11:07am the door is still closed. The front lady is over there at the register. The management needs improve.

The presentation of the food was sloppy, overpriced, and rude staff. The line was not very long and for very good reason too. The staff was unbelievably rude, telling customers to hurry and choose what they wanted. The food wasn’t fantastic and the chicken didn’t taste like it was cooked well. You’re better off going to any other Panda for $ 4 – 5 cheaper.

I actually cannot stand Panda Express food and customer service at universal studios on a sold out horror nights is expected to be horrible but I had a great experience with a worker named Misha. I hope she gets a raise because she handled customers very professionally when the soda machine needed to be switched out. She was very polite during some technical difficulties and made my experience here so much better. Thank you for doing such a great job in the service industry, Misha! People like you make everyday life a little more bearable!

I remember when I used to come to Universal Citywalk, this was my go to place to eat. At times I used to come here just to eat here, then take off afterwards. Located right inside Citywalk, there is already much places here to eat, like Subway, Pinks, Tony Roma’s and such. Right on the 2nd floor, this place almost always has a long line! There is plenty of outdoor seating, if you can find some! I’m a fan of their Orange chicken, broccoli and chicken, as well as their firecracker shrimp! Just like any other location, this one offers much to choose from in their menu. Once in a while they’ll bring up a new dish!!! I’ll be there to try it!!!

Look I understand this is a tourist trap location, but $ 7.19 for a bowl by itself is ridiculous. On top of that, totally got jipped on my entrée item and was left with mostly a bowl of rice. Eat anywhere else except here.

My mom went here to eat a few days ago. She wanted shrimp but when the server behind the counter said that the shrimp is $ 1.50 extra, my mom changed her mind and chose the beef instead. The server didn’t mention anything about the beef costing extra. When she went to pay, the cashier named Sotheany asked if she ordered the shrimp and my mom replied no and said she got the beef. The cashier looked at the beef entrée and told my mom that the beef is $ 1.50 extra. This upset my mom because the server mentioned nothing about the beef costing extra. My mom paid the amount and when she got the receipt, my mom noticed that the cashier charged her for extra for shrimp and not beef. WTF. This place has terrible service. I don’t know what that cashier was thinking or why she overcharged my mom. Never coming here again.

Bad service. I said thank you like 3 times and not even once cashier said your welcome. All she said «Oh the line«last time I’ll be eating there. The food was ok and over expensive.

If I can make it a negative… I would! The portions are the smallest ever… I do understand that you are over priced because of the location… But usually you get what you paid for. But here. They literally measure and counts each little piece they give you. The lines are longer because they take their sweet time measuring! It’s pretty uncomfortable watching them measure your damn food! I understand if it was a place helping you with your diet. But no. I hate this place. All other pandas are good food. And not so anal about their amounts!

Honey walnut shrimp-good. The only thing I like at Panda Express. Flavorful and not too sweet. Broccoli beef-bad. Really salty. The broccoli is half raw. Fortune cookie-bad. I don’t know how and when this cookie becomes a Chinese thing. Sushi-below average. Neither the fish nor the rice is good.

You’re eating in CityWalk, the mother of all tourist traps, so don’t complain about the tourist trap prices. Luckily I met the manager(Cheng) and he was really nice. Said hello, asked me where I am from, dished up my food, etc. The food tasted the same as other Panda locations, and the entrees were just about what you’d find anywhere else even though this is a shoebox of a space in the food court.

Loki is absolutely disgraced to Panda Express. She was very rude and unprofessional at that time of the day. I arrived at 1 pm lunch time and her attitude was negative sucked. She has no manners how to speak to customer. My food been waiting on the counter for 15 min until I asked for it then she says it was in front of you all along. The name on the food was incorrect which indicated Dvevra. What is Dvevra? Then I said that is not my name, she yelled and said to other employee that is not her name. She repeated what I said loudly in front of other customer. I took the picture of the box and trust me when I say barely any food inside the box. I am a slender built person and I eat healthy all i order is one entrée with vegetable. But barely any chicken in my meal. What a waste of my time and money which was about $ 6.50. I got service not worth a penny. I hope Panda Express look into this employee’s disgusting customer service standards and teach her better. Shame on Panda Express to have such disgraceful employee working for them. Shame shame. I came out unhappy and pissed. She was extremely ill manner to yell out what I said!!! This is not how you should continue to do business nor service done in USA.

It is definitely NOT Chinese food. and my friend told me that the panda express in the universal city is MORE expensive than other panda express outside. As a chinese, I think the dishes there is TERRIBLE. only the fried noodles tastes okay. NEVERTRY the Beijing Beef and the Orange Chicken. they are so called Chinese dished but is actually not. no such dishes in china. And I will NEVER go to the panda express again.

Good tasting, fast service, affordable, and a good place for a quick fix for asian fusion food. I like how Panda Express occasionally comes out with special limited items in the past. Ex. Surf & Turf, Mandarin Shrimp… etc, and it keeps this place interesting. I think the most popular item on this place is the orange chicken, I guess people like tangy and sweet stuff. Panda Express to me is always good a safe bet on days when there just aren’t any good options.

My 2 favorite things at panda were the mandarin chicken and the BBQ pork. My favorite bbq pork ever! Now the pork is gone. I have no real reason to go back now.

I love this place, the food is delicious and affordable. I love the following since that’s all I’ve tried so far: Start with Chicken Eggrolls and Chicken Potstickers, then have some Kung Pao Chicken & Honey Walnut Shrimp with Fried Rice. This is not the place to go for desserts but thankfully it’s just walking distance away. :)

Probably the best place to eat in Universal Citywalk. No indoor seating, nbd. Enjoy the great outdoors! You can get a splendid deck view under the comfort of warm heat lamps. The food is reliably not-so-good. It tastes exactly like every other Panda Express. And you’ll also get it very fast, exactly like every other Panda Express. Positively scrappy. High-flying for Panda Express(which really means not that high flying)

I voted in the middle for Panda Express because of certain things. Negatively, because the rice and lo mein are not vegetarian. It’s cooked with chicken broth, which makes me sad because I love chinese food. But on a positive note, the employees there asked if I was vegetarian and informed me that what I was trying to order(the rice and lo mein) was not vegetarian. And they kindly directed me next door to the Jurassic Café where I could order a veggie burger. So points for them for that! So vegetarians, beware, but meat lovers are welcomed!

Yet another Panda express getting 2 stars from me!!! There is no indoor sitting, I mean I get it, sitting outside is way better, but not on a super cold night. They do have heaters outside but most are not strong enough. I got lucky and found a good heater and saw a little girl hiding behind her mom because she was freezing her little butt off so I gave up my heater and ate the food in the cold!!!(this is where you say AWWWWWW O=]) ok the food: For a fast food place, they are really slow, they were out of most of the items on the menu! Had to wait for the orange chicken and the mushroom and chicken while they had put the chow mein and the rice in the containers and they were getting cold!!! after 25 min of waiting for the food to come out, it didnt even meet our expectations! the food was just OK! Ive had panda that was waaaay better then this…

Sometimes the food here is good. and sometimes the food here is not so good! If you get here after the lunch crowd you may end up picking scraps… OR…you can wait 30 minutes for them to make a new batch. in that case. you get it fresh out of the wok! All I do know is that I get SLEEPY after eating Panda!
