El Torito

I love this place! I have been going to this place off and on, on Friday OR Saturdays, for months and my waitress, LAINEZ Bianka, has ALWAYS taken good care of me! She has an upbeat personality and almost always has a smile on her face.
Now my favorite part is karaōke. At first the kj was SHERWIN (aka Ceelo), who was fun; and now it’s DK, who is simply amazing! Then to top it off the blended blackberry daiquiri (topped with lots of whip cream) and there chicken quesadilla or mexican burger with jalapeño fries (with a side of ranch) is sooo tasty… yummy yum!

I love coming to this location because it’s not too packed, we got in n were seated right away

The waiter was super good very attentive, the food was pretty good not authentic Mexican food but it was edible lol drinks were ok, nothing to brag about
I got a mango margarita n my hubby got a Negra modelo michelada.

I’ve avoided el torito like the plague due to a consistent level of terrible service (different locations) and I finally went back for a friends birthday.
Not only did they have a bar with a dj, they seated us almost instantly and we were a party of 12. Our drink orders and food orders were taken pretty quick for a larger party.
The food was also brought up much faster than expected and the food was great! The drinks were also made very well might I add.
This El torito rocks and I’d gladly visit again!

I’ve had better Mexican food… Went there for Cinco De Mayo thinking that they would have good specials but they didn’t offer anything before 2 and I was there at 1. What they were offering after 2 did not really appear to me to be a good deal. I tried their Tortilla Soup and I think it is the worse one I’ve had yet…

Horrible service! We came just for some drinks and dessert. Server dropped off the food and never showed face after. After finishing the first round of drinks, we wanted to order another round but it took so long we just decided to leave. She has walked by several times without acknowledging us. Good dessert HORRIBLE service.

Bar service and food was great. Give the bartender 5 stars. What was disappointing was the music. The DJ was horrible. Just about putting us to sleep. Nothing but slow and bad music. Came to the bar to have a good time and enjoy ourselves, not get depressed. Kept going to the bathroom just to hear the music playing in the restaurant side which was way better than what was playing in the bar. You really need to look into getting better entertainment. I’ve been here before and I’ve never seen such a small crowd on a Friday night. Don’t think we’ll be back again while he’s there.

This Torrito in particular is amazing! They have such awesome service every time I come in here! Hector in particular is the person to talk to when you are planning an event or if you have a large group! Nothing but the best from this crew! Thank you!

First time here and the vibe was weird. Management was horrible. Service was ridiculous. Literally had to get up and pay my bill because the waitress was nowhere to be found!

Came for taco Tuesday. So far everything was good. I will definitely come back and totally worth it, except for the dj.

At a recent visit here I had an experience that I just must Unilocal.We were seated quickly. It took about five minutes to get chips and salsa. That wasn’t too bad, except that no one said anything. Keep in mind, no water yet. Finally, after almost 20 minutes the waiter came… to take our order. He didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, we had to remind him. After that the food and our drinks came somewhat quickly and they did stop by once to refill drinks. After we were finished it took another 10 plus minutes to bring the check.
That was pretty bad. Except for this: they weren’t busy. There was two other tables with people in our section. So basically it was crummy, rude service.
The food was pretty good but when the wait staff is so poor, it really doesn’t make it a worthwhile experience.

The food here is great, but besides that Adriana is AMAZING! We did the family fajitas for 4 and she literally checked on us every time she went by our table and we were a pain with all the things we wanted. Her smile is warming and she was VERY busy. I think people like her are money to a business. They should think about moving her to a management position, that is how good she is. We are moving to Colorado, but will be back to visit again!

Food is pretty good but the service is super slow. It’s taken over 15 minutes just to get my drinks. I should have expected it though. Service is always slow. Only come to this location because it’s the closest to me. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have all the time in the world to wait. As a waitress myself I understand sometimes service can’t always be that quick but for a place to always be so constantly dead with no people & for the service to be even more slow is unbelievable. The manager is pretty kind I just feel his employees don’t fit the customer service roll very well. Nor do they care too.

Fernando is the best bartender ever! First time here and i already made a bar buddy! Lol glad i came here instead of elephant bar!!! Had way more of a bartender/​customer experience! Thanks again fernando on all that talking! In keeping my head up for tomorrow! Ill let you know what happens! This is a great bar though! Clean, smells good, customer service is superb! Fernando may have just recruited a regular! Lol thanks again for the talk and the great service! Ill see you again bd
Brother hopefully sooner than later! Management: you should give this guy a raise! Just saying cause he is making you money! i came in for a beer and left drinking 4!!! Good job fernando on getting me drunk and feeling better!

Yanci, poor server… I think she has difficulty multi tasking… Sunday brunch is known to busy, I know! Tell me why other tables were being serviced while our area suffered. When it’s a a champagne brunch the bubbly should be coming. We got 2 glasses, one of which had lipstick, I noticed after my first drink. I’ll let you know if I have herpes simplex tomorrow… Food was good, the quality of service took my overall experience down to a two, maybe less. My first experience here was less than stellar! Highly disappointed, since this place was highly recommended.

Last night, I came here with my girlfriends for taco tuesday. We had the worst experience ever. Our server/​waitress is horrible. They really need to hire good people. So let me tell you about her. Her name is Bianca and she gave us an attitude. She is very slow on ordering our food & drinks and serve us our drinks & food. Everytime she order our food/​drinks, she kept looking on her cellphone. She looks like shes buzz or drunk last night when she ordering our drinks and food. If you don’t like to serve our table, don’t be our waitress. I will NOT go here again.

I came here for their Thanksgiving Buffett. Our reservation was for 1 o’clock and we were seated promptly. The food was not bad not great just average. Various dishes were missing from the buffet i. e any type of pies. You would think it would be above average since the promoted this brunch with advertisements placed at each table.
Only a few suggestion proper carving utensils would have speed up the process.
Clone one of your waitress Yanci. Her smile made up for the lest than stellar meal.

This place Has horrible service the only reason I stopped here is because j has missed the in and out and I was looking for obese I got off this exit and I stopped here, my table had no utensils since it was 9:40 around closing time so I grabbed some utensils that were rolled in a napkin since there was no body there to ask a server came to me and she literally took the utensils out of my hand saying you cannot have those I am like what .
Then later after j was almost done eating she bring me others that they were not rolled in a banking common do this people have education she was very rude by doing it .

This place is hit or miss. I recommend only going into the bar.
Do NOT go on Karaōke nights. The «DJ» plays music at a mind-​numbing, ear-​drum bursting level, and only a couple of drunk people look happy. It’s really a business-​killer, and I don’t see why it continues.
Otherwise, belly up to the bar on a non-​karaōke night, and you’ll get decent service. The chicken Flautas are amazing. The happy hour prices are okay: nothing to call mom over.
I called to check if they were showing the women’s world cup semifinal game in the bar, and the manager had no clue there was a women’s world cup nor any clue that the channel was even available. This too can be a business changer; know your channels and know your big games coming up if you want to keep a decent bar crowd.
If you sit at a table, anywhere, do not expect to served quickly or efficiently, especially in the bar. The cocktail waitresses are terrible! They prefer to mingle near the POS along the wall and chat. There are two short waiters that kick-​ass. Hope that you get those guys.
Notwithstanding, I keep going back for the flautas and chips, but I would love to see the above issues change for a 5 star review.

Wow. This El Torito has really great service and delicious food. Cecilio was our waiter and he was awesome!!! Everything about this visit was great. The girls at the front were really nice and got us seated right away. Shortly Cecilio arrived with chips and salsa and took our orders. We got our dinner shortly after and indulged. Cecilio was checking on us through out our meal and was honestly the best. I can’t wait to come back.

FINALLY! Something with alcohol !
But unfortunately, I cannot rate this place 5 stars.
Drinks and service is absolutely great, but the food is bland.
My boyfriend had ordered the Beef Fajitas, and I the Macho Combo.
And boy was my plate macho alright, but a plate of macho bland and dry food.
As much as I love cheese, it kept going and going and going and going and you get the point. It would not tear ! The cheese was almost like rubber. From that I can already tell that it was cheap cheese.
The rest of enchiladas that came on the Macho Combo, were just dry and had no taste to it.
The rice, may I say again? Dry. It was so dry it made my throat hurt just from consuming it.
My boyfriend’s Beef Fajitas, were extremely chewy. I’m guessing they freeze their meat because we were chewing on the beef like gum.
