Smaller Starbucks with really poor customer service. Watch your bill as they will charge you more for your drink sometimes.

The night time employees Jenny, Marylyn, Gabe, Robert and Kelsey are the best and they make me feel special. I will not go in there in the morning because it feels like a different place. It is one Starbucks with two personalities.
The drink that I like is Strawberry Acai and they always make it to perfection.
The store is always kept up to standard.
I can spend hours in here when the people I named are there it is when they are not that I don’t like being there and I won’t stay long. This is the best Starbucks, it is a gem in rough of Upland.

If you’re in a hurry to get to work in the mornings, avoid this location at all cost. The customer service is terrible as well. The barristers act as if you are more of a nuisance than a customer, and they don’t have any sense of urgency.
I usually drive out of my way to stop at the location on Carnelian and 19^th to avoid being a burden to the location in question.

Service is okay but overall I really like this Starbucks because I never hassle to find a place to sit down and study. I’m very upset that they raised up the prices but drive through is usually packed and the way it’s structured sucks-.-

Slowest startbucks in the am. The redesign helped with the line situation but the workers are unorganized and slow.
I have received wrong drinks, which adds to wait time. Doesn’t seem like they have a system for who makes drinks and who gets food. It’s not my area of expertise but I’m thinking during the morning rush isn’t the time to stock shelves.
Cashiers don’t listen. I asked for birthday reward to be used and they use free drink instead so my birthday reward expired.
Will have to try a different Starbucks in the way to work. Better yet the coffee bean!

Love love love this Starbucks. Was so sad when they closed for renovation. Amazing crew! So close to home. And best place to sit, study, or just enjoy your coffee!

Love this Starbucks. Came here on a bad morning and offfcoarse I walked in with smiles all around! Kimi has wonderfullll customer service ! Her energy defiantly puts a smile on your face!!! :) SHES so much funnnnn. I will defiantly be coming to this Starbucks from now on! Love love love and offfcoarse my drink was amazing

Good location off the highway. Store had outdoor seating and indoor as well. The store had all breakfast sandwiches available. Bathroom was easy accessible and the wait for food was average. Not so quick not so long.

I arrived at this Starbucks for an informal business meeting around 4:00 p.m. Though the few tables inside were seated to capacity, it was relatively quiet and «slow». The people were lounging around on their electronic devices, enjoying the complimentary WiFi. I was fortunate to catch the eye of a man wrapping up his laptop and offered me his seat as I waited for my drink order to be called at the counter.
The store is on the smaller side with limited seating (I think you could get about 15 people seated in there, max). The décor is standard for a Starbucks.
After grabbing my drink, a seat and setting up my laptop, I started to notice chatter. Suddenly, it was 4:30 p.m. and this Starbucks was PACKED (primarily with teens and their parents). This must be the equivalent of an adult’s «Happy Hour», because it got loud, orders were being shouted out, cash registers were ringing and the baristas were workin’ their butts off!
All the while, I noticed the line kept moving along nicely, and drink orders were being called out before the line got too long or the Starbucks got too crowded.
Serving me is always simple, as I just get black coffee or, as on this visit, iced coffee, plain. But watching the baristas here work during «rush hour» was pretty impressive.

There’s nothing unique about this Starbucks location versus any other location. The baristas are friendly, coffee comes out in a decent amount of time, things taste the way it should be.
I like to come here to study if I don’t feel like driving very far. Free refills on coffees and teas if you’re a gold member! But the wifi here is slow, so you’re better off tethering if you need wifi. Or if you shouldn’t be on the Internet (like me), the bad wifi is a good way to make sure you won’t get distracted.

Where to start !? This Starbucks is so slow ! Granted they are in a busy shopping center, but they are a little slower then needed ! It always takes me awhile to get my drink. So I always make sure I have time to spare. When ever I order a passion tea, it never comes out as expected. Only ONE girl knows how to make it just how I like it ! (when she’s there I know it’s safe to order it !) my last visit is what drew the line ! All I ordered was a grande iced coffee with soy milk and sweetener … It took me 20 minutes to get my drink !!! The person ahead of me had a few drinks, so I expected a wait — but the girl making his drinks kept stopping just to carry a conversation with him !!! I only had a 45 minute lunch and needed a quick coffee fix ! Now I think I’ll just start making the trip up 19^th & carnelian…

My everyday spot ’ love everyone here! Only thing I would change is I wish they’d open later!

I’ve been to well over 100 Starbucks and this is the slowest serving, poorest service I’ve ever experienced. Had to ask twice for everything, forgot orders, nothing attempted to reconcile for awful service.
Save yourself time and drive to the next one.

Wow. paid $ 4.15 for a pumpkin latte felt light but by the time I got to my car and I checked it. lifted the lid and only half full… sad when you pay that high a price for a latte and they can’t even fill it.

Love it! Baristas are nice and friendly. Not to mention they get me in and out as quick as possible; which I like. 9 out of 10 times my drinks are perfect which is notable since at every other location my coffee tastes blan and ‘burnt’. Here they got it down to perfection. I will came back. Again and again and again.

Enjoy going to this Starbucks! Two really nice lady barristas behind the counter. They got one of our items wrong but quickly realized it and made it right. We even got to keep the iced coffee we didn’t ask for.

Nice baristas, super helpful. When the computers went down, they gave us our drinks for free.

stopped by this location before an interview, it was at about 9 am. They werent too busy but it was warm outside and not much seating inside so there was no place to sit, was able to find a shady spot near jersey mikes. They are right off the freeway in a huge strip mall, the food court area they are in is currently under constitution, the plans look really nice. Thankfully everything is very clean while they are under construction. Staff was super friendly.

The staff were really kind, just a little slow. I came in on my 45min lunch and it took them 20min to make my drink. :(

I frequent this Starbucks often when I plan to sit & chill awhile. Located in the Upland Colonies shopping district, Starbucks opens out onto a huge patio with tons of outdoor seating. I like to meet my girlfriends here for coffee-​talk.
The Starbucks itself is small and usually pretty busy but they are fast, accurate & friendly. They offer the same selection of food items & products that any other store does.
So why the 4 stars? Because it has no drive-​thru & it is small. That’s the only reason I come here is because I know I’m going to get out of my car & sit awhile.
