On Sunday when into the restaurant ordered the new steakhouse burger first it has good flavor but was disappointed in the portion of the onions And tomato but it had lots of lettuce my onion rings were cold my husbands zucchini was cold

I wish I can put NO stars! This place needs new management for sure! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. This place needs to either be shut down or hire a new manager. Burger came 20 minutes later when it wasn’t even packed! I have been refused a water cup before from here, which is illegal. Fix this place Carl’s Jr, fix it.

I always feel bad rating one star, but the service has always been the same at this place. I have been working as a performer for Six Flags(across the street) off and on for about 4 years now. This is the nearest drive thru to the park so I used to come here quite often. I’ve never really had an issue with the food, but the service is awful! I’ve never once had quick service here. I’m not sure if I should take it as a good thing, since it probably means they’re making the food fresh, or what. The last time I went, I was on my way to work. Again, it’s right across the street from my job. I had 30 minutes before I had to clock in so I decided to go through the drive thru. There were two cars ahead of me. Long story short, I was late for work. I’m sorry, but there is no reason that a FASTFOODRESTAURANT should take more than 30 minutes from start to finish in the drive thru. I’m not sure if it’s the management or the employees, but this place is awful. I’ll never eat there again if I’m on any sort of time constraint.

If I could give no stars I would, but 1 star for semi clean. Anyways! I order chicken tenders which is like super easy right?! WRONG!!! One of the busiest restaurants outside of Six Flags and they didn’t have spicy buffalo defeats the purpose of an easy meal. Like really and then, the water button on both machines was broken. Not a happy person that had such and easy meal. Only one cashier and I had to repeat myself 3 times, and the lady giving out the order, super rude. Not stopping by again.

What non-locals don’t understand about this Carl’s Jr. is that the street it is on(Sage St.) goes directly to «The Crest», which is a notorious bad area of Vallejo. You kind of take your chances here.

I did not enjoy it here. I came here with two of my friends before going into Sixflags, which is across the street from this restaurant. Anyways, while inside, there are customers complaining so much. A woman slipped inside the restroom and hurt herself. She told the employee, but the employee said«Do you not see the line we have here? We don’t have time»(It was not that busy). But the manager came and didn’t even bother with the issue either. So Carls Jr. employees just completely ignored the injury of this poor woman. I also waited about half an hour for my SMALLFRIES. Yup, half an hour. And they claimed that they kept calling for me. no they weren’t, I was standing in fromt of them the entire time. So this place is not a good place to eat or to even sit and enjoy. I’d rather pay $ 30 for a fries at Sixflags than to pay for food at this Carls Jr and get the worst service ever. WAIT, and the employee who was passing out the food didn’t wear any gloves when cleaning at the same time. GROSS.

Award for: the longest drive thru experience in my life. I think they got lost in the translation of «fast food». Starting off my expectations aren’t high because it’s Vallejo and if you’re expecting great food then go to another fucking city. These clown shoes are shitty to another degree of the game. The burger was hella nasty, the fries were cold, and the customer service was dog shit like the quality of the food. Eating Kirkland dog food would be considered 5 star dining compared to this shithole. My recommendation is that if you are starving and this is the only place that you can find; go dumpster diving instead; it will be an improvement in food quality for sure. Negative 5 stars!

«We don’t have water.» «Oh. Uh. You don’t…have water??? Can I… buy water then?» After much fuss, they begrudgingly gave me a cup of water. When I tried to refill the cup at the dispenser, discovered that the water dispenser didn’t work. Went back to front desk. «Oh, yeah, we don’t have water out there because too many people were getting water cups and filling them up with soda». Okay. So I have this water cup. And the only thing I COULDN’T fill it up with was water. Hmm. Let me think about what I would be likely to fill it up with instead. You’re real bright, guys.

Personally working in customer service myself, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. First, they don’t give free cups of water, seriously? Secondly, they won’t even give you an empty cup! I simply asked them for a little cup to pour my drink in and they refused. Be considerate and stop being so stingy. Also, clean up some more! I had to cut my burger in half, so I went up to the counter to ask for a plastic knife. The lady calling out the numbers made eye contact with me several times, with me repeatedly saying«excuse me» to get her attention, and still didn’t help me. She had a black polo on, must have been the manager! Even better, right?! All employees were pretty rude anyhow. After standing there for 5 minutes for ONE plastic knife, I asked her again for a knife and she rudely told me «I’M GETTINGIT,» when she didn’t even give me a gesture or «okay» that she heard me. This literally made me not enjoy the burger at all. I should have just got food from Six Flags because I would give this place 0 stars if possible.

It’s Carl’s Jr. what do you expect. they have flame broiled goodness. I ate there twice during my stay next to Marine world. Once for dinner and then for breakfast. They have biscuits and gravy that are pretty darn good. Who would have thunked it? Otherwise it was typically good. Nice and clean with friendly servers.

I have been going here for years because it’s close to my house and when I used to work at six flags, I would grab a quick bite to eat here all the time. They deserve one star because they have terrible customer service. They don’t give free water cups like most normal fast food restaurants; you have to buy a damn soda drink or water bottle. When you ask for ketchup, they will only give you 3 packets! THEYARESODAMNSTINGYWITHTHEIRKETCHUPPACKETS! Other normal fast food restaurants have no problem when I ask for more. This morning I went to buy a breakfast burger, I asked the cashier, Nora, for«a lot of ketchup» and she gave me only ketchup 3 packets. How is that a lot? I repeated, «I asked for a lot» and she replies, «You only ordered one item, I cannot give you a lot» with a little bit of attitude. First of all, you work in a fast food restaurant, do not give me attitude because you work as a shitty cashier in a shitty fast food restaurant. Second, I ordered a damn burger that is kinda big, I expect a lot of ketchup. I remember there was this manager, I forgot his name, and he had the shittiest attitude. He looked like he thought he was the shit and thought his shit don’t stank. Sorry, but you’re just a manager working at a fast food restaurant. I only come here once in a blue moon now, but I should start going to the Carl’s Jr on Sonoma.

I’ve been here three times already, and the meals that I’ve had here have been great. The hamburgers I had were so perfectly assembled, I didn’t have to struggle to keep it together, and it’s the western bacon hamburger! Not messy at all! Only thing I would change is the giving out orders, they sometimes bring you the order when it’s done or they will yell out the number for you to get it, they should have one way so some people don’t feel left out :-)

No fresh brewed ice tea for purchase and no water cups available — you must purchase a drink. Sugar water only folks… Places that don’t give you free water just rub me the wrong way. If anything you should be able to at least get a cup of water.

While I was waiting for my meal I noticed a worker in the back that had on gloves but the index finger on the left hand wasnt covered.(he had that finger exposed as he was still preparing meals) I immediately flagged down the manager and explained to her my issue. As she told the worker to put on new gloves he handed her a meal. She announced the meal # and ironically it was mine. She walked towards me explaining she fixed the situation but no u didnt because my meal has been exposed to his finger… Disgusting

I’m not going to comment much on the food — except for the fact that the kid’s chicken nugget meal only has 2 strips of chicken(WTF every other place offers 3). My main beef is the general cleanliness of the restaurant. When we walked in, the floors were sticky as in never been mopped sticky. I’m surprised our feet weren’t glued down. A major major issue was the ladies’ room. Three stalls, only one operable. I don’t know 2 toilets broke down that day or they were perpetually broken but that’s unacceptable. There was long ass line outside the ladies room because of the one stall that worked. Their hand dryer was also busted(WTF why offer a bathroom when nothing works?). They did offer paper towels and both hand basins worked. Not a fan and probably wouldn’t come here on purpose. We went here as a convenient dinner place after a day at Discovery Kingdom.
