Unfriendly female staff without a welcome to the store, dirty stinky bathroom, NOICEDTEA even at lunch time, and small eating area. Other than that, same as most subways. Skip this one and go to the next one down the street. This visit was on 1÷24÷16 at 12:30pm.

Next time that big lady wants to be rude to my boyfriend and best friend, she’s gonna hear it from me. My friend asked simply and nicely for whole eggs on his Steak and Egg sandwich and she looked at him like he was some dumb ass and gave him attitude. On top of that, she toasted my boy friend’s sandwich when he clearly told her no, and when she asked if he wanted it toasted and denied, she responds w/«But I even asked you…» with the meanest attitude. Get her fired! Never coming back! Worst customer service I ever witnessed. If this was my sandwich, she’ll fucking get it.

Most subways have crappy service but here you are acknowledged immediately, the bread is fresh as well as ingredients. Its always clean. The staff is friendly and my sandwiches come out like the pics. The only downside is the inside fills up quick because its a large hallway type seating but there is an outdoor stage, benches and tables in the vicinity.

This is my favorite Subway location I’ve ever been to. It’s always very clean and the staff is always so polite and fast! I’ve never had a bad experience here

The best subway experience I have had to date! The woman preparing my meal was super friendly and a very good sandwich artist. That may sound weird but honestly, I hate when they are really stingy with the avocado or super lazy, but she was very quick and nice. The cashier was equally as friendly! Will remember this particular location’s customer service.

Delicious and affordable. Nice sandwich artisans/cashiers. Well maintained location and fresh food. Nice drink and chips selection. Only wish this location accepted points cards, which they do not. Womp womp

a typical subway shop. nothing special but the staff is on point with their speed and delivery. I find it ironic that the photos on this Unilocal page are of a man smoking a cigar because the worst part of this store is the outside smell of cigars coming from a smoke shop across the way within this shopping center. so if you are eating inside is place is great but if you are planning on dining outside then bring a gas mask because it stinks. literally.

I walked in and saw a huge line. But I was hungry and decided to wait in line. To my surprise the line didn’t last long. These folks work fast and the salad came out perfectly. All the veggies looked fresh. They were very generous with the tomatoes and olives. The entire restaurant, despite it being busy, was very clean.

This restaurant excelled all other Subways. The Manager Alejandro always remembers his customers and makes them feel like family. The staff like wise are warm and friendly. Their food is super fresh. They are professional and are skilled at their job! The atmosphere is always full of laughter and light heartedness. The restaurant is very clean. I highly recommend this Subway to everyone!

Good sandwiches. Online orders get filled quickly. The place is very tiny. Not may chairs for seating and so they lose one star.

Subway disappoints me. I’m a sandwich lover, but Subway in general has some BASIC interface problems. I’m also a veteran of the video-game industry(artist and designer) so I’ll see if I can explain it succinctly and since interface-design is not new to me. There is no ‘default’ sandwich. No matter how efficient, concise and non-picky you try to be, Subway employees(who are often employing English as a second-language) do not seem to understand ‘everything on it’ or ‘stop asking me what I want on it and make the frackin’ sandwich already’. There should be an ‘original’ version for each ‘starter’ sandwich, e.g. Italian B.M.T., added to a ‘custom’ sandwich(the way Subway does things now). Let me explain. When I go to McDonald’s, I can say ‘Big Mac’ and there’s no more conversation but for a brief and expected-query about additional cheese. Excepting this, I can say ‘Big Mac’ and expect a Big Mac. I don’t need to specify how to cook the beef, what kind of cheese to use, how much lettuce should be on there, in which vector to spread the special-sauce, etc. Why does Subway not grasp this concept? The way it *should* work is this: When I order an Italian BMT, there should be a named ‘default’ sandwich called ‘The Italian BMT original’, with the other option being a ‘custom’ sandwich that you can direct yourself(the way Subway does things now). This way, non-neurotic customers can take the ‘direct’ route(which also lets employees work quickly and unmolested), or we can order an ‘original’ but for any modifications. But, even if you order an original with a modification, this still means that the employee knows the entire contents of the sandwich but for your addition or omission. It’s less hassle on everyone. The ‘custom’ sandwich would be business-as-usual, or the neurotic way Subway does things now. If you’re a control-freak, you love it. If you’re not, well you’re treated like one anyway. The huge flaw in Subway’s system is that they insist on treating everyone like they are as neurotic and picky as the person who wants to describe each ingredient, omission, addition, placement, quantity, flavor profile and the history of the Jalapeño as it relates to 19th century architecture in South America. They need to add an ‘original’ option where the sandwich has a default preparation style and ingredient list, designed and vetted for flavor-profile by Subway. I just want a frackin’ sandwich. After my last Subway experience, I am done with this place. DONE. Jersey Mike’s is the only way I roll these days, and no, I do not work for Jersey Mike’s in any capacity. I’m just a guy who doesn’t want to have deep conversations about my sandwich whilst someone is preparing it. If I wanted to put that much thought into it, I’d make it myself. Update: Lowered this review to 1 star because I wrote to Subway corporate to fix their ridiculous customer-sandwich interface and got no response. Zero. They want to force me to answer a zillion questions about how I want a simple sandwich made, but they can’t even reply to a well-crafted email? Silly. There is too much competition to be so complacent.

This is my go to subway in the scv, they don’t skimp on the bread size like the other ones in the area seem to do. I can always get in and get out fast as I am always in a hurry and they are generous with the various extras you ask for. Workers here always seem to be friendly and nice, which is something I appreciate. Yet, I have witnessed other snobby, stuck up customers around me on occasion here and that is off putting. Why don’t they just stay over at Starbucks then?

I love how conveniently placed this subway is. Loving the location. Service is always bomb, they’re fast and efficient, and that’s all I need when i go in to pick up a sub!

As far as Subways go, this is the most convenient Subway for me to frequent. It’s right next to the 5 freeway which makes this an ideal location to grab a sandwich to go. The sandwich«artists»(whatever that means) are accommodating in terms of making the sandwich exactly how I want it. I always ask for A LOT of olives and they always grab a good handful. They are definitely not sheisty with their fillings, and to me that is what should characterize all Subways. Otherwise, service is quick, which is how it should be. Parking-wise, there are plenty of spots in this large shopping center.

It’s subway the sandwiches are all the same but avoid this one. By law they have to have a bathroom and they do but just not for customers. I asked to wash my hands before eating my sandwich as you use your hands for that. The person informed me that they did not allow Customers to use the restroom which is against the law. I asked for a refund on my sandwich and went to la salsa.
