I agree with earlier posts. Wing stop wings are best, but this location has very disappointing phone service. Maybe a good location for next Undercover Boss episode. No answer after multiple calls. Attitude poor and poor service!!! Go to the one in Newark if you can.

Since my last review I have not had them mess up again. Great wings, friendly staff! Expect a long wait but that’s why I always call or use the app. Love them!!!

I’ve been to this place plenty of times. The place is okay. Less organized than some other locations, more often than not gives you 1 – 2 more wings than you ordered, can’t get well done fries right for the life of them, but I want to share my bad experience today. After watching the Warrior game at home, I called in. Line was busy. Called back 2 minutes later and was asked to hold. Was on hold for a couple minutes so I just hopped in my car to drive there, stayed on hold. Ended up being on hold for 8 minutes, I was nearly at the store by then. On the phone he said it would be 15 minutes, I was 1 minute away. I got there and Juan took my payment for the order. He was very apologetic about being on hold for a long time. I sat at one of the tables waiting for my order. 20 minutes passed so I went to the counter. He was taking a phone order while one customer was waiting for him at the register. I was waiting at the counter. I saw 3 bags waiting on the side, what I assume to be phone orders, and probably my order. After he takes the phone order, he doesn’t acknowledge me, neither of the other 2 workers acknowledge me(one looked like he was leaving for the day, the other was in charge of cooking the wings). He helps the lady waiting at the register. By now its been about 25 minutes since he took my payment. After he helps the lady, he asks me if I’m waiting for an order. I’m surprised he forgot about me already. I told him ‘yea ive been waiting for 25 minutes. You put me on hold on the phone for 8 minutes, you forgot already?’ He looks for my order, it’s one of the three bags. He says he doesn’t know why they didn’t call out my order. Then he realizes its because it was a call-in. I didn’t say anything but obviously there should be some process that happens if a call-in gets there before the order is ready. Can’t expect me to guess when my order is ready. Please fix, thanks.

Does anyone think it’s sort of wrong that a 24-hour Fitness was put right next to this place?! Maybe it’s just me. So guess where I go between the two. Yup, love the lemon pepper and garlic parm wings, and fries with a cheese dipping sauce. It’s pretty heavy for me to do regularly but when I have a craving for such wings I’ll take this place over the other chains.

I called to order a 75 piece order. The employee on the phone put me on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back and it just kept ringing. I call again and another person answers rudely. He asks for my name three times because he could not hear me. Asks for my telephone number and again asks for me to repeat it three times. I proceeded and told him I would like a 75 piece order. He cuts me off saying I needed to place the order online or in person. I explained I live literally behind their building and I was just put on hold for 7 minutes but he says he can’t do a thing. Look buddy it’s 11:00pm, at least go out of your way by asking me to pay over the phone because money is not the issue. I understand you have rules but your customers give you your paychecks, without us you wouldn’t have this job.

Customer service has improved when they trained a new manager few weeks ago. They also hired more cashiers to fill in more shifts on the late afternoon and evening shifts. I had tried their spicy korean and it tasted too salty, and had the right of spicy hot. It lacked the sweetness of the Korean fried chicken sauce that I make at home. My favorites are the lemon pepper and the garlic parmesan, and can go with any dipping sauce even nacho cheese sauce. Customer 3.5÷5 Food is 3/5.Speed of food needs some communication between crew members. AMBIANCE has also umproved. Now they have a manager and crew lead who can lead the team to be more productive and selling many products on their menu.

Wingstop is definitely the place for wings. Just not this location. I’ve been here multiple times and the experience just gets worst. Phone in, online or at cash register it just takes a long time. Tonight I placed an order to go at 830. I placed it an hour in advance and it’s 9 still waiting for my order to go. It’s not busy. It looks like it’s been purchased by a family and family members are employed. Nothing wrong with that. Service slowly drifted away from this location I arrive at home and I’m definitely one of those people that counts their wings. Short 8 pieces from a 30 piece. Also one of the three flavors was forgotten so stuck with just two. We still ate it. Something has to change here.

Have been here a few times and I will say the bonless wings have been inconsistent. One time I got a whole bunch of little pieces instead of the 8 that were supposed to come with the meal, another time I only received 7 pices total. Both times they were acceptable as far as quality and flavor. I would also like to inform any potential customers that around 3:00 if you go there to expect the place to be packed with non paying high school kids occupying the majority of the available seating. I would have to say this place is just above mediocre at best.

I have been a long time customer here. They have good customer service and they definitely do remember faces. I always order a 6-piece classic combo. Flavors are abundant. Fries are always tasty. Self-service soda fountain with many flavors to choose from. My normal order: 6-piece original with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan, well-done fries, regular soft drink and celery sticks. Flavors are on the chicken are up on par. Wings are of a good size, not too small. The ambiance of the dining room is not bad. The noise level is low enough where no one us whispering but you can still hear your party. Fairly clean. For me, most of the time I like to bringing my trash up to the counter rather than have the workers come out and around to grab my trash. Reduce their stress load if I can.

After coming to this staple for over half a decade, I can easily say that the place I once called home has turned to crap. My friend and I arrived and parked in the front of the establishment at around 10:40PM. There were little to no people inside the restaurant so our usual table was vacant(the one next to the soda machine so we can get refills super fast during those times when the mango habanero was getting a bit too hot.) Unfortunately, my main man wasn’t working the counter, but I didn’t let that stop me from ordering my go to 10 piece classic lemon pepper and mango habanero with ranch and parmesan on the fries. After I paid my $ 12 or so somethin bucks with my master card, I was promptly asked for my ID, which was a first since I’ve never seen the cash register guy in my life. I smiled and showed him my cute license. After sitting down on our main spot, my boy and I had a little chat. Catching up on life, talking about our girlfriends, and the Zedd event just happening a few days before. It is about a 11PM when we were interrupted by possibly the manager himself barking orders from the back door saying that the lobby was going to close in 15 minutes. I quickly checked my fancy apple watch and it only said 11:02. I thought to myself, this cannot be right. I got my order literally 2 seconds after boss man barked from the back and got front row seats of him explaining to the people waiting for their food that the lobby would be closing. There was no way I would be able to sit down and enjoy my food in 13 minutes. I put on my fashionable bifocals and looked at the engraving on the door saying 11am til midnight. The thing I don’t get is they have this big ass yellow lit sign saying«open til’ midnight» but on Unilocal, they close at 11:45. Closing the lobby 30 minutes early is something else. As I opened up my box of wings just as ready as Michael was ready for the 96NBA finals I was pleasantly surprised with a wrong order. They mixed up lemon pepper with BBQ. How does one hear bar be que over lemon pepper. They aren’t even the same syllable count. I understand that my voice may have been a bit soft from yelling my brains out but anyone with a 6th grade education would know the difference. I haven’t been to this wingstop in about a month but please, Chevy, come back(assuming that he isn’t there anymore since there’s another black dude barking orders as if he were the fucking manager.) I will be taking my business to buffalo wild wings or the wingstop next to my house. Closing early, kicking kids out the lobby, selling Crack to the kid, I know you gotta get paid, but that’s the way it is.

Kind of dark and reminiscent of wood and fried chicken inside, which is entirely appropriate for a Wingstop. Our regular wings were a bit overcooked, the boneless wings were just about perfect. You come for reasonably affordable greasy fried chicken wings with somewhat indifferent dipping sauces, and that’s exactly what you get. Perfect if you’re in the mood for it!

This wingstop will always have a special place in my heart. Amazing wings, fresh to death quality, and it’s centrally located within walking distance to boba, supermarkets, and Bart. They always throw in a little extra here and there with the order so I feel like I’m getting a deal. Only downside is the stretched wait time between the time you pay to the time you actually receive your food. But that’s to be expected when wings are cooked to order. My favorite: Hawaiian and teriyaki boneless or lemon pepper bone-in.

I ordered online, unfortunately the order I got was wrong. I called back and immediately was apologized to. I went back in and the woman at the counter, I believe her name was Casandra.(?) Anywho, she went above and beyond for me. Has amazing customer service skills and us the reason I’ve came back multiple times this past two weeks. :)

I normally go to the Wingstop in Fremont’s pacific commons, but this one was more on the way after a failed trip to another chicken place in Hayward. I had an overall pleasant experience at this Wingstop. I hadn’t been at one in awhile, nor have I ever ordered for a large party… So I had several questions the cashier was very helpful with that! As with most Wingstop restaurants, their wings/boneless is pretty good, but are pretty oily. Luckily, most of that oil ends up on the paper instead of just on the chicken. Their fries and wings can actually both be prepared«well-done» for extra crispness if you like that kinda stuff. You can mix and match flavors and style(wing/boneless) if you get one of the family pack and it’s actually pretty worth it! I ended up getting 15 wings and 15 boneless(lemon pepper, pepper glaze, and garlic parmesan) and honey mustard, bbq, and ranch on the side. Yumm :9 No drink though with the family packs.

Let me start off by saying I hate this place and its filled with rude workers. The manager does not know the meaning of customer/guest service. I believe his name was Ehn, but he was super unhelpful. All I asked for was a cup of ice and he instantly said no, «it’s our policy that you buy a cup.» What kind of policy is that? All I was asking for was ice, and he kept forcing me to buy a cup. Never go here. The manager doesn’t know how to accommodate to simple request. It’s like saying, «can I get a napkin,» but then saying you have to buy it. It’s so stupid. Aside from that they took over 30 minutes to make my simple order of fries. This is one of the worst places to go to for customer service. Worst experience ever.

Wing freaking stop. This place is the plug for some quick and awesome wings. This place is in a plaza on Decoto next to a Rite Aid but this place has got to be the best Wingstop I’ve been to. It’s a small place not meant to have a lot of people but if you and your friends are here to just chill and eat some wings, it’s the perfect place. The employees are all very nice and friendly. I came here a lot with my homies a few years back and they still got it! My favorite wings are the boneless with lemon pepper/garlic parm/Louis. Rub. With bleu cheese. The fries are also very tasty. I usually order the 10 piece wings with fries but they always give you more than 10 pieces. Whenever I went they have always given me 10 wings and more which is a big reason why I love this place so much. 4⁄5 Would STOP for WINGS again ;) Byelp flying out with some Wings

Love wing stop and my fav flavors are Louisiana Rub, lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. If you want your wings crispy, ask for fried hard or extra crispy. I would love this place more if they give the blonde cashier-i think her name is Liz– a raise and an extra paid day off. She was sooo sweet and gave great customer service. Any staff willing to work on their day off and work over 10-hour shift is a keeper. Talk about 100% dedication.

This location was the first and last Wing Stop I ever went to, and on my first visit. It’s been a few years(so many I didn’t even have a Unilocal account to write from yet) and I wonder if it still takes 30 minutes to prepare 10 wings. My friend ordered 5 pieces with fries, probably a combo meal and hers were out within 10 minutes. She got the Louisiana rub, must’ve been so popular that her wings were thrown in the fryer with other customers’ orders. You’d think that after waiting half an hour for a few wings, the staff would’ve gotten my order right? I thought they had inspected each wing to make sure they got the correct flavors. So not the case. I’d ordered 5 lemon pepper(which I added an extra star for because they were actually pretty tasty) and 5 garlic Parmesan(pass– too much powdered garlic, not even freshly diced pieces!). Blah. Most people would’ve left as soon as they got their order after asking the cashier twice if it was almost ready. I opened up my bag and guess what? They gave me honey BBQ or whatever! I was ready to throw that bag away and just leave. As soon as I began to approach the cashier for the third time, I noticed the person I assumed was the manager at the time quickly walk over from behind the counter and call out my name. He said they gave me the wrong order. No duh. He took the bag from me and disappeared, most likely to the kitchen. I was given a new bag containing my actual order, must’ve been, what, 45 whole minutes since I ordered? WTH. No sorry, no freebie, nada. Just, «here’s your order». If anyone currently working for Wing Stop bothers to read this, please don’t offer to hand out coupons or ask me to give you guys another try. I’m wayy past that. I’d just like others to hear my story and hopefully the food timing is a lot better now. Don’t get me wrong, customer service from the employees was fine. I just don’t understand how 10 wings took more than half an hour to pass chef inspection, and the wrong ones on top of that.

I’ve been coming to this particular wingstop for YEARS and the reason has always been the same: excellent service and great wings. If you’ve never been to wingstop this is definitely a location I’d recommend since I’ve been to my fair share of crappy wingstops(both in service and quality of food) and this place really takes the cake. Wingstop has some cool flavors like the Louisiana dry rub(my personal favorite), barbecue, teriyaki, and of course their original buffalo sauce amongst others. Their combos can be slightly on the pricey side as each wing is roughly $ 1 but Mondays and Tuesdays have $ 0.60 wings which is GREAT. Highly recommend coming here on either of those days — just make sure you call ahead because the wait times on these days are especially long due to practically half-price wings. Now this place sets itself apart from other wing restaurants as they are incredibly consistent(at least this location) with the quality of their food, great sauces and specialty in chicken only. Where’s the beef? Definitely not here! Imo less is more so whatever they do make they make it damn well! All the wings are cooked upon ordering so they are always fresh(and deeeelish) which is another reason why I like this place so much. This location also has one of those fancy schmancy coke machines where you can mix all those flavors into cool combos(lime coke and raspberry sprite anyone?) which I’ve noticed other locations around here do not have. I give this place a 4⁄5 because, I have to admit these are not the BEST wings in the WORLD but pretty damn good for a local place. In short, come here. Get their wings. Eat. Drink. And be happy.

This is probably my favorite location for WingStop because I’ve gotten extra wings for my order on several occasion. It’s a nice surprise! And I guess that’s why this is my favorite place. I get the same thing in every other branch: Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub. I am so glad that they brought back Mango Habanero, which is bomb! It’s my favorite. It’s like my three most favorite things combined: mango, chicken wings, and spicy food. So yay! All the wings are made to order(well, they’re frozen wings, but still). The wait time here is like any other branches. I don’t really mind it because I call in ahead most of the time. But you can only call in for 30 wings or less. That’s fine, too. I always get it to go so I am not sure about the whole service, but I mean, they don’t really serve you that much. I definitely have a great time eating whether I am actually there or at home. So come by and order some wings!
