Okay, this is my own experience and it happened a few months back but I just needed to put this out there. Our number one place to order pizza from was Pizza Shack for many years. One day I have guests over and I called to have pizza delivered. When we looked inside the first box the crust and the bottom was burnt, we opened up the second box same thing, third box same thing. I called Pizza Shack told them that they delivered burnt Pizza. I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone. He said he was the owner and he’s the one that took the pizzas out and he excuse the fact that the pizzas were burned by saying that that’s the way they should be so that they will cook in the middle. I told him I ordered pizza for many years and I know burn Pizza when I see one. He kept repeating the same thing instead of apologizing. It was so embarrassing 2 my guests and having to go through this. But at least they know what Pizza Shack is all about and that is the last time me my family and my friends have ordered from them. Now it’s Papa John all the time even though it’s farther up but it’s okay. so worth it!

I must say this is a really good pizza place. I was a first timer and came out very pleased. The pizza is very good. I went with family, we had a good time. Perfect place to watch a game, have pizza, and drinks!

Excellent pizza, quick delivery, and really good sauce. I highly recommend this place. We should support local businesses!

I’ve been here several times when I’ve visited my parents. It’s right up the street from their home. It’s family owned and they are super friendly. This place is like an old school pizza parlor with picnic tables and benches. Anything we’ve had to eat has been super delicious. We’ve had pizzas, salads, sandwiches, pretty much anything on the menu and we can’t complain about anything. Whenever we arrive in town, we pass by on our way to my parents’ home and my boys always ask to go. They love it, too and that’s a plus! There’s televisions and arcade games for entertainment purposes, but it’s so much fun to eat and talk to my parents while we’re there. This last visit I overheard a customer tell the owner that it was her family’s first time there and they’ll definitely be back. Their food is delicious and their service is outstanding, there’s no reason why anyone wouldn’t return!

Awesome pizza. Great price. Nothing else to say, but I will because Unilocal forces me too. Generous toppings. Thin crust.

This is my family’s go to Pizza joint for over 20 years. The ownership has changed a couple times but the pizza is always great. We love the cheese bread and the crust on their pizzas is amazing. Their ranch dressing, which we get a side of with our pizzas is also liquid heaven. Prices for their pies are very reasonable as well.

The pizza was very tasty. Dough was great and crispy. Maybe overpriced. But, I would rather have great pizza overpriced than cheap lousy pizza.

Would have rated them 5 stars if it wasn’t so over priced and have hidden charges. But since it’s a delicious mom and pop«locals» spot, I give them some slack on that. They’re not corporate so they need to make up the costs at our expense. With that being said, the LEAST they can do is be generous with the toppings we PAY for vs. always skimping out on them. A little give and take here please guys. They def need more delivery specials since they only deliver within 3 miles. It’s not like they are going on missions, so at least give us some options. Food in my book is delicious. I hate thin pizza but I LOVE it from the shack. It’s better when it’s piping hot and fresh. Haven’t tried any sides.

Second time here and I think my first time was much better. This place is literally the size of a shack but still plenty of seating, a few arcade games and jukebox where you can play music REALLY loud. I can’t remember what we ordered on our first stop here but I do remember it tasted better, we started off with cheesy garlic bread and mozzarella sticks both were meh. The cheesy garlic bread was literally garlic bread with some cheese on it, if you call it cheesy I would expect it to be cheesy and the mozzarella sticks were generic nothing special. We ordered the chicken garlic pizza, and it had lots of yummy toppings but was missing flavor. With toppings such as chicken, garlic, mushtrooms, tomatoes, green onions and red onions youd think itd have great flavor and unfortunately it really lacked it. The plus side is they have beers on tap so you can buy a pitcher or even buckets of beer.

It’s time I made time to review this place. My family and I have been here a handful of times. Each time the experience has gotten worse. The last time they charged us way more than they should and messed up our order. Then they couldn’t figure out how to make it right. It was a complete fail. Their pizza is good, but the experience was a fail. I want to enjoy my food not deal with incompetent people. Probably not gonna make it back. They ruined our dinner and its not cheap there. Buh bye pizza shack.

Me and the bf get a large pepperoni pizza on Mondays here. It used to be 7.29 and just changed to 8.99 on January 2016. It’s still worth the price versus Pizza Hut. Sometimes the bottom crust is a little soggy but if you can get it right when it’s made it’s great. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nonchain local pizza place.

I drive by this place everyday when I go home from work so thought Oh! Wth! Let’s try it out! I’m all about supporting the locals and they have pretty good deals! I think it’s 2 med cheese for 13 $? I got a cheese pizza and of course, a Hawaiian pizza! It was filled with lots of juicy pineapple and not dried wilted ones that’s got cremated in the oven. Side of Ranch is an additional $ 1 TUESDAYS: 75 cents slices! HH: Mon-Th 3−6pm beers from $ 1.50-$ 2.50 and pitchers from $ 8-$ 9

We stopped by Pizza Shack on a Sunday night to fix our pizza craving. Everything was just okay… We called in around 6pm, and while the female order taker got the order right, I did have to repeat myself several times over. Our Family Order of wings, pizza, salad, and soda was ready in 15 minutes, just as promised. The order came out to be $ 36, several bucks over the $ 28 special I ordered on the phone. I talked with the cashier, and she explained that the bacon I ordered(one of three toppings included with the«deal») cost more than other toppings. I wasn’t going to argue, but still kinda bugged me. When we got back to our place, all the food was still warm. The ranch dressing they provide was in good supply and super tasty. But that’s about where our excitement over the food ended. The wings and salad were alright — Kinda soulless and only made enjoyable by the ranch. Our pizza was also pretty boring. Considering they charged me extra for the bacon I expected some serious bacon coverage… instead it looked like they took a spoonful of bacon bits and sprinkled them over our 15″ pizza. Honestly all the toppings were pretty sparse. Looks like I’ll have plenty of mediocre pizza to eat throughout the week, but that’ll be the last time we visit the Pizza Shack.

So I found this place and have been meaning to try it because of all the great reviews. Well after a long day of work and TNF I finally took the opportunity to treat myself to some pizza. I have been a First Class Pizza girl for years so I felt like I was cheating when I called Pizza Shack, but it was time to branch out. It was just me so I ordered their mini House Special pizza and a small antipasto salad. Before I get into the good stuff, I do have to say that they are a bit pricey. After tax, delivery fee and tip, my small pizza and salad came to a little over $ 20, BUT I gave a good tip and it was worth every penny. What was really impressive about this place was not even how delicious the food is(ITISSOOOOGOOD!), its the customer service I experienced that just went so above and beyond for the OC that I actually called them up before I began to eat just to thank them. I ordered the mini house special which comes with mushrooms and I don’t like those rubbery things so I told them to hold the mushrooms. Well I get my pizza and there are no mushrooms as requested and then I open my salad and see that they have taken the time to put the mushrooms that come on the salad in a separate plastic container in case I also didn’t want them on my salad! I mean… wow…that is really thoughtful and it is a gesture that will result in years of patronage from me. Also, that tells me that their salads are made when ordered so thats also a bonus. The pizza was fresh with tons of topping that were all high quality ingredients, the salad with huge for being a «small» and piled with cheese, meat and other goodies and their homemade ranch dressing was perfection. Moral of this pizza amore story… go get Pizza Shack… there will be no regrets… and their pizza is calorie free :)

My foodie friends told me about their 75¢ slice on Tuesdays(11 – 4, cheese and pepperoni only). Boy, they were right! However, somehow I got hooked on the«House Special.»(See photo.) The cheap slices got me to try pizza shack but the house special keeps me coming back. The crust is crunchy on the bottom but chewy on the edges, and the toppings are quality. I’ll spend a little more if it’s worth it, and yes, this pizza is worth it. YUM!

So this place has had my business 5 times. and 3 out of 5 its been great. though the last two times(including right now) really poor service. 3 people ordered after me by 10 mins. All their food out before mine??! I get an hour lunch… i don’t expect to sit and wait most of my time here for that hour. All for meatball sandwich… really? Pizza good. On the expensive side and small portions for pizzas. Sauce good and dough too No to go menus.. Been coming here for past 6 months, same guy always says«we are making new ones» … still

Read the reviews so decided to test out the pizza. I have to say this was the best pizzas I have had. Not super greasy and everything was fresh! I didn’t have to order extra toppings. Usually I have to order triple pineapple and still unhappy with the amount. Will be ordering from here again. Delivery was fast and friendly!
