One of my favorite Subways to go to. Always clean, nice people, feels comfortable inside. The sandwich fixings are displayed well, and seem fresh(not wilted spinach or rainbow-colored ham).

If i could give no starts i would for this place! I went on my lunch break today and the two Hispanic ladies making sandwiches were very unkind. They got annoyed when i asked for the mayo they use not the package kind, while i asked the other ladies was pouring on mustard on my coworkers sub, and he asked for a little more mayo and she was still upset i had asked for their mayo and had over did his mayo on purpose. I asked for more pickles since they Jew me out of that too. I get back to work on my 30 min, and my bread is crusty and falling apart didn’t even have it toasted. I know well enough from being a past Subway employee that they leave the bread over night and sell it that next day so on and so forth. I went back after being so disappointed and i let her know the bread was dry and she looked mad with the other lady. She then proceeded to give me a bread i had let her know please make it as fresh as possible and she told me they were all like that. they had four racks nothing else all full of hard bread. she found one at the very bottom that was just made. They finished my order with terrible faces and attitude. Mind you i am a very nice person since i know how it is to make subs for jerks. and they still didn’t give two shits about how to be nice. Two guys were walking in the door when i stopped them, and warned them about how they only have old ass bread and they wont make more. they both looked at each other and left to a diff place– Screw This Subway– Don not go!

Oh Subway… If I could give you a 2 ½ I would. The last 3 times I have been in to this particular subway they have been out of pretty much everything that makes my sammy delicious. Basic like spinach, tomatoes, black olives, mayo. and bread. I hope whoever is ordering learns how to order correctly.

We normally attend the Subway on Red Hill, but after trying this location on Newport, we have found a new favorite Subway! This location was spotless, the girl making our sandwich was super friendly and responsive. She happily put extra olives on my Veggie Delite when I asked. :) And, it was«Free Cookie Tuesday», which doesn’t exist at the other location. My double chocolate chip cookie tasted better because it was free. :) Don’t let the somewhat old-looking outside of this small location fool you — this is a treasure of the Subway chain!

We had an order placed online. I got there early and they bought it was for 3pm and not 11:30am. But they got both employees working on it and I was out of there by 11:28am and even walked out with the platter for me to the car.

literally ever since i bit into my first which wich sandwich, subway has had no appeal. i ordered a california bacon ranch sandwich and the chicken was bland and sad, it made me a lil down. the cookies were good but there was much too much chocolate chips. also, the person does not NEARLY put enough cheese. the onions were spilling out of the side and all the chicken was on one side and all the bacon was crawling out of the other wanting to get out of that mess. i agree. which wich taught me how to feel, now subway just has no appeal.

It is a Subway. If you have been to one, you have been to all of them. But this one is on my way home from the gym, so it really is great that it is open late. It makes for a good alternative to fast food when you have just spent time and energy getting into shape. Why wreck it with a burger and fries?

This is my favorite Subway location. BUT. Beware. Normally, I’d say about 97% of the time, they always are friendly and make the sandwiches well. However, you unfortunately will run into bumps on even the best of roads. Be careful of a heavier lady who works there. Today, my brother and I were running sandwiches for our family, and we had a few people come in behind us. Making 4 sandwiches with other people in wait, they called on one of their other employees who was on break(a hefty, larger woman) to come help. The lady making my sandwich was very polite and made it well, but the heavy girl who took over was quite rude. She ignored half of what I asked for, and barely put anything on. I asked for oil and vinegar, which she squirted less than a tablespoon of each on the sandwich, and when I asked for salt and pepper, she looked at me, folded and cut the sandwich, and packed it away without saying anything else. She completely ignored anything I said about the last parts of the sandwich. I was unable to do anything, due to the line up of people, and thus I had to finish making the sandwich myself at home. Needless to say, it was complete B.S., and totally unprofessional. If you don’t want to work there, find a new job. If you aren’t going to be polite in a job that requires human interaction, find a new job that you can be alone at. Other than this little agitating blemish of an incident, they’re generally very good and top notch. I still very much suggest this location, just to be careful of getting the cranky lady as your serving employee.

This place deserves 0 stars! I have been to this subway in the past and have never had a problem until I went in on the 16th around 7:40 pm. I ordered 2 footlongs and a 6 inch. For the 6 inch I ordered pastrami, and without asking the girl throws the meat on the sandwich and gets ready to toast it. I then proceed to tell Cynthia cashier #16 that I do not want it toasted. She scoops the meat off the sandwich reaches in the trash where she has thrown away the tray that the meat was once in, puts the meat back in the tray, and microwaves it. Then she proceeds to make my other two sandwiches. After coming out of my shock my husband tells her it is not okay what she did with the meat and she puts another tray in the microwave with an attitude. Then she ruins the sandwich with an outrageous amount of mustard making it inedible. Plus I ordered a turkey sandwich which is 5 dollars this month and she charged me regular price. I then filed a formal complaint on subways website where the owner is supposed to respond within 48 hours, and it has now been 7 days with no response! I will never go back to this subway again no matter how close it is to my house for sanitary reasons.

I came in for a usual tuna sandwich on wheat bread. It was good, the customer service was good. It was lunchtime and the line was especially long though. Also the table we sat at needed to be wiped down and there was food on one of the chairs. I understand they were busy and so I’m still giving them a 4⁄5 star rating

When it comes to the food, Subway is pretty much just Subway. But, when it comes to service and experience, this subway is better than any Subway I have been to. The store manager Sergio is incredibly kind and attentive and all their staff is equally detail oriented. One of the most frustrating things at Subway is when the staff just piles on toppings onto the sandwich in a very haphazard way, it seems like often times more toppings were out of the sandwich than in it. But, at this Subway they actually take their time and place the toppings in a nice organized way, the sandwiches actually look like something you would want to eat. Anyway, I know it is just a sandwich, but this stores attention to detail, cleanliness and service makes it the best Subway that I have ever been to.

I love this subway. the people are friendly, the service is quick, and they pile on as many veggies as I ask. If I go to a subway in my area I aways choose this one.

if you are a fan of… bread, lettuce, and tomato GOHERE. you will get plenty with every order. if you want a sandwich with actual meat, or chicken, or some kind of cold cut on it… go somewhere else! Subway is the biggest scam on earth. 5.00 footlongs with a zillion exceptions on what you can order for that price. and when you do order something like ham and cheese its all bread, lettuce and tomato. so if you go in with the mindset of «man i want a good bread lettuce and tomato sandwich» go here and you will be satisfied. if you want a good sandwich go anywhere else, like italian express or even togos is a step up.

So this review is only for the FREE breakfast sandwich and coffee they gave away today. Good stuff over all. Just imagine this and I will keep this short: It’s Subway, it’s a breakfast sandwich, and has Subway ingredients on it. Put it all together on an English muffin and you have their new breakfast. Thrilled? No, not at all. Like it? Hell yeah it was free lol. Will you buy one in the future? I don’t come here unless the food is free, so of course I wont. The sandwich wasn’t all that good and twice the cost of about the same thing at MickyD’s or any other fast food place. BUT, thanks Subways for the free food. Beggars can’t be choosers and that was thoughtful of you to feed all of America for free today for a few hours. Props to you Captain Subway but I’m still not going to eat at your shop.
