Ordered three tuxedos for wedding at the same time. Because they are so disorderly, they «did not know that my tux was together with my father and brothers.» My father went in advance to pay the balance due but when I went to pickup my tux I was not allowed to take it because there was a balance due. If there was a balance due, addressing it the day before the wedding is hardly professional. They should have kept records keeping all three tuxedos on the same bill. Instead of apologizing for the mix up, they began to get upset and claimed I was being disrespectful the day prior when I went for my fitting because the vest and jacket were too small. I only asked questions about the fit because I wasn’t sure if it fit right or not. I don’t know how I was being disrespectful by asking questions. They claim they know how to” do their job” but they dropped the ball in this case the day before the wedding. I told the cashier I would spread the news about them. They are liars, cheats and they don’t tell you about all their «fees» they tack on. Don’t do business with them, you will regret it.

Ordered shoes for bridesmaids well in advance. They didn’t get the shoes dyed until the day before, and only after I had to call several times to see when the shoes would be ready. They always acted like they had no idea there had been shoes ordered, even though they were paid for in advance. As a result, all the bridesmaids’ feet turned green. Terrible experience.

Only place around that will rent khaki colored suits! My husband and groomsmen looked fabulous! Great customer service as well.
