Pizza Hut

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised at the next to 0 stars which is what I would have liked to give this Pizza Hut.
About 2 months ago we decided to treat our girls to the works: stuffed crust, buffalo bites and cheese bread.
An hour later it arrives… I’ve cold.: the cheese had begun to harden over. Not that we are hard up for 40 bucks it’s the point of it was a treat for the girls (and us) and it was all cold! And the wings had next to no sauce. I called Pizza Hut and explained maybe the driver got backed up or whatever the reason it happens we get it. She offered to remake it but told us there were quite a few orders ahead and it would be about and hour and a half. At that point there was no way that we could wait any longer and said thank you but we will just warm it up she said I’ll credit you 10 dollars which I thought was pointless since we paid 40 and everything was cold not just 10 bucks worth but we took the credit.
Started ordering from Round table and love it but remembered tonight we had the 10 dollar credit and let’s give them another chance. It is just my husband and I tonight so we got boneless wings and the cheese bread. My husband said ask for extra sauce so maybe we will get some with sauce this time joking… Exactly an hour again. Maybe that’s there regular wait time… It shows up… No sauce I’m
Not even kidding. The bread was hot but the marinara was cold. Like out of the fridge cold.
I don’t write many reviews and I’m pretty sure the ones I have written were positive but this I just couldn’t… I couldn’t call and complain cause I hate doing that anyways and clearly it was pointless… Back to round table we go!

Everyone at this location has always been so nice to me. I might have had to wait for a few minutes to pickup my order because they’re on the phone taking orders, but they are always kind when they help me. They show me my order and always ask if I need extra condiments, and the food is usually right out of the oven.
The quality of the pizza is just AOK, but the service definitely merits the extra star.

I ordered online. Got the football draft deal. I got 2 lrg easy on sauce, one extra cheese and one cheese and pepperoni.
Considering they charged $ 2 for the extra cheese. I was pretty disappointed to see for «extra» cheese it didn’t even cover the entire pizza and even though I didn’t get extra cheese on the pepperoni I think there should be cheese covering the entire pizza…
I don’t know if this is how Pizza Hut is or just this location. Atleast The flavor or crust was good, I chose buttery garlic flavor.

I offer my name for the pickup. I was first told $ 19.95 I then pulled my hand back and said excuse me. O i mean 12.95. The next sentence was \ill tell you know when its ready
I ordered online to PICK UP ready.. I then sat listening to all the derogatory, SICK, racial, sexual comments said to one another in Spanish. NEWS FLASH– WHITE PEOPLE are bilingual as well! based off what I personally heard from there employees I will NEVER spend my WHITE money there again. To all Tustin locals. This location does not speak well of Caucasians, yet majority of there customers are Caucasian., DISCRIMINATION. STEREOTYPING. PROFILING however you would like to describe the tolerable situation. INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE Katrina! and her handful of delivery drivers sitting around talking smack.. BUT TO BUSY TO COOK A PIZZA!

Worst. Pizza Hut. EVER! Not only did we end up having to wait 30 minutes past the delivery time, they screwed up my pizza and didn’t give me a receipt. Save your money and go elsewhere. I’ll never order from this place EVER again.

All I got to say is wow! How Tha fuck do they stay in business f ridiculous. I called and waited over 8 mins and then someone anwers and tells me an hr½. I had a bad experience here years ago. Figure after years give it another shot since I leave in the area. PIZZA HUT IS NOT WORTH THE WAITING. THE TIME. THE MONEY. NEVER AGAIN. Papa Johns way better even domino’s!

For some reason they believe because they are in Orange County they do not have to honor coupons. Hmmmm. Guess Papa Johns is our new pizza delivery company.

On the rare occasions I order pizza delivery, it’s a whim and I want four things:
1) To know what I can order
2) To be able to order it at the advertised/​displayed price
3) To be able to order it quickly and without human intervention
4) To receive what I ordered quickly and in good condition.
This joint will never have a chance to demonstrate #4 because of their failures on #1−3.
1) This location doesn’t honor ANY of the current national coupons (I had to try them all just to prove it to myself after the first failure… and the second… and the third…) nor fully HALF of the coupons offered on
that show AFTER you pick the location («Sorry, this coupon is not honored at this store but there are still more great deals available»). Really? I just tried to PICK one of those «great deals». No matter, let’s try another. Cool — I found one that applied! No, wait… what the… 2) I picked an $ 11.99 pizza deal and it magically came to $ 12.99 in the cart (and I adhered to the deal completely). 3) Note that the only 5-​star review here came from someone who had such a problem that she had to contact the manager, who ended up comping her pizza. 4) Just read the other reviews; I’m somewhat glad that they fail otherwise so I don’t have to risk it.
I’m here for a month for work and Papa John’s just earned my pizza business.
I sincerely hope that this place dies a quick and ugly bankruptcy death so that a new owner can do something proper with it — I have never had such a bad Pizza Hut experience, and that even without ordering a pizza.
I want my 30 minutes back.

Worst service they had us waiting 40 minutes. They told us wait time would be 15 minutes. Not only that after 30 minutes we went back in to see if our order was ready as we walk in and stand in front of the cashier she’s careless and has us waiting there. She could have simply said I’ll be with you in a minute but no she had me standing there for quite a while not to mention customers were behind me to waiting on their order. Poor customer service!!! I will never come back here. To top it off our food tasted hard and it seemed like it just got microwaved.

Just awful. I’ve stopped ordering from Pizza Hut entirely. The toppings are skimpy the sauce not tasty and typically, when it arrives, it’s lukewarm.

This place made us so happy! We had issues ordering online with the visa check card free pizza. The manager spoke with us and ended up comping our pizza for us! This made our night :) awesome customer service

Worst pizza I have ever had. And don’t get me wrong, I love pizza and order it often. Today I was home and pretty hungry but too busy to cook or drive out for food. Picked up the phone and ordered like I have done a million times.
What was delivered to my home some 40 minutes later was the worst thing I have ever seen. I opened the box and then entire pizza, cheese, toppings and all were plastered and stuck on the cardboard lid. So now I’m looking at a round piece of bread with tomato sauce all over it. Have the employees ever made a pizza before? What were they thinking? And the hot wings have all gelled up and are not ever slightly warm… What is this place? I feel sorry for the owner because these employees are running the business into the ground. Never coming back to this place ever.

I’m giving them no stars! Marcella the «regional manager» thinks customer service is treating the customer like we don’t matter. I placed an order. They delivered the wrong item and they act like their shit doesn’t stick. Do not ever order from here. They could care less about their customers!

I’m only giving them 1 star review cause I can’t do zero the store manger is rude I told them to have the general manger call me pizza was ordered online at 7 to place a mile away and they brought it a hour late will be going to dominos for now on this place sucks I’m telling all my friends not order from here anymore they were rude on phone I usually ordered 3 times month well lost regular customer

I just ordered from here, and not only is it ice cold. They gave me NO sauces for my box. When I called they said «it’s a 45 – 60 minute wait. «really I just had it delivered and now I have to wait another hour? I should have priority. And I have the driver a 5 dollar tip.
Never again Pizza Hut.

Dude. are you serious?! this is so freaking stupid! first off, when i ordered here the first time, they took twice as long as they said they would. then when we called back a few weeks later we were in the middle of making an order and we asked if they can give us a few minutes to make some final orders and they freaking hung up on us! THEY HUNG UP ON US!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS?! LIKE DO YOU NOT WANT BUSINESS!!! THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING. I really would rather go with the normal crusts at dominos right down the street. freaking management team is a joke there.

Elite Robin summed it up nicely, so I’ll not itch too loudly but it was utter mayhem in there. Lost orders, confused staff, annoyed line of carry out customers, and all for the worst pizza around. Even the Little Guy’s pizza is better.

By far the worse pizza hut around the area.
FIRST OFF, isn’t the $ 10 pizza carry out deal for all toppings?! I got told it was only one-​topping with additional $ 1 per topping. NO THANKS.
Secondly, When I picked up my pizza, it looked worst than a frozen pizza. It was burnt, looked old, and it wasn’t tasty at all.
Thirdly, I ended up with a stomach pain and everyone else who had the pizza as well.
NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. I wish i could rank this ZERO stars.

I ordered online & my order was ready exactly on time. The employees look a bit young but what does that have to do with anything? (In response to other reviewers comments) Anyways so when I entered I checked in & saw a 1 star for the place. Read all the reviews. I didn’t know what to expect due to them. But as I was in line I heard them call out my name. I let them know I was here. They charged me & I asked for plates, napkins, & peppers. The team member at the register didn’t hasitate & gave me all I asked for. I left happy.
An experience is as pleasant as you desire it to be with effort.

I guess I’m being generous noting the other reviews for this location.
I hate placing a specific order, easy cheese/​extra sauce and upon opening the box see normal cheese/​almost no sauce.
The only thing they have going for them tonight is they arrived about 30 minutes before the estimated time when I ordered online. Thus the extra star.
I guess next time I’ll bite the bullet and pay the extra for one of the local places.
