Huge burgers and even larger fries. I really enjoy this place. Watch for buses though lines can get very long!

First time here and the food is insanely good. The portion sizes are no joke either. Pretty sure I will eat here every time I roll through Yakima

I was told this was the best burger around. I guess their standards are very low. The burger was big but dry. What I did not like was that they not only charged for tomatoes but over charged for them! The tater-tots were small and tasted like they sat in the oil too long. The hot dog was good but not for the price. I did however like that they had 2 sizes of Sundaes and they put the hot fudge in a separate container to keep the ice cream from melting too fast. But that was all I liked. The chairs and tables were not clean and the floor was slippery from all the greasy food being dropped. As busy as it was, they really should have had a separate crew to keep the dining room clean. For the price and quality of food, I will never go back. It’s just not worth it.

Very disappointed in the dry burger, «un» Chinese chicken salad and flat soda. The pineapple shake was the only thing ordered that was good. I’m not sure why this business is posted as a go to spot for the area.

A little confusing when we walked in the door. We werent sure we we ordered at the counter or sat at a table to order. Once we figured it out we were set. The staff had genuine smiles and were very polite! This place is so cool! It’s Decorated with Native American artifacts and old pictures of Cowboys & Indians. There is tons of seating and even have a big tv in one of the two large dining rooms. With a very fun vibe it seems like u could have a kids party here! They have a big variety of food to choose from… burgers, subs, salads, hot dogs. At first I thought $ 13 for burgers, fries and a pop was a bit much for a place like this but holy cow you get a ton of food! Lots of fries with several dipping sauces to choose from… the burger was enormous ! Overall awesome experience with the only real down side being that it’s so far from home!

Bacon cheeseburgers and fries hit the spot at 11:30 after some drinks. Burgers were huge.

HUGE delicious burgers. We had asked the locals where to find a“good burger place,” and everyone said to go there. We’re glad we did. The food is great, though a bit pricey. The restaurant is clean, and features a lot of historic artifacts, including a display case dedicated to the local Indian tribes.

Miners has been a staple in the Yakima valley for years. I remember visiting this place after every volleyball game in high school. Great place to share a hearty burger, fries, and a shake with friends.

I wish I would have read the tips about the portions being so large. I probably could have saved myself $ 20. The food was just mediocre to me. Standard burgers, standard fries. And over priced. I purchased 2 burgers, a Ceasars salad, 2 curly fries and an order of tater tots. And it was $ 40. No thanks.

I’ve been eating at Miner’s for a couple of decades now, and the local landmark has its pros and cons. On the down side, it’s often very busy and it can be difficult to find someplace to sit during peak times. You can expect to spend at least $ 10 – 15. On the plus side, the fries are amazing, the burgers are delicious, and the portions are almost indescribably enormous. Don’t forget the fry sauce, either. It’s not the best burger in Yakima, and it probably doesn’t deserve all of the hype it’s received from out-of-towners, but it’s still excellent.

My low expectations were exceeded. My Big Miner tasted like the underachieving bastard child of a Dick’s burger and an In-and-Out burger. It was big; if I had to say how big just based on eyeballing it, I would say 8 inches diameter. My Dad’s French dip and my Mom’s chicken burger were decent. The chicken had a thin crispy coating with plenty of meat, but the copious mayonnaise sort of ruined it for me. Fries were par for the course. Prices were a bit high but you get a lot of food. Glad I tried it but probably wouldn’t eat here again.

Huge servings, I mean really huge. Just looking at it made me full. Food is that perfect level of greasy goodness. I ordered a cheeseburger thinking it would be enough to tide me over when I got it I saw it was enough to feed my whole family! Not a complaint. Just completely surprised. Good food, especially like the fries and shake.

It is very rare to see a drive in establishment outside of a big city that is open until 3 am. This is my first time to Minors and I must say I really liked the food and the atmosphere. The burgers are big and very filling. I had the double minor and fries. If you go there with a friend or significant other just order one fry for two people. Believe me it is plenty. Our bill was about 23 bucks and it was well worth it. We arrived around midnight and the place was packed but our food was delivered to our table very quickly so they have their system down. This place is a classic and a must try for a late night experience.

Expensive! I ate here with my grandparents several weeks ago, I’m not very impressed. $ 44 for three burgers, and four fries. My burger was extremely moist, and falling apart everywhere I felt like I needed to eat it with a spoon. My fries were burnt together, ended up throwing them away. A crowded place, with extreme prices. I’d recommend going elsewhere, unless you want to spend a lot of money bring a spoon.

First time here and thought I’d try it out. $ 16.95 for a burger, fries and shake. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t awful but it wasn’t anything special either. The guy that took my order was really nice, very good at his job and helpful which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. As for the food… my cheese wasn’t even melted and was just laid on top of the bacon not even on the burger. The fries were greasy I thought and again not awful but certainly I’ve had much better fries and burger. I’d say Red Robin has them beat hands down and that’s saying a lot. The shake was the best part, it was decent. Bottom line it’s just a fast food joint and you can get a really great tasty burger just about anywhere else. I probably won’t be back but glad I tried it.
