I LOOOOVEE this Coldstone location!!! I think mainly because of the owners or managers, I am not completely sure. But they are there literally from open to close everyday and are the nicest and the most sweetest people ever! My family do not come here on a weekly basis, and sometimes not even on a monthly basis, but they remember me, my husband and our girls like we were just there yesterday. They always know what we like, and will offer bowls and spoons for the girls, even when the girls were waiting INTHECAR. How sweet is that? To make them even sweeter, when we order ice-cream cakes, they will always offer candles for free. I’ve bought cakes about 5 times now, and every single time, she will try to offer candles for FREE, even though the cakes were for different occasions. One time, I made an error and scheduled a cake pickup the day AFTER what it was suppose to be, the owners smiled and laughed with ease, and made me a cake with no complaints. Thats customer service at its finest!

EXPENSIVE&STINGY! 2 gotta have its for 13 bucks. I moved up here from Lacey. The cold stone down there would have the ice cream towering over the top of the cup. This cold stone barely filled it to the rim. 2nd time there and my last…

90 degrees in Seattle for the past week and it appears that the heat is going to continue. The only thing higher than the heat is the prices at Cold Stone Creamery. Long gone are the glory days where everyone was happy at Cold Stone, they joked, sang and even danced. The rich creamy goodness was a mash up of your favorite toppings and within reason, no one charged you extra. Now it’s a place where they are cheap, stingy and not all that friendly. Forget about the large shakes with two scoops of mix ins. Now they add more milk to stretch the shakes, shake the smaller scoop to «Level Off» the mix ins and find any reason to charge you for something that should be free. On a day like today where the sun was beating us down, the store was near empty, I wonder why… Could it be because people are fed up with paying more for less? After a poor experience in Issaquah, the franchise liaison(Eric Johnson) reached out. Told me that there were a lot of complaints about that location and that although aware, the franchise agreement doesn’t govern owners cheating customers out of the original Cold Stone Experience. Not only did he say he was sending me a gift card in the sum of the 4 large shakes I purchased(Never Did) he told me that I would be treated well at any other location in the region. I’ll say this, somebody’s pants are on fire! Just like Issaquah, I will no longer return to Southcenter. I got to pass two Baskin and Robbins to get here and even though it’s not as good, at least they are both honest and generous. Service sells, maybe Cold Stone should add that to their Franchise Manual. Cheap owners are losing business for the other owners that understand a little extra sprinkles on top is not only cheaper than adding more ice cream, but it brings in more money than pushing customers away.

Really great experience. Just ordered a birthday cake for my granddaughter for her biryhday. I have ordered same cake every year for the past 7 years. The woman at this cold stone was so accommodating and very helpful. What a switch from the rudeness at the kent station cold stone. I highly recommend this cold stone. …

Really not my favorite spot, but it’ll do. I wish they had pistachio flavor. I got the chocolate chip mint, my waffle cone was stale tho. SHAM to that

I have always been a fan of Cold Stones from day one. However, in the last year or so I have found their customer service has really dropped until yesterday. We called the store at 8:55pm to see what time they were closing and the gentleman said 9pm but are you close by? I said well we should be there in 15 minutes and he said not a problem I will keep the store open for you. That was very nice of him. When we got there he helped us out with a very big smile and made sure we were happy with our choices. I’m assuming he was the Manager or Owner. Great work and the ice cream was awesome.

Firstly, I’m going to complain that I could have bought an entire tub of ice cream for the nine dollars I paid. What so ever, my tastebuds were satisfied! Strawberry + blueberry cheesecake waffle bowl! MMMHMM

Just had their banana ice cream with a brownie mixin. Absolutely amazing! The banana ice cream tastes like real bananas, and the brownie is soft amd chewy. Friendly staff.

Great ice cream — so yummy! Ann was very busy making waffle cones and cups, yet was gracious to make us feel more important than anything else she had going on. Nicely done. Four stars ONLY because of the pricing. Yet, one should expect that at these types of places.

I have never been a huge fan of cold stone with all the other great ice cream places around Seattle. But with that being my luck I always get gift cards to them. I like the concept of adding your own mix ins. Everything always looks amazing. But I always find mine lacking. Not enough mix ins. And the ice cream is to overly sweet for me.

The staff here has always been stellar! It’s impressive how they can always handle large lines and still shout a greeting to everyone that walks in! I always love tipping them because I love their little jingles they sing! The floor is always clean, glass display case is smudge free and the bathrooms are well kept! It’s an OCD ice cream lovers paradise!!!

Horrible service. The owner is a liar, she could make an all ice cream cake, but said she could not make it. Last year she did an all ice cream cake with 4 different flavors & charged $ 10 extra for my son birthday. This year I reodered and she charged $ 30 extra, I said ok. After all, she said she only willing to do 2 flavors, and she could not make the same cake as of last year. If she could not do it so why did she make it last year. If you want to lie, lie from the beginning not after you have done it. I went to a different cold stone location to order and they did it without extra charged. Thanks for being rude, now I’ve found somewhere with better service and cheaper.

I will never go back. They would not honor my gift certificate that I received as a gift this year. Horrible service.

Pretty good ice cream. You kind of have to know what’s good otherwise its easy to mess up. Service was good. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest but overall a good experience.

Service was great, small line, ice cream was yummy. The only thing with this place is that it is pricey. Between two ice cream cones we could have bought at least three containers at the grocery store.

I really like Cold Stone, but I find it highly priced. I usually come here for their strawberry cheesecake overload, or anything with strawberries. I usually get their like-it’s, since it’s the smallest, but also the most logical to eat. The others are huge sizes that can feed at least 2 – 3 people… so I just settle for the like-it’s. I love how they make their own ice cream, and how they mix it in front of you. They also make their own waffle cones, and everything else. They are lovely, friendly, and sing when you tip them in dolla, dolla bills ya’ll. The only downfall is that they charge you crazy expensive. I rarely ever come here, but when I do, I am never disappointed. This location is small, barely fits 20 people here. Expect crazy lines and busy crowds during HOT days!

I was excited to get ice cream today on such a warm and sunny day. The energy at this location was just not there and I ordered my ice cream with Reese’s and definitely got the smallest amount I have ever gotten. When we tipped them we didn’t get a thank you or a song. I was a bit disappointed and no thank you for coming in when we left… looks like I will be visiting better establishments for ice cream in the future.

I give this place a 4 star because the Cookie Minster(and I like to add brownies) are the most delicious dessert I have ever had. Ok, not the MOSTDELICIOUSEVER… but you get my drift. It is one of my faves :)

Who doesn’t love ice cream?! I still remember the day Cold Stones came to Southcenter. It was crowded for a couple years. Now it’s pretty dead. LOL Their menu has changed, but the taste is still there! I often only order the strawberry shortcake sunday in a cup. It’s probably the best mix for me. Drop a dollar into the tip jar, they’ll sing you a song. =)

I said I CEEECREAMMMERYYY… mMMmMmm… Many hot summer days, Cold stone has fulfill my needs for something creamery and sugaryyyy… I mean it’s not just ice cream. It’s FRIGGEN cold creamery mixed well with yummy candies. It’s not thee best ice cream but it’s still good. :) I would say, it is ridiculously kinda pricey for a «GOTTAHAVEIT». But when it says, «gotta have it»… damn right you gotta have it your way! :) Order the«WhO yOu cAllin’ shOrtcAke?» it’s a mixture of white vanilla ice cream, pound cake, strawberries, and whip cream. It’s only yummy for the first 3 bites, after wards its really not as good as it sounds like. LOL But, it doesnt hurt to always come here once every summer… just ONCE every summer… LOL BTW, when you do tip them a dollar or more… the employees sing. for this location… they suck at it now.:(
