She sat us down, took our drink order and came back quickly to take our main order. It arrived exactly as ordered, but Stina also ran the bill and made sure that we were able to get out without having to wait for a bill to arrive after we’d finished eating. She also asked if we wanted to box our food before we got to the end of the meal to make sure we could leave easily. We were really limited on time and were grabbing a bite to eat between appointments, so to receive this service meant the difference between eating and not eating any food. That being said, her foresight and thoughtfulness left a deep impression on me, and I hope Management rewards her for a job well done.

I’m giving this place more stars because my boyfriend and I just started to call in and order take out on Tuesdays. Yummy cheaper wings minus all the chaos, slow service, and people. We call ahead and then tack on an extra 15 mins. After doing that we usually don’t have to wait for long to pick up our wings. If doing take out you better check your bags!!!

I only come here for the bone-in Tuesdays wing specials! Otherwise, it’s way too pricey in my opinion. The jamming jalapeño and the mango habernero is okay, it’s too sweet for my liking. I really enjoy the dry seasoned buffalo wings though! The atmosphere is very young and hip, but I think the music is too loud and it’s very difficult to hear what people are saying. I have to strain my voice to get my friends to hear me. The music selection is good though, but better for a bar scene! The waiter was friendly and attentive. Again, I would only come here on Tuesdays! Expect a 40 – 45 min wait Tuesday’s!

I usually come to this place on Tuesday’s which is there 60 cent wing days. This place gets extremely packed and waiting for seats could take up to a hour sometimes. The music tends to be very loud and its pretty hard to have any conversation without screaming at someone here. I would say my favorite sauces that i would recommend would be the parmesan garlic, salt and vinegar, mango habanero(if you like spicy), they are my usual go to there. I was unhappy with the customer service during one of my visits when I came in and I asked for a table of 5, the lady who was the manager in charge said she put down my name. I ended up sitting and waited for about an hour then I went to ask what my status was and she ended up telling me that i wasn’t on the list. She didn’t even apologize or offer to try to expedite the next table, she just acted like she didn’t remember me. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes before we got sat down. Even after the incident I still come down, most of the servers are pretty friendly and nice. I learned that doing online orders is the way to go, you don’t have to wait and picking up is quick and easy, and you can still get the special prices.

Guess you either love it or leave it, this is the place when you want 18+ flavors of wings, and want to watch sports with your bros at the same damn time. Maybe it was just this night or my perception, but the wings were way bigger here in Tukwila than the Westlake location. Excellent service sitting at the bar, with jokes, consistent check-ins, and a smile from bartender Samantha, and the garlic parmesan and dry rub favors never let me down. Let the NFL ’15-’16 season begin! Although I doubt I’ll return anytime soon due to the distance from home in downtown, still, Yummers.

This is the second time I go here. And I really like it. I used to hate wings, and now I love them. They have to be nice and crispy which these are. I like the lemon pepper ones. I came with a few friends and we each ordered an appetizer. I got to try the soft pretzels and the fried pickles. So good!!! I can’t stop thinking about those two. lol The two times I’ve been(first time at Federal Way BWW) I noticed that the staff is not as attentive. But I understand, both times I went on a Tuesday, and Tuesday is not the best day to go, because they have a wing special of 65 cents per wing. I would not come to this place any other day though, I think its too expensive for wings.
