The wor wonton soup is very good! The broth is rich and flavorful. SERVICESUCKSHERE! Our server was very rude. She tossed the menu at us and made us feel uncomfortable. Maybe because we’re young she thought we weren’t going to tip? Idk but she made me want to NOT leave a tip. She didn’t refill our drink until we were done eating. The Asian lady at the counter is BEYOND rude. Tried to charge us for 2 drinks when we only had 1. When I tried to correct her she yelled at me as if she was trying to embarrass me. Won’t be back because of her.

Totally amazed at how delicious my food was! This small restaurant is located by Hollywood liquor and the parking here is maybe 20 spaces for both businesses. The prices are reasonable and so are the portion sizes. The reason I gave this place 4 stars is because of the table situations inside. :(The long tables are so annoying and leaves a party of four or smaller left to eat at these humongous tables, with no backing space to really sit comfortable. Our food was served to us under 10 min. score!!! This place will definitely be a regular visit from me! Customer service here is also very friendly!

Passed by this place for years & wish I would have tried it sooner! Salt & pepper calamari was fantastic. The noodles had a great flavor you can only get from a high heat seasoned wok. Will be back.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had figured on the high reviews this place had I would give it a shot ordered the almond chicken chow mein(boiled noodle no flavor with almond chicken poured over it) I was thinking it would be chicken chow mein with almonds thrown in wrong! Nasty and blah cashew chicken was just as blan! Egg fu young was decent no real stand out on flavor the Mongolian beef was actually the only really good thing we got from there I have to admit that was worth every penny the rest of it not worth the gas to go and pick it up

The food is pretty good. However the last time I was there we found a bug in my sons Shanghai chow mien. I played it off so he wouldn’t freak out.

The food here is great, and the staff are super friendly. I’m from San Francisco, an I lived in China Town for three years. The Mushu Pork here is as good, or better, than any I have eaten in SF, or anywhere else. The sesame chicken was a little sweet for my taste, but still very good, and my kids loved it. One of my kids spilled his water glass, as they were so sweet cleaning up — not a complaint, and they brought him another edited he could ask for it. I would absolutely eat here again! Highly recommended.

4 stars for the friendly, attentive service. Food was also good, portions very generous, and prices excellent. I appreciated the soup as first course. I don’t recommend the double mushroom in Lobster sauce just because I think they used canned mushrooms. Everything else was just as I expect for this kind of well-priced Chinese fare.

Super good food super good prices great place for the money. The number 2 is a great combo and the orange chicken was really good. It’s seems that this place is for real and we will be back. I was referred by a friend and I am super glad they sent me here. Thanks again China Inn!!!

If your looking for Chinese food in Tulare there’s really only one place to go. When I first came here I was skeptical at first. It’s located in a strip mall, so that alone may turn some people away. I decided to give it a shot anyway, and now I’ve become a regular. I usually come for the lunch special. The dish I love ordering is the shrimp jalapeño. It usually comes with a side of fried rice and chow mein. I’ve never been a chow mien fan so I just get the fried rice. The shrimp is full of flavor. It’s cooked with the jalapeños and garlic among other herbs and spices. It’s so tasty that now I have it at least twice a week.

Came here with my friend and his fiancé and all of us agreed, the food was just average but factoring price, might not be worth it. We had orders of curry and orange chicken. May try again next time considering the positive reviews below.

Nothing special about this place. Very average. I wouldn’t go here. There are way better alternatives.

Nothing special. I ordered egg rolls, chicken noodles and chicken with broccoli. I also asked for hot mustard and hot sauce. Important note — if you are staying in a hotel and get it to go, do not order the noodle dishes. They give you a quart size container of broth and put the noodles and other ingredients in a box. You then have to combine them. Not very easy to do. The egg rolls were quite greasy. They are the smaller variety. Other than greasy, they were okay. The chicken with broccoli was bland. I asked for it extra spicy and they did kick it up a bit. That helped with the flavor. They only provided one very small container of mustard and hot sauce. The mustard was gone after the first egg roll. Skip this place — pick something else if you are in the Tulare area.
