Not the best chipotle experience I’ve had but I wouldn’t necessarily call it bad. Had to wait a bit to get my order taken and to me it seemed like the guy making my tacos was a bit nervous(possibly new). Seemed a little light on my meat portion but they taste great. It satisfies my chipotle craving but there is a little room for improvement. Employees were friendly as well.

There is a wall-sized speaker box at this location. The employees seem happy. I LOVE the hot sauce there and it goes great with the corn tortilla chips which they make there twice daily. I always get a chicken bowl with white rice, pinto beans, corn, cheese and hot sauce and then ask for a large flour tortilla on the side(No extra cost). You can ask for crunchy or soft corn tortillas or choose between large or small flour tortillas. Look for the guy with the opal necklace and no hat. He’s one of the managers.

Try the Sofritas! You won’t be disappointed! This is our go-to restaurant when we don’t feel like cooking. Real food, fast! The burritos are terrific, but the burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side is a better deal if you are really hungry. Black and pinto beans, brown rice, sofritas, sweet corn and guac; great salsas too. And I love that they use quality ingredients, NO GMOs! All of the hot ingredients were fresh and hot.

Food was good, but sound system/music was awful. May be a tactic they use to get guests to leave as fast as possible. It worked for me!

4 words. Chipotle is my life. I could eat there for breakfast lunch and dinner everyday and also for a midnight snack. Do not ever eat anywhere else besides Chipotle. The ingredients are amazing, service is gr8 and as consistent as my bowel movements after eating only burritos. Reading other people’s reviews that were less than 5 stars incited so much rage in me that I abused my own dog. So thank you, other Unilocal reviews, for forcing me to commit animal abuse. I vomit at the mention of freebirds as an alternative. I would marry Chipotle if I could. Chipotle is the single food source that this country needs. Eat there. Eat there now. Chipotle is love, Chipotle is life.

The second time I’ve been to this location and it’s the second time the brown rice has been undercooked and crunchy. At 7:30 theres was one guy atteneding the counter, the other staff were more concerned with closing duties than the line of people building up, plus Chipotle just sucks without Carnitas, if you want a good burrito go another block down to Freebirds.

As far as I’m concerned they are the best of the burrito joints in Tyler, TX. Not always a fan of chains buy this Chipotle has been excellent every time I’ve eaten here. They pile on the ingredients, especially in their burrito bowls. I’m normally a fan of Freebirds but the one in Tyler has been poorly managed since they opened. This Chipotle beats them hands down. Fresh ingredients, generous portions. Getting hungry thinking about it.

My food was stone cold. Burritos taste like shit when they are cold. What the heck? I am looking forward to Freebirds putting them out of business once they open just down the street.

I love Chipotle. Its consistently good and clean. One place I know I can make a true vegan burrito by picking the right ingredients. Thank you chipotle! I never go during the lunch or dinner rush tho, the food just seems better when you don’t have to wait!

Never had Chipotle before today, probably won’t again… items that should’ve been hot were not… also, we wanted more options, more ingredients… I’ve heard from several people how great they are… we were highly disappointed…

I was in the mood for Freebirds last night but did not want to drive to Dallas for a burrito. We decided to go to Chipotle instead. BIG mistake. I had heard that Chipotle did not have as many options compared to Freebirds but I figured how different can burrito places be. The steak was dried out and over cooked. I was disappointed they did not have tomatoes or even queso available. The customer service is a fail as well. The employees were more concerned about gossiping rather than helping customers. I won’t be going back. I cannot wait until Freebirds open in the old Case Olé building. Until then I will go to Jalapeño Tree or Chewys if I am in the mood for a burrito.

One of few places to eat«healthy» fast food in Tyler. Sorry to hear original manager Johnny Maldonado has moved back to Austin. He was always so personable and hard working, kept staff on their toes. Hope new management continues his excellent customer service.

Chipotle is chipotle and it’s as awesome as usual. Although the service hasn’t been too great I do realize that the store just opened and they are still learning. They also need to turn down the cold air its like a friggin ice box in here!

It’s not a five star restaurant, it’s not a piece of crap taco stand either. It’s Chipotle. The ingredients are fresh & hot. The speed & the cleanliness of the service are good considering how busy they usually are. The quality of the service ranges from polite to very friendly. This is me, giving an OBJECTIVE review of Chipotle.

I usually like to wait before going into a new restaurant in town due to the long waiting times. But I figured this was Chipotle, it’s worth the little extra time in line! Wrong! I should have waited a month or two until employees full understand their jobs! The wait time was longer than I would have imaged because the line wasn’t that long but again this is Chipotle, it was worth the wait! When I got to my turn, the service was lousy, the restaurant was dirty and messy, and the quality of the food was horrible! The ingredents did not look fresh and the employees were playing around with their gloves. The chips felt like gum when I was trying to eat them! Horrible Horrible service. Very disappointed because I have never had a bad experience at any Chipotle I’ve been to — and I’ve been to several throughout the country.
