This place is a joke. I spent over $ 200 and they threw me out 5mins later. No apparent reason just got asked to leave. Avoid this place! Security guards think they have authority over anyone and everyone inside and outside of this crappy club.

I went with three of my friends they got a table .
A bottle was 200 something then we added another bottle which total came out to 387 with the tip.
So now tell me why when i got my credit card bill they double charged it! YES they charged me twice! Same amount two times! 387 and 387 right after each other
So i opened a case claim and now their telling me we ordered 4 bottles which is a lie, plus if i ordered four bottles why in the world would you charge two different times? No club ever does that, its always finalized at the end of the night. SO FED UP WITH THESE LIERS TRYING TO TAKE OUR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

My bf and I came here on Valentine’s and although we had both been here before we didn’t know what to expect due to it being a Sunday and a special occasion but the night was pretty good. The entrance was free all night and the music was a variety of everything including reggaeton, cumbias, hip hop, reggae, and more. Only the first level was open and there was just enough people for it to not be empty but not crowded either. Only bad part would have to be the guy at the door told us drinks were 2 for 1 but after ordering our Cadillac margaritas the bartender told us the total was $ 28. I asked her about the 2 for 1 and she said that had been over since earlier in the night. Idk if they don’t all have the same information to give or if the guy at the door was just saying that to get people in. Besides that the club was a good time!

I usually don’t tend to review anywhere I go but I do like Unilocal and it helps me determine how most of these places are rated and what I should expect.
I was very unhappy with customer service here when I closed out my tab. First of all I was rung up for 9 drinks total when realistically I only ordered 6.
I was balling on a budget lol so I knew to keep track of the number of drinks as well as my total.
Well when I closed out my tab of course I freaked out I was charged 92.50 and a 10.00 fee for who knows what because I have no receipt showing I paid a separate 10 dollar fee, I left a 0 tip for Camille who was my bar tender because her excuse as to why my tab showed 9 drinks was…“Well your friend ordered another grey goose shot after you“
ummm no I have loyal friends who would not order on my tab without mentioning it to me. Sooooo again the ethic here was very poor.
Maybe the bar tender should’ve checked with the person who ordered the drink if they knew the last name on the card because I’m sorry that’s considered stealing and free money for this lounge.

I tried reasoning with the «Manager» SCOTT but even he couldn’t give me a good explanation. He assumed I was drunk and kept repeating that the bill was there and that I had to sign.
Infusion is a great nightclub I loved the music and the security guys everyone was great. I will be coming back BUT WITH CASH BECAUSE I DO NOT TRUST THEIR BAR TENDERS.

Sadly time and time again I have been convinced to come out and pay $ 15 – 20 for infusion by my friends.
This last time I’ve reached the edge of my patience with dealing with this place.
I came out Friday 1÷29÷16 for «Bachata/​Latin nights»
I personally am fed up with a overly expensive cockfest with extremely rude service.
Sadly a local promoter is trying to bring the bachata/​salsa dance scene to the valley. To the worst area in town. No one goes to this club. City Walk itself is extremely empty and infusion is even worse. Ontop of it very high cover charge.
Tonight while at the club I had a family emergency and while I was trying to listen to the voicemail an Armenian maybe hispanic staff member came upto and tried to tell me to walk outside if I was going to listen to my phone. To which I answered I think I have a emergency I’m trying to hear my phone. Which his response was «don’t try to fuck with me, I’m the last guy you want to say anything to». And he proceeded try to throw me and all of my friends out, which we all had paid bottle service.
Excuse me but this club has rude, uneducated staff and is not worth anyone’s time.

DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE customer service. Told us we could go smoke and told us we couldn’t go back in. The party I was with bought a table and even that wouldn’t let us back in. Ratchet as hell I feel bad giving one star. also wouldn’t even let us talk to a manager because they were «busy». If I owned this bar I would wipe the workers clean and start new. This coming from a girl who bought one drink who’s completely understanding and worked in the service industry. I’ve never felt compelled to write a negative Unilocal review until my experience here.

Jan 22^nd I decided to have my birthday party here. We got bottle service for 300 $ an hr n half before closing. My hubby and his friends went out side to smoke a cigarette and they told them they couldn’t come back in! Fucking assholes! Telling my hubby and his friends they are too drunk to get back in. We got bottle service of course we are going to be drunk! You fucking idiots ! What do you expect ?! These 10 $ an hr paying bouncers are taking their jobs way too serious ! We brought business here as first time clients and never coming back again! Fuck this place! Don’t ever celebrate here!

By far the WORST night, arrived at 10pm seemed like our table was ready to go, music was great ⁵⁄₅ (Spanish music plays upstairs: salsa, cumbias, rock en español). The waiter came back said my friends card had been declined @ 10:30. By 12:30am and 3 different cards later we were STILL trying to pay to get our bottle service. We were all getting «fraud prevention alerts» from our banks stating that there was an unsafe transaction tring to be processed. Called my bank got the transaction cleared. The server came back saying it was still being declined. At 1 am she tells us that we needed to pay with cash because our cards were not going through. She sends us to the BROKEN ATM downstairs. She finally comes back and let’s us know our cards are not going through because (I don’t know if it’s true) universals is considered its own city so the transaction is not acknowledged by the bank as legitimate due to zip code conflicts. WHAT?!? I have never had this problem at Universals, bubba gump, subway or saddle ranch before. Finally fed up we decide it’s best to leave to saddle ranch for the last 45 min of the night. AND then the server tells us «it’s going to be a 20 $ cover charge per person if you guys are leaving» LOL NO! I can’t believe what a disaster this night was! Wish someone would have mentioned this when we called to reserve the table 2 days B4 or the day of when we called to confirm.

I’ve come here on 2 different occasions celebrating my hubbies bday ¹⁰⁄₉ and ¹⁰⁄₂₄ celebrating my own. I must say both times it was super fun bcs we made it fun with our big group of friends. However, in regards to the service I must say ¹⁰⁄₉ waitress/​bartender was wayyyy more nicer and friendlier than the last chick for ¹⁰⁄₂₄. Prices were a bit up there considering it was ciroc but then again it is a club they must charge according to their benefit. We were told 1 table per 8 – 10 guest per every 2 bottles and they honored 2 tables for both occasions pretty VIP considering it was the one onstage towards the windows and stairs. Loved it! For my hubby they did party poppers for me they forgot!!! the waitress was hardly seen not like the first one that kept coming around with a huge smile on her face and very sweet and kindly asking me if we were doing ok. I so wish I would have taken pics of her. She is a dark, skinny and very pretty with a nice body chick. Look for her!!! Hope u find her
First occasion we spent $ 1060 for 4 bottles of ciroc, 40 corona beers, and 2 rounds of shots for over 20 – 30 guest.
2 weeks after for 2^nd occasion we spent $ 650 for 5 bottles of ciroc and 2 champagnes. Btw horrible champagne!!! I traded 1 bottle for 6 beers lol.
Overall our bday night we spent it with much pleasure being that it was full of friends and family.
Would I come back here? Yes it’s fun, safe and pretty chill. We only stay upstairs in the Latin music floor.

Used to come here all the time. Until they started playing house music and remixing every song. Also this is the only place I know that actually plays reggaeton. Music used to be good now it’s horrible. That’s why you won’t ever catch me at this place anymore.

Very disappoint!!! first time there «Not what we expected» made a reservation in advanced for bottle service… got there early and what they give us was a small table with 4 chairs when we asked for a bigger table closer to the DJ they told us that those tables were for 2 bottles… by 10:00 o’clock people just came and sat at those tables without buying a bottle and nobody from the club said anything, which made me more mad because all the excuses they give us when we got there.
I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I was there on a Saturday night and because of my friend I was able to enter for free and was given free drinks all night! :)
Now to the venue is nice and spacious 2 dance floors. The first floor is hip hop and there are 2 Gogo dancers the music was pretty good. The second floor Spanish (reggeton, cumbia, bachata). DJ Inferno from power 106 was there and put on some great mixes. The drinks where good not too strong or watered down.
Chill lounge to go and dance the night away!

Celebrated my birthday on ¹⁰⁄₉ I wouldn’t recommend it. The price for bottle service was legit $ 400 for 2 ciroq bottles and complimentary champagne. Service sucks! There was 6 of us total the girl assigned to our table took forever to run my cousins debit card for it to come declined then I gave them mine and she took forever to come back up and tell me it was declined as well. Apparently they’ve had a history of fraud with customers. They should tell customers ahead of time. My account was frozen thanks to the attempt at the club. When I finally came back from the ATM the staff did not make us priority knowing we were paying $ 400 when I saw the person in charge of bottle service I told him to get me my waitress and to get me my bottles ASAP Bc I’ve been waiting for 35 minutes and she decided to talk back and say our cards kept getting declined as if we didn’t have sufficient funds. She didn’t bring the bottles with glow sticks or any attraction. I had told her the first time what flavors I wanted when I told the manager about my wait I told him again the flavors so when I finally get my bottles they are the wrong flavor. When I called originally they said that it was a a max of 5 people per bottle. My party was a total of 6 and I decided to get 2 bottles yet the table next to us had like 20 ppl with one bottle. WTF!!! The tables were more roped off and random ppl were sitting at my table. I almost punched a rude drunk girl because she did not want to get out of my table.
Be careful where you walk. Clubs has lots of reviews of drinks spilling and staff not attending to them ASAP. I ended up falling due to that. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to celebrate a special occasion. We also went exploring to the first floor when we came back they had cleaned our table off and took our liquor. Not sure how much liquor was left I know it wasn’t much but it wasn’t 1:30 for final call to take my liquor ahead of time. Not once did they come and check up on us if we needed more ice or refills on juices. Did not leave them a tip!

Seriously, before 10:30pm to get in for free. That type of crowd pays for what your get.
It’s changed names of club names because it doesn’t stand to its standards. You are better off going to howl at the moon (which has been there for many years now).
In the end if you don’t care about paying for parking and entrance (no bottle service) then go ahead and kill some time. You are better off going Hollywood club crawling and getting your money’s worth there.
Universal should just seriously shut it down, and just make more parking spaces available there. Since they make more revenue on that then maintaining that property open.

This club is exactly that, a club. deafing music, sticky floors and spilled drinks… everywhere! a friend of mine paid the ridiculous price for a table in the VIP area which was fine until a party of 25 people were at the table next to us. I think there needs to be a limit as to how many people can be at one table. the sticky floors and sweat stained/​smelly furniture sucked and was made even works when our «couch?» had a broken leg and kept tipping us back.
The club itself was whatever but on the night of 18 September 2015, a personal message to the «dj»… get a new job, you suck. this guy doesn’t know how to mix music, he would play ten seconds of a song, then stop it, and start another ten seconds of another, usually with a pause in the middle, isn’t a dj supposed to blend it with not stop GOOD music all night? this guys equipment was faulty, everything was cut off for a while, kept repeating the same few songs… shitty songs at that. and then a good one would come on and guess what, its time for him to pause that and talk to the crowd. no one gives a shit about what you have to say, this guy would go on talking for 5 minutes! about nothing! just a «shout out to this!, and this! oh and shout out to this! oh and 1 more shout out to this! oh and 37 shout outs to myself and my uneducated ways!» horrible horrible horrible DJ! oh and the DJ was horrible! I would like to take the time to apologize to any actually DJ but lumping this simple fool into your category. my grandmas iPod on shuffle could of done better!

I used to enjoy coming here, but after this weekend. I will never go back. They’re customer service sucks and their personal are even worse. Also be prepared they will hold you in line just to get you pay the entrance fee. It’s ridiculous how they have gotten, as there really is no point to even get on the guest list. The only reason I stayed was because it was birthday and I wasn’t going to have them ruin my night even tho they did a very good job as pissing me off. Also it was too late to leave and very late notice for my guests (15 people) who had already arrived, paid even tho they got there ahead of time and were on the guest list.

Why would they charge a cover??? This place is not happening, there was like no one inside… would never come back…

Where do I begin this place has the worst DJ’s they are lost don’t know how to mix if I could give them a 0 star I would this place is so nice to have DJ that don’t know what they are doing the DJ upstairs plays salsa music and randomly mixes or try’s to Spanish rock and the DJ on the main floor wow try’s to mix but it just skips to the next song advice for the club u want to have better business and fill your bottle service tables that where empty get better DJs you go to the club to dance to go music not to hear crapy DJ music will not come back

The cool thing about Infusion is its location. I would have not known that there was such a place if it was for my friend who was dj’ing here last Friday, Nick Ferrer! I’ve only came to City Walk for the restaurants so again this was all new and cool to me. There are surrounding restaurants and even a hotel so everything is centrally located and convenient. It’s nothing to fancy (like Vegas clubs) so dress code isn’t too strict. I went in with nikes, a t-​shirt and denim shorts. Other patrons were «dressy» wearing dresses to short for them and ankle snapper, 5 inch heels. So you get an array of different styles and dress codes here.
When you enter the lounge there is a bar and seating area in the front. The bar is decent, and it also faces the main dance floor. It’s the only bar in at the restaurant so it tends to get busy and crowded.
The bottle service table area is a bit small– or at least where we were located it was teeny-​tiny. If your looking at the Dj booth, we were to the right side of it towards the back corner. The table next to use would have been mor sufficient for that party didn’t have as much people as we did.
The bottle service gals were friendly.
Overall, the infusion experience was not to bad for my first time. Would I go back and/​or refer this spot to my friends? Probably, because of its chill, kick back vibe.

I don’t recommend this bar. We went there for new years eve and we paid $ 54 for tickets including champagne at midnight, but they never offered champagne there. Lies! We bought two rounds of expensive drinks and at 12:30 I was taking pictures of my boyfriend and his brother and without reason all the bouncers kicked them out. We were celebrating with friends, nobody understood what happened. They ruined our first day of year.

Came here on Saturday night with a few friends. We were debating between here and Howl at the Moon next door.
At first cover charge was $ 20, but a promoter followed us down the escalator and offered us a $ 10 cover (same as Howl at the Moon). We also got in without having to stand in line and we weren’t even carded; I guess we do look old.
This place has two level, downstairs plays hip hop and upstairs was Latin music. It’s supposedly a lounge, but it definitely had a club atmosphere with a decent size dance floor. It was also relatively empty so getting drinks at the the bar was easy. Drinks are about $ 10, and is not that strong.
There’s definitely a young crowd that hang out here, so I definitely felt old. =/​As other Unilocalers mentioned, a fight did break out that night, but the bouncers were quick to grab and drag them outside.
All in all its a decent place to hang out if you don’t want to leave the valley.

I used Infusion Lounge as an event venue for a mixer, and it was okay both as a club and as a event venue. On the events side, the staff was friendly but not very attentive. When I arrived, I had to figure out most of the logistics and setup myself. (Things were not prepared ahead of time, and it was difficult to find the events staff throughout the night.) They generally played the music way too loud to have a basic conversation, even when I asked them to turn it down. Plus, I got many complaints from my event attendees that the bartenders were rude.
On the club side, people that were at Infusion for clubbing and not for my event were confused because they had to wait for awhile to get onto the dance floor. Logistically it was just not customer friendly, but maybe it’s just my event planner side talking. Cool vibe of the whole place but horrible execution.

What a hole! It really does depend on the people you go with cuz it otherwise is a small club/​lounge. it’s lounge sized but club atmosphere, what gives? People are not joking about the fights. I didnt get in any nor did my friends, but we heard of a few going on, and then this crazy drunk bitch thinks all asians look the same and tried to start one with us, in addition to calling me a faggot (someone hold my purse!).
ghetto as fuck. Another reason why Downtown Disney is better. the House of Blues is so much better of a venue than this joint.
PS: $ 250+ for bottle service? fuck that. The server girls were really nice and accommodating, but you can only do so much of that before they are overrun by ghetto people.

Everyone free before 1030. The bar on the first floor it’s really big they have every drink and the bar tenders are so nice and quick and also attentive.
I had a great time because i went when grads had open bar that night. Beer it’s pretty cheap but the other drinks are a bit pricey like any other club I guess.
The first floor plays, old school, new school music and they have a show too with girls dancing.
On the second floor they have latin music. I wish they opened the second floor earlier but in Saturday night they opened it at 11:00pm.
