It was very cool to find a Jersey Mike’s in Tustin! These guys make a really good sub; all the ingredients are fresh. I had the #13 Italian and they were very generous with the toppings. This is a nice, clean, and friendly shop, and I’m so glad I found it :-) I will be going back…

When I lived in NorCal, One of my favorite sandwich shops was the Jersey Mike’s in Mountain View. Now that I live in OC, I’m really glad I found another great link in the JM’s chain! The Turkey and Provolone is so fresh and delicious each time I order it. I always make sure to request the sandwich«Mike’s Way» with no onions. Getting the sandwich«Mike’s Way» sets it a part from all of the other sub places out there because of the good herbs, oil, and vinegar that it’s packed with. When I’m in the mood for a great sub, this is a great great place to get it!

Delicious! Amazing sandwiches, and lots of variety. Fresh ingredients! Great staff and the place is always clean. This place is supper packed at lunch time, so I recommend calling in your order. Seriously, this place is as good as it gets! Jersey Mike’s is the BEST!

Out of the major chain sandwich joints Jersey Mike’s is my favorite. Their sandwiches are actually decent sized. They don’t skimp on the toppings like some places. Most of the time I get the giant Italian combo. This is the standard sandwich no matter where I go. Today I got the chicken parmesan since the weather was cooler. My only problem was the sauce. It needs more seasoning . Located in a very busy shopping center parking can be very tough. Often times I end up going someplace else Customers are greeted as they enter, and no matter how busy they are the line moves fast. I like that they slice the meats and cheese in front of you. This is close to a sandwich you would get on the East Coast.

This review is only about this location. We always go to the Irvine location, but had no other choice to go to this one today. I always order the Tuna #10 online for take out because it’s quick and I can specify all the toppings, bread etc. Well, looks like the girl can’t even follow printed instructions when making a sub. Unwrapped the sub at home and it just looked pathetic! No onion, tomato, lettuce, oil, vinegar which is Mike’s Way! She only had added the extra toppings: pickles, jalapeños, mustard. On top of that, there wasn’t much tuna. The Irvine one always gets the order right and puts so much stuff in their sub, which is awesome. My husband called them and the guy was like oh well, maybe if you come back I can fix it! Sorry, not going to drive back 5 miles in the rain so he can«fix» the sub. A credit or partial refund would have been nice. Needless to say, first and last time ordering from this location! The management and staff obviously need training.

I’ve been to many Jersey Mikes and this one is really good. It’s clean and the staff is really attentive. The sandwiches are very fresh and made right in front of you. I highly suggest the Italian #13. And have it Mike’s way if you like a wetter sandwich. Yummy. Add the pepper relish. Double yum. If you’re looking for a better than Subway sandwich, you’ll love Jersey Mikes.

I ordered the philly cheesteak and it was delicious. The line was pretty much out the door when I arrived however the employees know how to work fast and efficiently. I had my sub in about 10 minutes wait time. It was worth it! I will be back again.

This place is pretty solid — clean and affordable. You go in, pick your bread: White, Wheat, Parmesan and Rosemary You pick your sandwich and they cut the meats to order, this means that your deli meats haven’t been sitting out, drying out, and losing flavor. The deli meats are fresh and the portion sizes are generous. From these sandwich options you also have the option of making them«Mike’s Way», which means there are onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices… it’s good! We ordered the(regular sized) «Original Italian #13» and«Grilled Pastrami Reuben #20» — both very good, and both for $ 6.49(just for the sandwich). I will definitely be coming back — maybe it’s time to drop Subway and switch to Mike’s!

There subs are good… we always have the tuna sandwich or the pastrami sandwich… their bread is what makes them so yummy! Freshly baked as are their ingredients.

Tasty ingredients but… got the California Club as a wrap, and they wrapped it really weird. It was too full and awkward, it was like a box. Then as I was eating it it tasted bland until the very end when I finally hit the bacon and globs of mayonnaise. She wrapped and cut it the wrong way, like I should have eaten it sideways. And then the cup lids didn’t really fit well. it’s silly to complain about the lids, but it added to the whole experience just feeling awkward…

Took forever, only had wheat bread and ran out of ingredients for the #9, so we got less bacon then is included in the price. We paid $ 46 for 5 sandwiches… FULL price for less than what everyone else gets. Got it to go… and guess what, theu forgot the jalepenos that we asked for. SOOOOMESSEDUP!!! This is my first time at any Jersey Mike’s and the worst experience ever. Great way to lose a customer with a huge family and has to have several sports team dinners catered.

Excellent subs! Get a giant size and you get 2 meals out of it! It is pricey but very good! Parking can be difficult at this location.

Let me just start off by saying that I like the sandwiches here and have been here several times. I had an awful experience here today. The girl making my sandwich was so dumb and slow. She didn’t even ask what I wanted on my sandwich. She just put lettuce on it, cut it, and was about to wrap it up when I turned around after giving my boyfriend(who was paying at the cashier) the number to punch in for points. She didn’t even ask me what I wanted on my sandwich. She didn’t even offer Mike’s way. When I saw that she had finished, I asked her for jalelpenos, either on side or on sandwich, whichever that was easier, and she just stood there and stared at me. Then I told her that I wanted it Mike’s way too and that’s when she did it, she was slow about it when there was a line behind us. I came home and my sandwich had no tomatoes or onions. Thank goodness I realized it wasn’t Mike’s way before I left. I don’t understand how that girl was hired. Worst experience today.

Amazing sandwiches. Great, fast, friendly service. The only trouble is the seating is limited to two small booths and a bunch of high tables along a narrow hallway.

Let me start this off by saying that I’m currently pregnant and have been CRAVING a sub sandwich for awhile now. Yes, I know… technically pregnant women aren’t supposed to have lunch meat. I cheat every once in awhile, don’t tell anyone! With that being said, I was thoroughly enjoying my turkey and provolone sandwich. It tasted amazing and I paired it with some delicious jalapeño chips! My favorite. Everything was going well until I got to the second half of my sandwich. I took a big bite and something didn’t taste right. What could it be?! Well… I reached into my mouth and pulled a long dark hair out of my sandwich. Before you go thinking that it might have been my hair… I’m a blonde! I was pretty disgusted, however I did consider still eating the rest of my sandwich. Is that weird? Yeah, probably. I didn’t end up eating the rest because I was a little grossed out and finished my chips instead. I give one star for the good half of my sandwich and one star for the chips! Other than that, I don’t think I will be back to this location after my experience. Quite the bummer :-(

Probably somewhere between 3 – 4 stars. I’ll round up. My co-workers recommended this location, so I decided to give it a try for lunch. Ordered the Famous Roast Beef & Provolone. Got the regular size(7′) since I was pretty hungry. They also have mini(5′) and giant(14 – 15′). Unlike other sandwich shops, Jersey Mike’s actually slices the meat and cheese right in front of you. No mystery meat pulled from a container(e.g. Subway). Gotta give credit where credit is due. All sandwiches come«Mike’s Way.» This includes onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and spices. I decided to have my sandwich made this way. Looking back, this probably wasn’t a great decision. Some mustard and pickles would have been nice. Also, the staff member making my sandwich literally DOUSED it in oil and vinegar. Way too bitter and oily. Not sure if he was just heavy-handed or if all sandwiches made«Mike’s Way» are made like this. Sandwich was decent otherwise. Nothing out of this world, but a solid eat for around $ 8. If you’re wondering how Jersey Mike’s compares to other sandwich places, use my Power Rankings below: 1. Togo’s 2. Jersey Mike’s 3. Quizno’s 4. Subway

After hearing good things about this place from a few people, I came here for lunch today to get the chipotle cheesesteak on white. The meat was juicy and warm. The veggies and cheese complimented the chipotle mayo sauce well. I just wish there was a smaller serving size, as I began to feel stuffed when I was 2⁄3 done with the sandwich. Oh well, at least I have my leftover as an afternoon snack later! Parking can a little crowded, and the line can get long around the lunch rush. I was lucky to avoid the line at the time I arrived. Indoor seating is cramped, so I will most likely take my sandwich to go next time. On a random note, I like the long rectangular paper bag that the sandwich comes in. Looks like like I’m holding a bottle of wine from the outside. This is a nice change from Subway, but he prepared to spend a little more.

I love the fact I can order the food online and have it ready in 20 minutes. It helps because the parking at this location can be bad. There’s 15 minute parking in front of the store, but it doesn’t seem that people heed to the sign, or maybe its all the customers from Kean next door. I first tried JM in Florida, loved it so much I found one across from the Main Place Mall in the Barnes and Noble center. I was doing errands and Unilocaled this location, went online to place my order, and at noon, picked up my food within 5 minutes. The sandwiches at the 2OC locations and the Florida locations have been spot on. My go-to sandwich is the Original Italian. I don’t even get the regular but the MINI sized ones because its actually quite filling. They’re generous with the meats compared to Subway(ironic they’re across the street) and their breads are crunchy on the outside, but soft inside. This location is small. A few tables outside, and a handful of tables inside. Its not really a place to dine in. Sandwich with chips set me back $ 6.75, and since its a Pepsi place, I dash down the street to McD’s for my coca cola product. 4 stars for today’s lunch.

I need to give them credit since I have not been back for a second visit. It’s more of a 3.5 than 4 but I will round it up. I might as well review my first visit. The sandwich was delicious from what I can remember. This is a good sandwich shop to visit under these conditions: *You have had enough of Quiznos, Subway, and Togos *You don’t mind spending the extra money on something different *If quality is what you value over quantity *Reminds you of a sandwich you might be able to make at home, but at the same time, it’s Jersey Mike’s Subs. *If watching them slice and dice the meat gets you going. *Knowing at least you will be satisfied after eating a sandwich. I promised for months to go back to try their other sandwiches. That day will come soon.
