Tiniest portions ever! I know you hate that you are at work, but that’s not my fault. Every other Panda I’ve visited, I’ve received generous portions. But I always feel gipped at this location. Serioudly, I will drive to Visalia from now on.

Food always take a while and they don’t have a lot of choices at certain days and times.

This Panda is so much fresher than any of Visalia’s. The orange chicken actually tastes good and is a little on the spicy side. Chow mein is always good here too.

Well VERY disappointed! The service sucked and right as I was paying I asked to add to my meal and the cashier looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. Didn’t want to overload the situation so just scratched that idea. Next, the food was mediocre and felt like I shoulda went somewhere else!

Very friendly service, fresh food, superb taste. Quick service, I needed a takeaway for six people and got their family meal to go, They way the stuffed this it was enough for 8 – 10 people, The food was excellent in taste. You even get the fortune cookies, plates and forks, They have lots of parking and the meal costs $ 30. It has 3 main dishes and two side dishes.

Entrees were fresh, servers were efficient and helpful. Restaurant & bathrooms were clean. Nice little outdoor area for dining with dog. Easy on & off the 99 freeway.

I am so disappointed I’ve been in there twice and both times I got horrible service and rude people… I went in and the sesame chicken looked old and not appetizing so I requested fresh chicken and they said they couldn’t help with that. I mean is it to much to ask to get fresh food when your paying 10 $ a plate. Then once she said I couldn’t get fresh chicken she proceeded to help the people behind me like I wasn’t there anymore… I mean excuse me for taking a second to look around. I prefer to drive to Visalia and get Chinese food at the mall then come here it’s not worth it. It’s sad because I’ve always like Panda Express and this place just made me want to stop going because it reminds me of bad experiences.

They were skimpy with the amount of food that I was served in my plate… I always get a good served container in the other panda express stores in visalia… won’t be coming here to Tulare restaurant anytime soon

Service sucks… our food still… havent gotten it yet. I understand its busy but the workers are not communicating wait time to patrons. They continue to take orders while not tending to those who have already ordered. This restaurant could definitely be more organized.

When I am ravenously hungry and I only have time for fast food, Panda Express becomes a very attractive option as they give you a generous portion of food and if you choose your entrees and sides carefully you can bulk up on fresh vegetables and keep your fats and carbs low and the prices are reasonable. This Panda Express is decorated attractively in their signature color combination of red, orange, and avocado green. There are plenty of seating options in half-booths(upholstered bench seating on one side), high top café tables, and regular tables). Before you make it to the relative comfort of those tables, first you must queue up, get a tray, and slide it cafeteria style down the line and make choices about what you’d like to eat. The most common orders appear to be two entrees and a side for $ 6.59 or three entrees and a side for $ 8.08. Considering the amount of food you actually get, this is pretty reasonable. To start, you have your choice of five different sides: fried rice, chow mein, mixed veggies, steamed white rice, or steamed brown rice. On this visit I chose mixed veggies. I chose two different sides, the Honey Walnut Shrimp(which is horribly fattening with its deep fried, batter coated, sweet sauce covering) and Stringbean Chicken, which is one of the lighter healthier options. If you’re calorie conscious, they list the calories right on the labels. Random question: why do they have you grab a tray at the beginning and slide it all the way to the end when they don’t actually hand you the food until they end after the cashier has rung you up? On of the reasons I like eating at Panda Express is that they have so many drink options other than soda. There is Sobe Lean in the soda fountain, and orange and apple juice displayed over ice at the checkout. If you’re looking for large quantities of healthy food at reasonable prices, this is the place for you.

this panda express gets really busy probably one of the busiest I’ve even seen … that being said parking sucks, the people there need to get a new manager because I always see like 1 or 2 person on the line serving and 3 people in the back, it’s crazy… the line gets long really easily and it doesn’t help that one person tries to do it all… the food is ok but it’s panda express so my expantations are pretty low. overall ok food but the lines are so long !

SLOW, slow service!!! Clean dining area and bathrooms. Good tasting food but VERY skimpy on food servings. If in the area again I will pass.

This has got to be the only fast food place that comes out with a new dish bi-weekly, and it looks and taste the same as the other 7 dishes they serve. Designed to fool the eye. The food looks decent before you order it, but after being rushed to place an order, you still end up with 3 items that taste just like the new one. I give it two stars because they serve mountain dew…

I’ve NEVER written a review about vegetables, let alone vegtables at a fast food place. Usually the vegetable side at PE is meh. Often they are soggy and have been sitting there all day. And either way too salted or tasteless. I only order it because I know it’s good for me. But a few weeks ago I was highly impressed with the side of vegetables that came with my combo. Crunchy, and full of flavor. In any event, I wanted to give a shout out to whoever was cooking the vegetables on 4÷17÷11. You deserve a raise!

Panda may not be real Chinese food, but if you’re in the middle of no where, America, it becomes real good Chinese food. I can expect a certain amount of quality and cleanliness that you find at all the branches. So when you don’t want to take a chance at some mom and pop shop, Panda will more than do.
