I have two girls Justice aged. I have been taking my girls there since the store first opened. I go 3 – 4 times a year and spend quite a bit of money there. The staff is always so helpful and they greet you right when you walk through the door. It’s very expensive so I only go when I can use my 40% off coupons and sales on top of that. If you do it right, you can get clothes for pretty reasonable. They always have cute and fun styles of clothing, accessories, and other stuff.

From the outside, this place looked like somewhere I could splurge on my daughter a bit. Sadly though, I don’t know if that’ll be happening now, at least not anytime soon.
The one (and likely) only time I’ve come in here I was ignored by the 2 or 3 ladies working there as they were too busy having a conversation at that moment. They both glanced at me as I walked in, then went right back to their chat. Even as I’m the only person in the store, standing directly in front of the counter looking at merchandise, they both still ignore me! Okay, whatever. I’m looking at their prices though and they’re on the steep side. Not long after I entered another woman walked in and was greeted right away and told about all the sales they have going on. I overhear her tell the other lady that they’re having a 50% off sale on everything in the store. Well isn’t that good to know?
I tried to look past being ignored while the employee took this woman to a few areas to show her stuff. Then, just as I’m starting to pick stuff out I glance up to survey the store and one of the employees is giving me a hard stare down from across the room. Alright weirdo, I won’t spend $ 70 in your store after all.
At that point, I just chuckle and leave. I was ready to spend some cash here, but the horrid customer service made me think twice. A true shame as they have some really unique and stylish stuff here, but I can’t look past that level of poor service.

A bit pricey, but if you can hit a sale. I haven’t had too much trouble with the quality. But, the girls who work there are always so nice and helpful!
