Yesterday, I came in with my mom. We had to exchange a bracelet for a different size and get a few charms for her. Heidi (I think) helped us and she was patient, gave us her recommendations and her thoughts. It was a pleasant experience.
Just few hours later, we came back to the store because my mom was having second thoughts about the charms she purchased. She wanted to browse and look for ones that she loves. It was crowded by then and only two employees were working. After waiting at least 30 minutes, it was our turn and Margo helped us. She doesn’t work well under busy circumstances. We felt rushed and didn’t even want to look at the other items we planned to because she acted like making an exchange was such a bother. I don’t even think she smiled the whole time! Worst experience I’ve had was with her.
Usually, I stop by to just browse and all of the employees are really nice. Best time to come is when it’s not crowded.

The jewelry clerks at this pandora location are very welcoming, efficient, friendly and patient. They have consistent knowledge of current products and are helpful with the variety of questions I had.
I’ve been here to just browse and on other occasions to buy, either way I was treated with the same respect and urgency.
I adore the quality of pandora jewelry and recommend it to anyone who is looking for high quality, unique luxury jewelry as a gift or an addition to a jewelry collection. The charm line is addicting, though… So try to not buy them for yourself, you’ll be getting plenty as gifts :)

I received fabulous customer service at this Pandora Store. I was searching for a bracelet for my daughter (who is pregnant with her first child) and they showed me an adorable baby carriage charm, which I immediately fell in love with! The bracelet was purchased, as was the charm (plus 2 more to keep it company) –and I am sure she will love this gift! The sales people were very professional and patient while I compared my options-​I will be back for more charms!
