I travel. I frequent Starbucks. A lot. This is absolutely one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever encountered. But partly that comes with the territory. The people in these parts of Texas ARE slow. For us city slickers, it’s a pain in the rear end. 5 minutes to make a Mocha with no one else here? Yep. Absurd. Sure, it’s only 5 min, but it should be done in 90 seconds flat. The staff aren’t friendly like at city Starbucks neither. In fact generally it’s the reverse of what people think. Cities have much friendlier people than the country now in general. Anyway, it’s not worthy of 1 star, but Starbucks Corporate really needs to train the staff in these remote locations better.

Normally I love Staebucks. I mean who can complain great lattes free wifi and user place to read or work. Have been to this particular Starbuxks several times. This is the noisiest place I’ve been staff is more interested in entertaining and shouting at each other than helping customers

Love Love Love this Starbucks!!! Clean, Quick, Friendly & Helpful!!!
The location is perfect & easy enough to get in to & out of. Love the location being in the same parking lot as Super 1 grocery store & Gas Station.

Service was fast, and baristas were very accommodating. The inside was very clean and had more than enough overflow area if the line gets to long. I visited on Saturday morning and there was no line other than us. One of the nicer ones in Tyler. I usually would not visit this Starbucks as it is out of the way, but will be visiting more often.

This is by far the best and cleanest starbucks in the whole city of Tyler. I will by pass all the rest and drive to the other side of town to come to this location.

Why is it that in tyler the ovens are shut down 40 mins — 1.5 hours (often) before the store closes? Why are snacks put away before the store closes? The spinach feta wrap is great, a consistent order in my meal cycle, but if I come in after 9 I rarely can order anything because the «oven is shut down». What store or restaurant stops serving before they close?

It’s all about the customer service. Everyone knows Starbucks tastes great; for me, I drive the extra 10 minutes to choose this one over another. Great people.

I’m currently in line at this Starbucks drive-through and have been waiting 15 minutes… each car takes a grueling 5 + minutes to complete their transaction. Worst Starbucks EVER!
No apparent reason either, just REALLY slow. For a $ 7 coffee this should be way faster or at least give a warning or explanation. 20+ minutes and I’m sandwiched between cars and had enough time to get upset and write this review.
