I have ordered by phone (carryout) at least three times and the staff who answer are personable, friendly, and helpful (Sierra & Bex are names that come to mind). Pizza is ready for pickup within the window they promise. Prices are reasonable and what you would expect for a Pizza Hut establishment. I definitely plan on continuing my patronage at this establishment and recommend it to others.

The pizza at this Pizza Hut is excellent. I grew up eating at Pizza Hut and have not liked some of the locations closer to me on Nacogdoches. This location is worth the trip… great pizza, good service and a price I can handle!

Ordering online is horrible. It keeps reverting back to the main page. After fiddling with the online ordering I finally called. My husband went to pick up the order and the order was wrong. we didn’t get the toppings we wanted but we said oh well. Never going back here again. Really sucks. I enjoyed having their pizza once a blue moon. Sorry Pizza Hut take it back to the drawing board and have more training.

Ordered a pizza online and given a 1 ½ hr wait time. I waited 2 hrs and called cause pizza never came. I was told pizza was coming out of the oven and being delivered shortly. Waited another hr pizza never came. I finally called spoke with a manager and they had no idea what was going on or where my pizza was. They were completely unapologetic, acted like it was no big deal. I finally cancelled my order. Personally left my house to go up there to get the receipt to make sure they didn’t charge me since I paid with credit card (this was at around 10:30). Worst food ordering experience I’ve ever had.

Went and had their evening buffet. Everything was delish. Wait staff was great. They were happy to make any kind of pizza for buffet we requested. Salad bar was fully stocked and clean. Very happy with my experience.

Went to the buffet at night during the week the Pizza was cold. They didn’t make any fresh pizza till I asked after sitting there for 40 mins with nothing on my plate .They kept just moving around the pizza so it looked like fresh pizza when new customers came in. The manager was socializing the whole time and sitting down at a booth. Didn’t bother to check on any of the customers. The waitress only could remember to bring drinks out everything thing else she forgot after asking multiple times. Will not be coming back to the buffet for dinner.
