Cashier scammed us. My giftcard had about 15 $ in it, we bought 15 $ worth of pizza and he charged my giftcard 0.57 cents, and he said that was the entire balance left in the card. He threw away the reciept which read the gift card balance and then gave me a reciept that stated that the 0.57 was charged as cash instead of a giftcard. Sketchy because usually when a person uses a giftcard it prints out the remainding balance. He folded the gift card but did not break it, and threw it away. Obviously he was going to retrieve the gift card later and keep it the money that was left on it. That is called stealing and Fraud! We called later that night and asked them to save the giftcard and that same guy answered the phone and kept making excuses. So we picked the bended gift card up the next day, and we printed out on the computer the actual balance on there which was about 15 $ (as we knew) and we saw how he used only 0.57 cents off the giftcard only because that was his way in seeing the balance (which was on the recipet he threw away infront of us) This was not a mistake. It was a plan. Given this man was apparently employeed here for 10 years. I am sure he knew exactly what he was doing! We spoke to the manager and she extremely unprofessional and argumentive. She did not solve the issue or at least even give us a new giftcard for the one that was bended! They did nothing for us but argue and fight with customers, what kind of business skills is that? These people need to take classes on how to manage and run a business, and certianly learn how to provide professional customer service and satification. The cashier knew what he was doing because if you trace his actions it all seems like a plan that he had organized well in his head. I will never visit this place again! We called corporate and they are handling the investigation. Beware from this place they are scammers! This place just lost mine and my entire families business. I will always discourage anyone from visiting this place.

Great pizza at a good price (if you use coupons you can get by e-​mail or by reg. mail) And I always do lol, Anyway go you will enjoy… thats it, good eats to all Unilocalers. Oh & we had the large half & half maui zaui & Guinevere garden delight it was delicious. Price was just under $ 20.00 with coupon.

Love the Monday deal here for 18.99 and Lexi was our dope server. All the ladies here had a great attitude. Keep up the hard work ladies!!!

We called for delivery they said they don’t deliver to our area. They are literally about 2 miles away! When we dined in they lost our order didn’t make it. Didn’t apologize when we asked or when we asked for our money back they did not care to fix their mistake! How do you loose an order! We called for pick up they tell us 15minutes we show up 20 minutes later they say another 10 – 15 minutes. There is literally no one here it’s dead. I rather drive the extra miles and go to another locations I don’t know why I insist on giving them another chance.

Cute little restaurant. Customer service is great. We got the all you can eat salad with breadsticks. The salad bar is small but has good variety and all the basics and then some (never had pepperoni on a salad before!) Can’t that $ 8 meal (comes with a fountain drink as well). Nice and economic lunch spot!

My family has gone here several times before. I admit it has been a while since last visit. It is my daughter’s 17^th birthday and she really wanted to go there and invite a few friends. Girl at register (sorry don’t remember her name) was lackluster at best regarding customer service. There always used to be some sort of meal deal– NOTHING. It was over 80 bucks to get 2 pizzas, some drinks and 4 salads. (was $ 70 with one pizza, but got 2^nd pizza half off– still outrageous). They changed the pizza plates and salad plates– the pizza plates are TINY. The salads are now close to $ 7 bucks each??? The juke box stole my money, the toy machine with the claw broke, the bathroom STUNK. You can’t order a pitcher of soda anymore. They said it would be about 15 min for pizza– more like half an hour and was not that great– lots of areas with crust and sauce but no cheese. Saw a lot of staff taking breaks at same time the whole time. Really didn’t feel welcome. Upside is salad bar is still great. Just overall disappointing experience. I would think it was a one time thing but there were so many things wrong with this trip-​. All of the reasons we always went (aside from salad bar) were not there. I don’t believe I have any desire to return, EVER.

Ordered delivery last night and it was amazing as usual! What made it better was the girl who delivered. I didn’t catch her name but she drove a lime green Kia Soul and she was just the sweetest! So nice and made sure I got what I ordered and what I needed! Outstanding service!

Just called to get delivery. It is 6:40pm and he told me they can’t deliver to where I live past 6. They have before. They’re not even trying to work with me.
I’m recovering from an operation and can’t go pick it up.
I love round table, their pizza is amazing and I love their garlic twists. This review is only against this location. Never experienced this from any place before.
I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this definitely was a bad experience and ruined my night.

If there ever was a time I wished I was somewhere else, this was the time! So my boyfriend and I decided to get a pizza instead of a burger. We walk in and I can see a few people already sitting in the booths and kids playing in the game room. We walk up to the menu and instead of having to look at that whole menu we decide to just get a medium pizza, half combination, half pepperoni. So I go up to the girl at the register and she’s looking down at the register as I’m smiling at her waiting for her to take my order. She looks up and doesn’t say one word, she’s just looking at me, So I say «hi!» «We’d like a medium pizza, half combination, half pepperoni, and she says «what’s a combination «? It took me a few seconds to actually believe what she just asked me, and i said «what’s a combination»? She said «yeah, what’s a combination «? I start to laugh, ONLY because I was nervous and I said «are you kidding «? She says «no». I Said «You’re working in a pizza place, and you don’t know what combination means»? So I literally had to break it down for her and tell her what a combination consisted of. So, she gives us our number and we go sit down at the booth next to the window. EVERY large booth as well as the smaller booths hadn’t been cleaned off and still had left over food and trash from the people who were there earlier. So I go up to the register and I ask the same girl to please have someone clean off our table. It took about 10 min before she came. When our pizza came to the table, it was one SAD looking pizza! This so called medium pizza looked more like a small and the slices were cut so THIN it was ridiculous! Not worth $ 20! Understaffed, untrained, many dirty tables… I will NEVER go to this Round Table again! VERY disappointing!

One of our favorite pizza places! The King Arthur is the best! Chicken wings excellent, small salad bar, but it has everything you need for a great salad, huge TV to watch your favorite game on.

We go to Roundtable a few times a year, mainly whenever my family is in town because they love Roundtable and their salad bar. We drive from Chino up to this location because we love it so much more than the one down the street from my house!
This location is always clean (including the restrooms however my dad said the mens room could use some bleach), associates are friendly, salad bar clean and freshly restocked and food quality seems to be consistent.
You won’t be disappointed if you visit this location!

I was very disappointed in the pizza last time I went there and probably will not be going back to that round Table Pizza ever again I probably should ask for my money back

I consider this place the very best of the chain pizza parlors. The quality of the pizza is always fantastic. My personal favorites are the King Arthur’s Supreme and the Maui Zaui pizzas. Even more than the pizzas, I find myself craving the garlic parmesan twists. They are by far my favorite bread sticks from anywhere. Overall the food is top notch, much better than Pizza Hut, but you will definitely pay for it. I would say this is one of the most expensive pizzas in the area. If you’ve got the money to spare, it’s definitely worth a try!

Here’s what I like about this Round Table:
1. I never have to wait. I’ve called on a busy Friday night to order a personal pizza. They are always honest about how long it will take, and it’s always ready when I show up. If they’re not busy, though, it’s only about 10 minutes, so I can call before I leave work, and the pizza is ready 10 minutes later when I get there.
2. Whichever employee is behind the counter taking orders or cashiering, that person is always cheerful and friendly.
Those two factors make this my go-​to pizza place in Upland.

Won’t deliver to where I’m at, but worth the drive. Not crazy over the top pizza, but consistent and good pricing. I’ve always had good service and the manager is very respectful and funny.

An all time favorite! Can be Pricey, but well worth it. This location is usually pretty quick with their delivery times. Always friendly on phone!

This location is by far the best round table ever! I love this place. The food is always served to perfection and the toppings on the pizza are the right amount. The salad bar is always stocked and looks fresh. I love that they have a self service soda machine and fresh brewed iced tea. I have never experienced rude staff. New staff… Yes. And some of the new staff is young and can sometimes come off as a little frustrated, but hey we were all young once and had to learn a new job and it is frustrating, and the public can be rude, especially the hungry public.

Round Table is my favorite pizza.
I love dining in because the staff is so friendly and helpful.
The salad bar is fresh and always taste good.
The pizza is amazing every time.
I have been going many years and will continue to go.

Love the pan pizzas and love the cheesy twists wayy more!
The beer is always nice to have at a good pizza place too. I’ll always be back!
