We come here often because we love the food but service is always a hit and miss. Today we came in and we’re greeted and everything once we were ready to order we were totally ignored. We were looking them in the eye and they were talking to people who were obviously family or friends who just got done eating we waited a long time for both guys to get done talking to there friends. I felt it wasn’t appropriate especially since I work in the food service industry. Andre took our order and was very rude to us. Our food is always great but I wouldn’t come back for the service.

Wingstop wings are the best wings out there. I crave them non-​stop. They’re made to order and the fries are delicious! The seasoning is like a salty sweet mix and you can’t resist them. Definitely get a roll too!

The new flavor Smoke 9 taste good also Louisiana Rub taste good. They could add more flavor to the chicken. The barbecue taste like Tyson barbecue from the store.

Love the Hawaiian flavor on the wings, the potato salad was good too. I am going to try the fries next time.

Normally I’m happy with wing stop but waiting 30 minutes for my food AFTER I called 30 minutes beforehand. then they forgot my cheese sauce that they charged me for. Im not even hungry anymore and feel like I deserve my meal for free.

I was never that big of a wing stop fan. Our family would order it everytime they’d come down to visit from Everett but I was never head over heals about it… until I tried the lemon pepper this last time and boy have they won me over! I’m not a huge lemon fan… I hate it in my water and would never chose any lemon dish over cheese of spice, but there is something so good about their lemon pepper wings! Try it, trust me, your life will change!

Love this place! I have been here a few times and have always had good experiences. The staff at this location have always been friendly. Courtney was our cashier and was very patient and friendly while we were undecided about what we wanted and even went above and beyond to give us a good experience. She recommended the Louisiana Rub which we hadn’t tried during previous visits and it is now my boyfriend’s favorite kind! (I do recommend).
The whole crew was friendly, (Chris, Nacho, and Jose), and the atmosphere always feels cheerful. I hate going to Buffalo Wild Wings, the service is slow and the place is always so loud, and the wings aren’t as good. Wingstop is our favorite place to get wings close to home! (I also love their fries… sweet and salty).
We will def continue to visit this location. I went to the Puyallup Wingstop once and it wasn’t the same.

Updated to 2 stars within the hour of this post since the manager reached out to try and see if they can assist. Good management effort!
We ordered online on a Sunday. It gave us a confirmation email and everything. We arrived and the employees were all there cleaning up with the door locked and they didn’t bother to open the door. They didn’t care if we had a confirmation email. When I looked at the hours posted on the door, there was 2 minutes left before actual closing. So why are you closing early? And why would your website still allow for orders and send confirmation of when you can pick up your order? Their website had their hours extended another hour from their door sign. Sad, just sad.

I go here at least once A week and it takes a lil time for the food but it’s always good I like it because it’s never too crowded but definitely give them 5 stars. Keep it up !!!

Best place for wings on a Thursday, especially when Buffalo Wild Wings is packed and 35 plus minutes to grab a table for two! Came here afterwards and there was NO line, plenty of space and televisions to watch the game. On top of that, they serve alcohol, which is awesome in my book!
Waited here for my friend. And have to say it was easy because the food is really good! I liked the ambiance too!

Nice wings n fries, mango habanero is the bomb if u could handle the spiciness, lol. Korean bbq?!? I’ll pass next time.
The fries are good but not great. And the wait was kinda slow for dine in. Few of the take outs ordered after me got their wings before I did.

I do enjoy here a lot more than BWW. It is quiet here and not crazy. I can sit down and have a meal without thinking that I am in a Jungle. And I do like their wings a lot more. && I was told another seahawks player (not sidney rice) is going to be buying some franchises soon. I hope that does happen because this needs to be EVERYWHERE.
The guy was very nice, very attentive to the fact that I have kids. Every recommendation that he gave me was food that my kids can eat too. I really appreciate that. You can also tell he loves working here, the enthusiasm he has when he talks about his workplace is very contagious.
So why the low rating???
I ordered my food at 11:03am, I did not get it until 11:28am. I didnt even order very much. I am only disappointed, mainly because he said it will be 5 – 10 minutes, but in reality a lot more.
And I really wanted to tip the guy, but I didnt know how. Do I go up and tell him to attach it on the bill? Or do I leave cash on the table? I am not a hundred percent sure. So I didnt, and now I feel bad.

My girlfriend and I were craving buffalo wings, so we stopped at Wingstop on our way to the airport. We ordered 20 wings with original hot sauce, an order of fries, and a side of ranch (btw, I can’t believe that they charge for dipping sauce).
The restaurant was mostly empty, and the only order ahead of ours was for a group of four girls. Nevertheless, it took over 35 minutes for us to get our food. This is baffling to me because they only make 3 or 4 things (wings/​boneless wings, chicken strips, and fries) and all of them are simply tossed into the fryer. I have no idea what was taking so long.
Once our food came out, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The wings were juicy and the sauce was zesty and decently spicy. The fries were a little over-​seasoned but still tasty. The food was worth the wait.
I’d definitely recommend this place (as long as you are not in a hurry).

My first time here about 4 – 6 mo. ago wasn’t so great. I did not Unilocal about it hoping it was just that one time. This time around was better, a whole lot better! Ben, the manager was fantastic! He was so attentive and helpful. He was bussing tables and cashiering when we got there. I’m sure they are short staffed as there was a help wanted sign out front.
The fries were not over seasoned like they were the last time we were here. The wings were amazing! I got the mild and lemon pepper rub. You can pick two flavors per pound and a dipping sauce. I always go for the blue cheese! They have giant chunks of blue cheese in it! Drool…
The cool thing about this location is that there are TONS of seating unlike the Renton Landing or Tacoma locations. I know the Bellevue one has more seating but not as much as this location in Tukwila.
For being short staffed, seemed like there wasn’t much of a wait to get our food. They do call you up to grab your food and napkins are on a roll where you pick up your food amongst the utensils etc…
I know I’d like to come back here and hope my experience will be similar to this one. I really want this to be my go to spot for wings as BWW is just too much fluff, not enough chicken.

Great wing place if your in the area. Lots of parking, many tables and very clean.
Food: 5 stars!!! Dare I say that these wings grace my top two tastiest spots… wayyyyy above Buffalo Wild Wings. Crispy, fresh and smothered in the sauce of your choosing. They are made to order, so allow 15 – 20 minutes if you walk in. The wait is WORTH IT.
Why do vegies cost extra? For almost a $ 1/​wing, vegies should come for free like other places.
Garlic Parmesean: forgettable, didn’t taste the garlic, it was just loaded with parmesean. Would be great for kids because they weren’t spicy in the least.
Mild: perfect amount of heat, finger lickin good. Their recipe is incredible.
Service: 5 stars. The two people working were incredibly friendly.
Ambience: 3 stars. It’s tough to make out the sign from the street… very drab and doesn’t grab your attention.
Music AND the TV’s going!!! Overkill. One or the other. The TV’s were pretty small.
There were three other tables that had the dirty trays still sitting on them… no where to bus your dishes. They need to fix this. The two people working didn’t bother to clean it up even though they had some time on their hands while behind the counter.
Summary: great wings!!! And I’ve heard the seasoned cheesy fries are mouthwatering.

Always great service and fresh wings! We always order naked wings and then our choice sauces. Unsalted fries are the best.
And you can’t go wrong with a side of veggie sticks.

Our Go-​To Wings Place!

Went here with family on a weekday at around 7:30 in the evening, and it wasn’t busy at all… Very casual, clean dining area…
The wings themselves are a smaller size, so you can expect to eat more (in number) than you think. Cooked well, you can eat the wings clean off the bone. Multiple flavors to choose from, I favored the Parmesan… The celery and carrot sticks that comes on the side is cool and crisp, refreshing… There are definitely better places to go for good wings, but I thought these were still pretty tasty and addicting.
Customer service would use a bit of improvement though. It was okay, they just seemed tired? Unenthusiastic?

I love going to wing stop, especially for their Meals For Two specials which comes with 15 piece wings, fries, and two sodas. I always have to get the Original Hot wings and then I try a different sauce every time.
There really isn’t any way you could go wrong with their options. Not to mention the fries at AMAZING. The only downside is the service is always hit or miss.
Honestly I would never recommend eating there. When it’s busy they never clean the tables fast enough and always run out of napkins. A few times their soda machines have been down on a few flavors which has sucked.
Lastly if you are going to order to go. Make sure you are at least 10 minutes later than they say. They are always running behind. Also, if you have the option go to the Southcenter store instead of the Landing. It’s so much better there.
