Taco Bell

Stopped for some grab on my hour and half drive home from my best friends! By food was the hottest (temp) I have ever gotten from a Taco Bell and the guy working the window was super friendly!!! Can’t beat cheap, fast, friendly food!!!

To all the Unilocalers please note, WE’RE NOT ROBOTS!!! We’re human who also have feelings like when you’re feeling upset so do we! Please if you have issues with an order then talk calmly and breathe before arriving at the window because it’s food not a freaking heart surgery, okay! Respect and kindness leads to better food and service. Treat your cashier how you want to be treated! Take consideration of others and maybe you’ll realize it’s not simple as it looks because our job is really stressful behind the scenes. Thank you. The food was made very carelessly and my quesadilla had more than 2x the normal amount. Waaay too cheesy. But then again it is Taco Bell, can’t expect more. The person who took our order for the drive thru didn’t even let us finish saying our order before switching the communication system off. We had ordered a fresca soft taco with beans instead of beef and were trying to tell her not to put beef in our soft taco and she just typed in beef taco and turned our mic off… So we ended up with something we wanted the opposite of (as we had just moments before said no meat when ordering the first taco).

You guys gotta put more chicken in your chicken quesadillas. I got one today with literally 4 or 5 tiny pieces through out the whole thing. Come on, Taco Bell. I didn’t order a cheese quesadilla, give me some chicken.

I usually don’t have too many problems with fast food restaurants, you get what you pay for, cheap food. However this has to be shared.
My family came to visit for the New Year celebration and we had received quite a bit of Taco Bell gift cards so we thought it might be a good idea to have a Taco Bell feast. We used the online ordering app because it was going to be a lot of food. The app was easy to use and that was nice. However when we arrived at the taco bell we couldn’t go in to receive our order due to the time. We pulled into the drive thru and they recognized the name we used for the order and we pulled up to the window. It took over 15 minutes to get our food. The woman in the car behind us started honking. We got our food and got home.
Half our items were missing. The food was terrible. The nachos were cold and missing half of the ingredients. The burritos were falling apart. The tacos were everywhere. We spent over 20 bucks on this order and it was only with about 5 bucks. I will not be eating at this establishment again. I would rather drive thirty miles up the freeway to get food at del taco.

Took almost 30 minutes to get through drive thru. Only 4 cars. Drive thru guy was on the phone talking to his buddy. Most of us are sitting with no one taking orders. I could have driven to another location and would have been home sooner

Terrible service. Been sitting at the drive through for 30 minutes stuck in between cars. Lines not moving, at all. I thought fast food was fast… Definetly not at this location

Horrible service big lady asleep over here n they fd up my order. There’s 7 employees on the clock with 5 customers and have the nerve to mess up my order. Do not come here! I am never coming here again.

I was so dissappointed to hear that Taco Bell has meat mixed in the cheese of bean n cheese burrito. I always buy a bean burritos but I’m a vegan and I’m so disappointed to hear this

Cesar’s the best and the food comes out great. We ordered the Cinnabon balls and they were; warm, big, sweet & creamy. Just the way I like it! With extra creamy sauce on the balls… Be nice, they get busy late at night! I’d love go talk to Cesar any day !!

Been in line for 15 minutes. Plus they got the order wrong for two burritos. Food tastes stale and unpleasant.

I waiting 25 mins in the drive thru for a small order. I asked the cashier how much longer they would take and she just looked and confused and said I don’t know. Her eye makeup was all over her face she didn’t look clean at all. I’ve been working in customer service for ever and I can’t stand someone not looking presentable.

The last time I came here all I ordered was a crunchwrap supreme and two tacos. I ended up waiting 20 minutes when there were only 2 people in front of me.
It shouldn’t take that long to prepare food, let alone fast food of the lowest quality! If I had known that it was going to take that long, I would’ve just driven down the street to one of the many taquerias and ordered legit Mexican food.

I’ve always liked coming to this Taco Bell. Its location is perfect as its close to the freeway and also not too far from my house too. They have a very quick staff and drive though also. They never mess my order up either. I’ll always try and come to this location when I’m having a Taco Bell crave.

Thought I would try some fast food since i have seen this crunch wrap commercial so many times. Thanks to the terrible customer service from the manager who I guess didn’t like it that i was there at 7 when they open, I chose not to get the garbage food

01÷26÷14: It was completely dead and I should have listened to that little voice in my head that was telling me to just turn around. But, I didn’t and in I went and placed my order of nachos, a burrito and my son wanted a salad.
We stood at the register for about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. There was a lot of workers and a lot of yelling in the back, it sounded like they were having a grand time.
The food was warm, not hot when it was given to me. Again, I should have listened to the little voice, but I didn’t and ate anyway.
My stomach was pretty tore up the entire night. Oddly enough my son’s was ok with his salad.

Taco has a revolving menu. the ingredients stay the same (recycled), the names of the products change.
eats: chalupa, beef (2.29)
–looked/​tasted like a gordita? from awhile ago
–tomato bits, sour cream, lettuce, white/​yellow cheese, etc. (same as a taco but with a flour wrap.)

–buying a taco would be cheaper. same taste.

I showed them a picture of a Mexican pizza I got from a different taco bell that I liked, and I asked them to make me a Mexican pizza like in my picture. They humored me and it came out just like how I wanted it :)
Also, they usually have more cinnamon and sugar on the twists.

I have had opinions on this taco bell that has gone up and down based on service, although they have 90 percent of the time acted very professionally, nice and friendly. Lately the amount of times they get my order correct has improved as well. But what i observed today will keep me from ever going to this business again. I watched from the drive thru and man knock over the spatula, for retrieving the quesadilla from the warmer, on the floor and then pick it up and put it back where it belongs without washing it. It was sooooo gross, And to think i had just ordered a quesadilla, and what other items was dropped on the floor and then picked up, just to end up touching your food. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS GROSS!!!

We have come to this Taco Bell many times. Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food joint. Customer Service is a hit and miss here. Sometime they are cool, and sometime they are so rude and stingy with their sauces. Food does come out hot and perfectly made, but sometime it’s not worth it with bad customer service.
All and all, we still come back, because we never had a serious problem here. We do get our Taco Bell and we do get them hot and fast.
