So… wingstop closes at midnight but I show up at 11:00 and the doors are locked and no one picked up the phone? I drive out of my way for this and waste my money on gas? This place is as bad as the Unilocal reviews show. Don’t waste your time and money.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because when I went in the man was rude by telling me its going to be 10 to 15 minutes but end up being 25 minutes. Then when I got my food it was really nasty because I got the mild wings but they put like a drop of the mild sauce and there French fries were stale. Lastly when I got home they forgot to put ranch in my bag so ended up calling them and the same man I saw there answered and I told him I didn’t get the ranch and his respond was so what and he said in a mean tone if you want ranch come get it and hanged up. I’ve eaten at wingstop before and it didn’t taste nasty it was just the workers there who made my wingstop experience bad. Never going here again.

Honestly i read all the reviews and its just a bunch of people complaining and dont realize its a busy location. Everytime i come here i get good service and AMAZING wings. My favorite is Esmeralda. Shes always friendly and quick with the phones. She even spelled my name right. The girls are doin a great job upfront and the men cooking. Great job guys keep up the good work.

I’ve been to this location a few times before and consistently the chicken doesn’t disappoint, however, I’m not sure how much props I can give to the service you’ll receive here. If you refer to my previous review is that at times they make mistakes on orders, so ladies and gents please be sure to make sure you have everything you ordered and all the right flavors before leaving! However, a recent event really irked me. While I understand the food service industry isn’t the easiest job as I’ve held positions in similar fields prior, I do think that you need to put your customers first and be able to really put your best foot forward. First off, some of their employees were texting on the job. Ummmm, okay yeah whatever do that when people aren’t waiting for their drinks or waiting to ask you a question. But worst of all? One of my friends’ orders was ready for a good while… mind you she ordered FIRST of our whole group but they kept it on the cart and didn’t bother to call her number. So her food was sitting there… until she was confused and got up and had to ask. Sad story but true story and her chicken wings.

Do yourself a favor drive a little and try some real buffalo Wings. Wingstop wings are garbage. Excessively greasy, Anorexic, over priced. Worst wings I’ve tried in the Bay Area. If you want some real tender and juicy wings Google SMOKEATERS. Best wings ever. Adam from Travel channel took me there. They are the best by far. One their wings is the size of 4 Wingstop wings. They really do sell quality food. Wingstop sells garbage. Stay away from Wingstop. Their fries have also gone down the drain at Wingstop. Use to be good. Now they are soggy, and nasty. Hope I can help someone from throwing their money away to a place with no pride on what they cook and sell. Yuck!!!

I would rate this place 5 stars because I love wingstop– especially the seasoning of their wings and fries Unfortunately I am sad to rate this wingstop location 3 stars because we couldn’t get our usual military discount. The sad part was the excuse that the server gave us. She said wingstop does give out military discount but then they have a new system right now so she’s not sure if the manager can give us the discount. She didn’t even try to ask the manager to see if the discount could be applied. I know the discount is only 10% but the customer service and the excuse they used was upsetting.

Some establishments work hard @ being the best and to the contrary, being suck-worthy @ other places just comes naturally. Date: 07÷13÷15(Monday @ 5pm) Upon arriving to pick up our 50 piece online order… We were told they did not have Bourbon Baked Beans and mac salad. The retarded, lame @ss reasons given.(i.e. — Excuses) * Bourbon Baked Beans — «We’re all out of bourbon.» * Macaroni Salad — «No one knows how to make the macaroni salad.» (‘And they want to increase the California minimum wage to $ 15/hr?) «Yeh, we’re all out of baked beans and mac salad so you’ll just have to get the fries.» If it was up to me, my reply would’ve been: «Correction, I don’t «just have to get the fries,» as if I don’t have options… Oh, I just remembered something, «My feet work, you’re under qualified for this obviously too challenging of a position, and Buffalo Wild Wings is just around the corner.» However, on the flip side, if TP hadn’t chosen this 2 Star rated, «Wingslop,» I wouldn’t have had this great opportunity to write such a fun and colorful Unilocal*view! Why he chose this particular Wingstop with such an phenomenal, 2 ½ Star Rating defies rational thought… I suspect convenience was at the heart of the decision which ended up being a bad call.(Note to self — Drive a bit further, pay a bit more and don’t let TP pick the next place for hot wings.) Store front — One evening while I was @ The Comedy Store in Hollywood… ‘Or early morning, it was just after 1am, so technically it was Wednesday. I saw Carlos Mencia performing a set and he was riffing with an audience member who clearly didn’t have two brain cells to rub together to form a simple thought. Carlos Mencia: You know, when I say«I see stupid people,» it’s just a phrase, a joke… ‘BUT right now, as I’m looking at you, I literally see stupid people!(The rambling, inebriated, audience female was shortly escorted out by security.) ‘And just like Carlos Mencia, «I see stupid people!» Let me reiterate what we were told: * Bourbon Baked Beans — «We’re all out of bourbon.» * Macaroni Salad — «No one knows how to make the macaroni salad.» Really… What. The. Hell?! No one knows how to make macaroni salad but you’re allowed to use sharp knives and an oven? — «May I please speak to an adult?!» Who the hell does the hiring here? I’m all for hiring those w/special needs to help give them purpose, as well as it being a goodwill gesture to the community but at least require adult supervision. My experience here is just another reason why I support random drug testing… ‘And why I’m strongly against siblings bearing children. ‘And if the young lady’s lame answers to why they were out of sides in the middle of the day on a Monday were truly legitimate and not the result of some traumatic brain injury, WTH? Who the hell in upper management is responsible for inventory control and/or training?! After all, this cluster*k of what should resemble daily systems operation is ultimately the responsibility of management. «Ladies & gentlemen, I give you the Walmart Greeters of tomorrow!» ‘Aaaaaaand this is why I would’ve initially suggested Buffalo Wild Wings over Wingstop. I’ve been to Wingstop several times when I lived in SoCal and just found them to be, «Alright.» Wingstop would NOT be my first choice, convenient or not. This is no way to run a railroad… ‘Unless your goal is to run it full steam ahead into the ground. Overall, the food was alright but the unprofessional customer service and operation of this Wingstop is too hilarious not to have fun with as well as a great example to show the nephews on why siblings should not bear children. There’s a reason why this Wingstop has over 230 reviews and a low 2 ½ Star Rating… ‘Which from the recent Unilocal*views seems to be steadily declining.(That’s no accident… It’s a gift.) With all joking aside, corporate will be hearing about this poor representation of the Wingstop franchise if they haven’t already. — Aloha!

Gave them another shot. Took them 30 minutes to get it ready. Order was wrong. Wanted Cajun and hot. Hot ones were Cajun with hot poured over it. Got carrots and celery instead of just carrots. Fries were burnt and had no seasoning whatsoever. Then had the honor of waiting an extra 10 minutes for the order to be fixed. They really put the Stop in Wing Stop because you are going to be stopped for awhile just trying to get your food.

Funny how your calling to place an order while driving there. So it would take me about 10 minutes to get there and I was placed on hold. I literally pull up to the Wingstop with my phone still in hand and still placed on hold… I walk in and ask him if there was anyone on the phone currently placed on hold. He told me, «No.» I state to him, «First you need to learn how to be honest, and second, I’m the person you got on hold for the last 10 minutes» The employee didn’t know what to say!

I’m so sad to write this Unilocal review because this Wingstop is my favourite one to go to. I went in around 830 and ordered 3 ten wing combos. After grabbing my order and heading out when I arrived to my friends house I took everything out of the bag only to find out I only got 5 of my 10 wings. I was already settled in so I didn’t bother going back. So sad… and hungry

I find it quite funny that this Wingstop is right next to my second home… a 24 Hour Fitness: P If I’m craving wings I usually end up here or Buffalo Wild Wings. Though this place can be a bit messy and has a long line/wait time for food, I would have to say it’s my «to-go» Wingstop cause it’s the closest to me. I advise you to call ahead of time to order what you want so you don’t have to wait a long time when you’re actually there. All the times that I have gone to this Wingstop to pick up my food there is usually a long line out the door or the wait for your food can take quite a while. I always get the 10 traditional wing combo which comes with fries and a drink… it satisfies my meat cravings and it’s pretty cheap. Two flavors that I always get are Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan… the best flavors out of all of them! Anyways, if you really want wings… try not to go after working out at the 24 next door ;) Thank goodness I haven’t done that yet. TLDR; *Order ahead of time on the phone! *Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan!

This might have to be the last time I’m coming here because theyre always getting my orders wrong. I literally just got back from this location after ordering online. First of all, you will not get the potato salad if you order the 30 piece family pack EVENTHOUGH it clearly says it on their website. Second of all, they will ALWAYS forget at least one thing from your order. Lastly, they will switch up your wings flavor. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened to us. The only reason why we come to this location is because its close but NEVER again! I am beyond unsatisfied and I just had to announce it here. I’m never one to talk bad about places I check into but this keeps happening.

Had a not so good experience today at this location. My receipt said my card was swiped at 1:40, didn’t get our food until 2:10. We asked twice about it and the cashier said oh it’s ready it’s right here, just waiting for the fries… Ok. So I asked if we can have the wings first then. & she gave us the wings. Moments later, she calls out the fries to us. And we get a batch of brown fries that looked old and refried… You’re telling me we waited half an hour to get old fries? I would expect fresh and golden fries… The group after us didn’t even wait nearly as long. Poor customer service anywhere just irks me…
