Buffalo Wild Wings

The food really was not good. It is just overpriced bar food, bad over priced bar food. And the boneless wings were awful, no amount of sauce could make them tasty. They are were mainly just a big clump of fried batter. And with a bill of of $ 46 for 2 sodas (refilled once) an appetizer and a medium wing basket, I feel ripped off. We left a $ 5 tip for the waitress which she was unpleased with and complained about loudly to a coworker as we were leaving. Definitely will not be back

If I could have No stars I would the service is horrible here the first time I went they took like 15 minutes for someone to even come to our table said I would never go again then I thought well maybe we just got a bad waiter! So we decided to try it again!!! NOO the service is bad they can never get our order right the front desk is rude and the waiters are way too slow

Servers are ok, beer selection pretty awesome, food prices are insane & wings can be inconstant.
I came here for the wings! I’ve eaten here 3 times and my wings have been either over cooked, smaller than normal or have a ton of meat. What going on here!
This is a great venue for the big games. I definitely can see that. I would not just come here for the dining experience.

, but unfortunately something came up while I was in the middle and unable to log back in. So I’m putting it here. The food was good, service was ok. I think our server was new, but he was honest and nice. The drinks were terrible. $ 8 for watered down beverages that are suppose to be alcoholic.
The receptionist is what I had a problem with. I called ahead to reserve a table for 10. I was told that BWW doesn’t do reservations. So when we arrived, we put our names down and was told that it would be a 30 – 45 min wait. 45 min later I checked back and had observed that there was an empty table that could accommodate our group. I was told that the table I saw was reserved for a party of 14 that had «called in». I must have been visibly upset because the receptionist asked if I wanted to talk to the manager which I did. I confronted her about the situation. She had no answer for me other than that she had another table that just got done and it would be just another 5 min. We finally got seated 10 min later.
Then another thing was that the group of 14 arrived later than us but was served their food before us. The manager never approached us after that one encounter. It was my birthday and I felt treated like crap.
I don’t understand. Is there some kind of secret handshake I don’t know about?

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER. Not attentive, no smiles. Short fat Hispanic server in the bar likes to roll her eyes at tables in front of her managers. Now we get our entire meal for free! Thank you management. Tip though. Pay attention to your shitty servers.

A family of 12, one brother home for the first time in a year, just coming off of his deployment. Two other brothers, with their wives and kids, and the parents, trying to reconnect over dinner, something doesn’t happen often enough thanks to life.
We called at 2, we wanted a reservation, but you «don’t make» reservations, okay, fair enough. We show up at 4:45 and realize it’s busy but are told it should be 20 – 25 mins. Sure thing we can entertain the 5 kids (ages 8 months through 10) for 20 mins. After 25 mins we’ve not heard anything and when we ask how much longer, we’re giving nothing but platitudes. No empathy, no concern that you’re likely about to lose costumers.
One brother notices empty tables near the windows, but we can’t have those. We get nothing except empty apologies, platitudes and no discernable costumer service.
We left. It wasn’t the wait. It was the absolute lack of costumer service, or empathy. Most of us have had service jobs, we deserve better than this.

Wanted to check it out for lunch, told hostess it was my first time here. She went over the lunch specials with me, then gave me a regular menu to look at also. After 10 minutes no waitress ever came. A group of 4 set behind me and the waitress was there before everyone was seated. Can’t tell you how the was is but the service it horrible. Will never darken their door again!

Family and I went there for lunch. All I have to say is that I ordered a chicken salad. Everyone got there food and the waitress let me know mine was on its way. I waited for about 10 min longer. My salad arrived and I noticed something was missing. It just didn’t look right. I had ordered a chicken salad but there was no chicken to be seen. I looked under, over and in-​between the lettuce greens. I let the waitress know and she apologized and so I had to wait even longer for my meal. When it arrived, almost everyone was finished eating. I would have thought they would be giving me a discount and even tho I hinted about the «no chicken on my salad and wait time» incident they still charged me full price. I wasn’t expecting free but at least a discount would have been nice. Gave that place a second chance and it was still lousy service. I always see that place packed so maybe I just had lousy experiences. 3^rd times a charm. We will see!

The servers give top notch customer service. I love spicy food so I ordered the mango habanero wings– little did I know, I have never experienced something so hot! The server could see that I was unable to eat my meal and kindly offered to bring me something else. Not only did they bring me a full new meal at no charge, he had it already in a togo box as he knew we needed to leave, without even asking us. I was very impressed with their customer service and the food was delicious!

Jennifer was our server… having three boys can be a little overwhelming for a server to handle but she was great! Great smile and attitude and really helped us out with the menu.

The waitress was very helpful in answering questions and the traditional wings were good. Great place if you’re in the mood for wings. Didn’t wait long for food to arrive. The salad was a bit small for nearly $ 5.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time!
Took them 20mins to take our drink order.
Then I ordered one of their specialty cocktails to celebrate and they didn’t know what it was and then when I finally got it they gave me the wrong drink.
Also got our appetizer at the same time as our entrees.

It tasted like everything was made from concentrate. Way too rich. Way too salty. Way too intense! Six of us dined and none of us could finish our food.

we have been going back because we really like wings and have found the service to have gotten a lot better! It probably just takes some time to work out the kinks and fire the initial deadbeats that can mess a business up. everything seems to be working like it should now!

So I am not one to trash many places being that I work in customer service but my experience at the Union Gap Buffalo Wild Wings last night was probably the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant ever!
The server was un inspired the hostess and other staff were standing around and talking while customers were going unserved it took 20 min to get drinks!!!
I would love to give you a positive here such as the food was good but after an hour and 20 minute wait time I was informed that our order was bumped and it was going to be an additional wait!!!
No manager came out and tried to make it right no body apologized and after an hour and 31 minutes after ordering my family and I left with out ever receiving our meals if I could give negative stars I would but there was not 1 part of my experience at this restaurant that was positive
As a follow up I called the corporate number to talk to someone about my experience got a generic we are sorry again fail fail fail yakima due your self a favor and don’t waste your time with this place or franchise

I have been to many BWWs and having one in yakima is pretty sweet. Came in with a group of 10 and waited 30 mins for a table on a Tuesday night. Not too bad but I was hungry! We had two waitresses, one on each side. Both waitresses weren’t that great, one forgot to take my friends order and we had to wave her down. The other had written down our orders perfectly but when the orders came out it was all wrong. My friend ordered the parmesan, asian zing and honey BBQ chickens with a side of coleslaw but got 2 orders of honey BBQ. Had to ask for the other wings, so we got 5 wings for free lol. Overall the atmosphere was great. Also since they just opened I couldn’t get too angry.

My server today was Brittney M. With that I say bravo. Service was 5 stars. She was informative, knowledgeable of the menu and paired me up perfectly with the right flavor of wings! Prompt with drinks, and did great checking up on me and making good conversation without going overboard. Friendly, courteous, and smiled the whole time. A definite asset to the restaurant.
The food was great! I had the tablegating sampler that had a bit of everything with wings, the large pretzels, jalapeño poppers, and these great chips with a great spinach artichoke dip. The cheese dip was also a great addition.
The wings are good, meaty, with just the right amount of sauce without being too much.
One heck of a good place. Plenty of tvs! I give this a full 5 stars plus more for the good service.

This is an epic place no matter where you go. Big screens, brews and glorious wings. The Asian zing is delightful.

This B-​dubs opened up recently so we thought we would give it a try. It’s been open for about a month now. The inside of the restaurant is really nice. It would be considering it is new. The staff was very nice and courteous. The major issue we had were the wings. They do their wings differently than other B-​dubs. They use very little sauce and which take away from the B-​Dub experience. I don’t recommend going here until they figure out what they are doing.
