Food was okay, big portions, but do not get boba tea, it was gross, not fresh, tasted stale.

Want to know how good this place is, I have literally abandoned my family(for one meal) to go there. I left those fools to eat Applefleas while I get some fresh homemade phở. This place is a lucky find for someone living in central Washington. I used to live on the other side of the mountains, so Vietnamese food is not new to me, so believe me when I say this place is legit. Real and good food. The staff, seem to know half their patrons by other when they walk in the door. Price is fair, taste is great, service is quick, and their variety is adequate. You will find something you like. Phở is great, so are the sandwiches(Bahn Mi). Love going there. Dont expect great atmosphere, but in a way that adds to its charm. I will go back as soon as I can.

The phở here is so good. The restaurant however, is very dirty. There is a baby crib in the main dining area, the family who runs the place uses the dining area as their living room. There’s always a man with a toddler watching cartoons in there, it’s not a very professional setting.

My family and I always come here when we go out to eat. The place is family owned and are the sweetest people you will ever meet. The service is great and the people attentive. The foods wonderful also. I always get the vermicelli beef and my mother the seafood phở. I guess the only downside is my mother wishes there was more seafood in the phở but eh, that’s just her opinion.

I am from Seattle, moved to Yakima. I wanted/craving some Phở, so load and behold I found this place thanks to Google and Unilocal.I was skeptical about it but the reviews made me go in. It was a small place, and a baby crib in the corner/kids running around. Yet once I got the Phở home, while it was warm and the noodles didn’t come apart. Also no siracha/hot sauce, but my god I’ve been to alot of Phở places in Seattle and surrounding areas and this PHO was fantastic! It was flavorful and better then a few places there. The spring rolls, while missing the peanuts, it was still good! I’ll def be back in the area.

It’s great to have two very good places for phở in Yakima. I like the«Famous» place also, but this one in Union Gap is more convenient to where I live. Nothing fancy as far as the décor, but clean, neat, and well-lit. The food is excellent. We usually get the Spring Rolls appetizer, and the phở(or «noodle soup» as it’s called on the menu). My wife usually gets the shrimp and I the seafood — we both love it!

Good food! We always enjoy the phở, either beef or shrimp. The spring rolls are a real bargain, fresh and delicious. My only complaint is the dining area a little dirty and dingy. They seem like a nice family run business.

Clean and friendly! Prefer this establishment much better than the other phở place across town. The soup is very good.

For being a small-ish town like Yakima, I did not expect to find such good Vietnamese food. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quaint, comfortable, and clean. The menu is very basic but encompasses most of the staple Vietnamese food. The prices are very cheap($ 3.50 for 3 spring rolls!). As far as taste, it was delicious and rivals some of the cities I’ve been to with some of the best Vietnamese food(Like Atlanta!). This place was so good, I came here for dinner and again for lunch the next day.

ATMOSPHERE: It’s a nice clean place. I’m coming from Las Vegas where there are plenty of Phở places but Phở King Crab is much cleaner than many of the ones I’ve been to back at home. Glad the TV was on ESPN and there was a lot of space for people to sit. FOOD: I ordered beef brisket and steak phở and my girlfriend ordered seafood phở. We both have eaten a lot of phở and agreed that his broth was by far one of the best we’ve had. It was clear and clean and wasn’t as salty as some we’ve had before. It was also a little more sweet and fragrant which we both the liked. The size of the bowl was solid and the garnishments were fresh. SERVICE: The guys were really nice. Got to talk to them for a little bit and they were cool. They also seemed really attentive to other guests so that made me feel comfortable. I’ll definitely be back to Phở King Crab because it reminds me cool phở places back home in Vegas.

Excellent phở! We love phở and when we heard there was a phở place in town we were skeptical. On a strong recommendation of a friend, we tried Phở King Crab and were not disappointed. Very satisfying broth and tasty bun bowl and spring rolls. If you are looking for phở in Yakima, this is your place!

I ordered the spring rolls and a pork banh mi. One order came with three large, fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork and peanut sauce. They were fresh and a great value. The banh mi was unfortunately not my favorite. It was just one of those things were the individual ingredients were good(flaky bready, fresh veggies), but they just didn’t come together as well as I would have liked. The pork itself was not very flavorful. Not a bad meal, but I don’t think I would get the sandwich again.

I absolutely love this place! They have the biggest bowls I’ve had at a Phở place. I wouldn’t recommend having the takeout unless you have the proper bowl to hold the soup. If you are just visiting Yakima and you do not have the proper bowl then don’t take out and instead eat in. I’d highly recommend, the Tofu-Vegetable Phở, its my favorite!

Being from salt lake where Vietnamese food is everywhere, I’ve been dying for a banh mi since being in the Yakima valley. I’ve yet to find amazing cheap authentic ethnic food, until today with phở king crab. First of all, the name is awesome. Second I was in a hurry and they made it within ten minutes to go. Third their chili oil. Fourth the buttery bun. Fifth the delicate pork. Sixth the fresh carrots, cilantro and jalapeños. Seventh, less than five bucks. You can tell its a family owned business. I’ll definitely come by again, eat in this time and try the phở

I’ve had countless spring rolls and the spring rolls at Phở King Crab are better than any spring rolls I’ve had in the Seattle area. They taste soft, fresh, and come with a top tier peanut sauce. The spring rolls are carrying this four-star rating for me. The phở was decent. I wasn’t impressed but it had flavor and was still a positive experience to eat and I would go back if I had a hankering for phở in the Yakima area. The restaurant is clean and there is a TV playing sports and the staff are polite and it was great seeing Vietnamese people working the kitchen.

As a Houston native, home to the largest Vietnamese diaspora outside California, I feel entitled to be a little snobby with my Vietnamese food. Phở king crab tastes closer to home than anything else I’ve found in Yakima. Phở here makes phở that I’ve tried at other Asian restaurants in the Yakima valley look like a joke. I won’t name any names. Food here is authentic! I’ve had the beef phở and the seafood noodle soup, which were both tasty. It looks they have only 1 option for beef phở(combination: brisket, tendon, tripe, meatballs) but I’m sure you could ask for your own preference. The pork banh mi was interesting. The meat used was different that what I’m accustomed to(bbq pork in Houston). It was the kind of meat you’d see in a charbroiled Vietnamese noodle dish. The bread was softer, unlike the crispy French bread I’m used to, but not bad! Like all of the small ethnic restaurants I’ve been to here in the valley, this one seems family-owned and operated. They are understaffed so service will probably be a bit slow, but they are friendly and hardworking! I’ve found my spot for comfort Vietnamese cuisine.
