Worst customer service ever. I was told my pizza would be ready at 4:20. I arrived exactly at 4:20 and was told pizza was NOT ready and it would be 20 more minutes. Came out 20 minutes later and was told pizza was not ready and another 15 minutes. Are you kidding me!!! Stop lying and get a better computer system.

Got the giant chocolate chip cooking. Ordered online and went in for pick up. Quick, easy and oh so delicious!

1÷25÷16− Placed an online order through the Pizza Hut app and 15 minutes later my pizza was ready for pickup.
We ordered 2 medium pizzas, any toppings for $ 7.99.
1^st pizza = marinara sauce, pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, olives and mushrooms.
2^nd pizza = white sauce, grilled chicken, mushrooms and artichokes.
Pizza was ok, I remember the crust being really good years ago, so that tasted different, it had a bit of a sweet taste and it wasn’t as crunchy as I remember it being. I haven’t been to a PH in years, maybe the recipe for their crust changed?
The guys that rang me up were friendly and prompt.
There is a monitor that shows your name and the status of your pizza. When I walked in my name read «ready», and there were 3 other names and their «estimated time». I thought that was cool.
Their phones were ringing off the hook, so it seems like it’s actually a pretty busy location.
Plenty of parking as this PH is nestled in a shopping center.

i dont know why people giving bad reviews on this location. we never have bad service on this location… we always get pizza from here maybe twice a month. we always order it thru online so always on time right when we get there its ready and fresh. and theyre helpful so thank god no bad experience on this pizza hut…

I always order online and it says my order will be ready in 15 minutes, just in time for me to pick it up on my way home from work :) I’ve never had to wait and the pizza always looks amazing and tastes perfect. I’ve been going here once a week for a long time and never had any problems.

Ordered pizza just now. Used to be good. What happened!!! Crust tasted like from the supermarket. Felt like eating school pizza – very disappointed. Pizza Hut just lost a customer. I’ll make sure my family and extended family not to order from here.

While I am at fault for not having enough balance on my debit card, when I called 2 hours later to ask where my pizza was the rep on the phone first tried to say that the driver waited in front of my house for 30min (he did not, I smoke and used the pizza guy as an excuse to… smoke). when that tactic had no hold, tried to claim that they called me on my cel phone (hello, no log of any type of phone call) and while the claim on my card being rejected (easily fixed by transferring) if they had called, I would not have spent 2 hours waiting on a service, only to be lied to by a representative. kinda sort of like the product. bad service from this venue. order exreme pizza instead. or dominoes. or ny pizza if you are in my neighborhood. ed’s pizza is even better

Pizza wasn’t even warm when the guy delivered it. He dropped the marinara, the box of chicken wings and the brownie box was dented and half of it was stuck to the top. So annoying. Definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. Terrible terrible terrible.

This Pizza Hut location SUCKS. Ordered 50 dollars worth of pizza for a gathering for the kids and my pizza orders were not made right they left out some of the toppings that were suppose to be on the pizzas. In addition, I ordered my pizzas online at 6:45 and used the option of a future time of delivery which was suppose to be 8:30 but the pizza didn’t get here until 9:00 pm. I called the location to speak to a manager because I didn’t understand how was my pizzas delivered late when they already knew the special instructions for my delivery and then the manager whose name is ROSE said the delivery guy left at 8:30. First off the pizzas should have been here at 8:30 and it doesn’t take 30 minutes to get to my location from your location. All in all ROSE is a shitty ass manager with no customer service skills what so ever! How are you gonna manage other people when u suck at ur own job!

Tried to order online, wouldn’t go through. Got a msg that I needed to order by phone. That might work if only they’d answer their phone!!!

Pizza Hut was my favorite growing up when it was across the street. I hope they still participate in school programs.
The quality of the pizza is much better than before and there are so much more options. I’m actually interested in trying other stuff. I like the dipper pizzas — Marinara sauce.
The store doesn’t have seating, but it’s clean, the workers are friendly. I like how there is a screen so I know when my order is ready.
They forgot to give me my bread sticks so it would suck if you lived far away and have to drive back, but I had no problems going back.

We’ve given this Pizza Hut three tries, and I really wanted it to work out because they are so close.
There seems to be a new manager who is really getting the place together. Our first visit was awful (I think it was under the old manager) and chaotic. Our last two visits were just like a normal pizza joint– you go in, get your pizza and leave– I think this was under the new management. However, each time we’ve ordered pizza, the pizza sauce was brown and tasted– what– like metallic? Really odd and off-​putting. We’ve ordered pizza hut pizzas from many locations over the years, but never had weird brown sauce. I’ve now had to start my hunt for a new pizza place, as I won’t be back to this one. Too bad.

This is some of the best fast food pizza you can get! True it’s just like any other pizza hut, but regardless the pizza here is awesome! Their different flavors, amazing crust and now fairly cheap prices make them one of my favorite pizza places.
You can’t dine in at this location, but who cares. I think you’d rather pick it up and eat in front of your TV sitting on your own comfy couch anyways. Make sure to ask for their stuffed crust or flavored crusts since it’s free of charge and tastes amazing! You won’t get this at Dominoes or Round Table. Plus their crusts are baked to buttery perfection which can’t be beat by anyone!
Order online and by the time you drive over, it will be hot & ready for pick up. Perfect for parties or if you’re just craving pizza. Yummmm!

I’ve never personally been here, but one of my friend’s mom always gets pizza from here when we have a party at their place.
Let me just tell you… Their crust is phenomenal. They must put crack in it… Cause it’s so damn good.
I can just eat the crust by itself and I can die happy. Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside… I’m drooling right now.
And that’s way before I even get the drunchies.

I used to love pizza hut… Until this store opened. I ordered the standard delivery pizzas… And it took the delivery drive almost 2 hours to bring my pizza. I live less than 9 minutes away from the pizza hut shop. This kid came to my house, barely knocked, handed me my pizzas, #cold I mean cheese settled over, box cold as ice, and top of that he forgot my soda. I went outside to see where he went, he said he was gonna be right back, he pulled off in his truck and dipped. O was pissed… My children were eager to eat and enjoy a family night.
No. I took my cold pizza back and demanded the managers to redo my entire order. The manager was very friendly and re did my order as well as extra pizzas…

What ever you do, don’t fucking call in your order. The imbecile taking orders tonight was either a 1^st grader or just fucking distracted. It took my bf 9 minutes to order one pizza. He had to repeat his phone number five times! And it’s been more than 1.5hrs since they said they were «on their way». If they were busy, they should have said so and also not quoted us 20mins for delivery.
Note: pizza was still not delivered while I was writing this, therefore I was hangry while writing this. #hanger

Not my favorite pizza chain, but this one is in my neighborhood. The chain I REALLY like is way over in Decoto next to Safeway.
I’m a fan of super thin crust, but not this! It was actually card-​boardy and hard to chew. Probably overbaked or something, I dunno. But I didn’t like it.
But, my friend got the «meat lovers» pan pizza and I actually loved that a lot, I’ll get that next time.

Only 1.5 stars, why the hate? PIzza Hut is not my favorite but it is not bad. I especially like their buttery crust and they seems to have good specials going all the time. I think this location used to be Round Table which is still my favorite. Oh well.

This PIzza Hut location just opened three days ago, on Halloween Day and so far, they seem to be pretty busy!
This location is taking over half of the Union City route, along with all the houses on Hesperian and in Hayward, from the Newark location, which is great news for me because my siblings can finally call for pizza and have it delivered rather than me having to pick it up since the Newark location used to deliver to my house, and it just simply took too long.
Anyway, now we can either pick up pizza or have it delivered but in reality, it is only a 5 – 10 minutes’ drive from my house. Score!
When I came in earlier today to order, I noticed that they were quite busy for a new business and it also seems family-​operated, with lots of young part-​timers working there as well. The service is friendly, speedy and courteous. Definitely the fastest Pizza Hut I’ve been to (I’m used to the slow one on Hesperian that’s connected to Wing Street).
If they keep it up, they will have our business for years to come! Or at least while we still live in this city :). Cheers and salutations to the new kid on the block! May you thrive and prosper!
