Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza with no cheese and I received one with cheese. The replacement put tomatoes on it that I hadn’t ordered, had the wrong sauce type, and added some kind of flavor to the crust when I asked for plain. This is the second time (in two orders) they’ve added cheese to a pizza that I specifically requested no cheese on. I have YET to have an order be delivered correctly from this location. Someone needs to enroll their employees on a basic English course. I don’t understand how they can screw up the same order twice when it’s right there in front of them (online order).

Wow. Awful place. When you walk into a restaurant, you should feel good. Even hole-​in-​the-​wall places can feel welcoming. And this place actually has the space for an inviting atmosphere. Instead, when you walk into this crappy Pizza Hut, you get crabby employees, old tv’s, a sad salad bar that I wouldn’t dare to touch, and broke arcade games. Super fun walking in to hear, «we don’t have that deal here,» and «we’re out of cheese and peppers.» (Not spoken to me, but to other guests.) Never heard a, «sorry about that,» or «is there anything else I can do for you?»
I mean, Jesus Christ, be sadder, why don’t you? It’s like they’re trying to win an award for sad and awful places to order food. It’s like everyone who works here had their cat just put down.
Edit: the one redeemer was the older gentlemen who boxed my pizza and handed it to me. He smiled and double checked my order with me. That guy was alright with me.

If this business wants to salvage what it is, fire all of these employees and start fresh because it’s currently a complete joke. The location is fine, along with the layout of the restaurant, there could be a few improvements but you have to start from the workers. Most people would have been fired for their actions in the brief period of time I was dining here.
Your workers were sitting in the dining area eating, playing with their phones and sat around like they owned the place. Nobody answered the phones, it wasn’t until a UPS delivery guy showed up when the worker playing with his phone got up to remind the other worker she was actually supposed to be at work and do her job. Signs are posted up like low budget schools trying to cut costs, it feels like a chore just to place an order and the lack of customers screamed that this place needs to be corrected.
The only charm was the arcades and claw machines, which were all basically broken and needed to be serviced. When I walked through the door I expected this, it’s just a group of lazy workers doing what little needed to be done before going home. The potential is there, but that’s only being polite and optimistic because I doubt I’ll ever return.
I’m giving it 2 stars because my order was done right, it took much longer than it should have but it’s better than nothing. Get some real employees who actually want to have a job, fix up your machines and make this location a place where customers want to enjoy a meal. If this place doesn’t correct it’s mistakes, it’s bound to be just like all the other Pizza Hut locations in the area that are designed specifically for pickup or delivery.

Customer service is terrible. I called and ordered a pizza but was disconnected before the order was completed. I called back and was put on hold for 5 minutes before I hung up and called back. By this time it was 10:03, and when I finally got someone on the phone they told me they wouldn’t take my order because it was after ten. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

The one and only time I ordered from them they got my order incorrect, they told me a free pizza would be placed under my phone number. A month later I call back to redeem it and there is nothing under my number. The lady claiming to be management insinuated I was a liar, when I told them I could tell them the date of the order, the mix up, and the credit card I used. She was very sassy and rude.
Horrible customer service and attention to detail. There are better choices to make here.

I had order 2 pizzas online with light on sauce and it came with tons of sauce. Wish they would read instructions!

I’m definitely more of a Domino’s person so I may be a little biased but I’ve ordered from here 3 times since they started the Sriracha crust and each time has progressively been a disaster. First time wasn’t so bad. I ordered pizza when I was sick and put in the notes to bring change for a $ 100 (I was sick!) so he comes and gave me a hard time about it (in his defense, it did say they didn’t accept it AFTER I put my order in) I was basically like «No you’re gonna take this» and he did.
The time after that this Asian guy who is IMPOSSIBLE to understand got to my house just to tell me my card was declined (which I know for a fact had money on it because after I ordered I noticed there was no place to tip the guy by card after check out so I ran to get change). So after a good 2 minutes of not understanding that my card was declined i asked him if he could wait to get money and he said «NO0O0O0!!!» Luckily my roommate was there so he paid with his card while I ran out. When I got back the guy was STILL there and speaking incomprehensibly over the phone then hung up and went «Your card was declined too!» which is not possible… So my roommate called the store and read his card number in a more clearer way and everything was settled and he just turned and left without a word and we all stood there like «…ooookay…». Whatever.
The last (and most likely final time) we ordered we were prepared and had cash on hand and everything! The same asian guy as always gets there, we pay, he leaves and there is pretty much NO sriracha sauce on the pizza which is whatever. But THEN we look at our pasta and it was completely wrong and they gave us no marinara sauce with our breadsticks (I’m pretty sure you dont have to order that separate… if so I apologize.)
Screw this Pizza Hut. Ill just drive to a different one.

My one star mainly has to do with a dining in or waiting experience. The token machine for the arcade games doesn’t even give out tokens; it gives out random coins from different countries. None of the games work, so don’t even try if you’re dinning in or waiting around for your food. But other than that, it tastes like Pizza Hut.

The quality of pizza hut pizza has been going down for a while, I admire their attempt to revive their clientele by adding items their contemporary competitors use. Having said that, I went for the «Get Curried Away» crust seasoning on my latest order.
They basically sprinkled a packet of «tandoori» powder and added butter to seal it in. The description on the website doesn’t match what is provided and I find it somewhat misleading. It’s definitely worth trying at least once but I wouldn’t recommend it beyond that.
I actually like this location because they cook their pizza fully, and I do look forward to trying out another creation since it’s for a limited time.

Wings were drier than California after a 3-​year drought. They forgot my dipping sauce too. I want my tip money back.

I order from this Pizza Hut 10÷12÷14 Sunday after church for me and my kids. Patty was the one that assisted me, She was very helpful. I order two large pizza over the phone and she went above and beyond. When we got there and picked up our pizza it was hot and fresh. What more could I of asked for. Thanks Patty

I like how everyone is complaining about the pizza hut location; who eats AT pizza hut? Of course its going to be sub par compared to ANY other restaurant you go to. I always do delivery and they have been punctual every single time. The customer servicebisnt that great. The woman who takes my order always sounds like shes ready to clock out, but she gets everything right, so I forgive her for it. They havent done me wrong and I will continue to order from here.

This location is less than inviting to say the least. The staff was unfriendly and the facility was not clean as there were plastic forks left on games, dirty tables and trash on the floor. You would probably assume that this was from the lunch rush but unfortunately we arrived just before lunch at 11:30. I guess that should have been the first indication and we should have hightailed it out of there. If the visible aspects of the business are dirty, I shutter to think about the area’s that you can’t see!
As far as the food goes, we ordered the lunch buffet with pasta, pizza and salad. Due to my husband being lactose intolerant and asked for a small bowl of pasta plain, no cheese and they seemed very confused by this request. Ultimately, they did not provide our very unusual request and so we at salad… Will definitely not be returning to this location.

We had our son’s birthday party at this Pizza Hut in Tustin. Edgar, Bertha and Jocelyn did such a great job to accommodate us. Great pizza, great staff and a great time!

Placed an order online, even got a call to confirm the order. After an hour of waiting, I called in to see what the status was. They told me that the order was already out for delivery (Still haven’t received it as I’m writing this, and it’s been 1 ½ hours since I placed the order). Shitty delivery service. I tried calling them 3 more times to see if I can still get my pizza, didn’t pick up. Not only are you getting a bad review, you got a complaint to headquarters.
If I could give no stars at all, I would.

This is an indoor Pizza Hut… small, but does have a salad bar & some arcade games… although most don’t work. Since the air hockey wasn’t working, they game us 4 tokens… that was nice, but then we played to shooter game with shotguns & it wouldn’t shoot every time… and it wasn’t cuz we needed to re-load…they’re all just really old & run down games.
The soda dispenser wasn’t working either, so we had to buy a 2-litter…that was kinda annoying. We ordered the $ 10 any size pizza & you get 3 toppings but all I wanted were 2 so I asked if they could put a double amount of one of the toppings… she said yes, but they didn’t. The pizza itself was good though… no different Han any other location.
I just really miss the big indoor Pizza Huts I remember going to when I was a kid… most of them closed down though. There is another indoor one not too far away… I think I’ll go to that one instead.

Cold old pizza. Their lunch buffet is terrible. There are 5 people working 3 are «special» and where is the management? !stay away!

This Pizza Hut used to be an okay place to get a cheap pizza. What happened?
We ordered a large pizza, half meat (for the husband) and half veg (for me). What we wound up with were three veg slices, three meat slices, and two slices with lots of each set of toppings. I understand a few stray onions here or there – things like that happen when you split a pizza – but this was an unacceptable level of topping overlap. The person slicing the pizzas needs to pay more attention!
Our breadsticks finally showed up when we were almost finished eating, and they were hard and flavorless. The stingy cup of marinara that accompanied them wasn’t enough for even half of the order. Finally, the iced tea that they used to have here is no more; it wasn’t wonderful to begin with, but now it’s gone.
Each fork and knife here is individually hand-​wrapped in a paper napkin that’s scotch taped around the utensil. I don’t know why.

Work treated us to pizza.
Pizza shouldn’t smell, nor taste like plastic.
