Too bad I couldn’t give this place a zero! Come on Mickey Deeeeez! This is the third time they got my order wrong and the manager wants to argue with you instead helping you correct the problem that they made! The manager that always argues with you is Hannah!!! Beware of her! Quick tip! Make sure you get a receipt, make sure they did not charge you for something you did not order, make sure you have your order correct inside the bag! I understand you get busy but third time is a charm for me! The service here is really bad!

The drive-thru has always been good to me. I hope this doesn’t jinx that. So this last trip, I decided to walk in and regretted it from the second I stepped in. The place is dirty and uninviting. I just don’t understand how it takes almost 20 minutes to take the 4 orders before me. Don’t come in, stick to the drive-thru window. It was very uncomfortable.

The customer service here is the worst ive ever had! They messes up my order in the drive thru in the morning so i had to go in. Instead of giving me what i ordered they wanted to re charge my card. The manager had a terrible attitude, so i just said give me a refund. They snatched my food out of my hands and dumped my change into my hand, spilling it. After i walked out i noticed that they didnt even refund one of my items! After getting a fluffed email from their Customer Service Rep Diana Diaz i asked when i would be compensated for the money that was STOLENFROMMEFROMTHISRESTAURANT! Its been 2 weeks and multiple emails to her with no response. THESEPEOPLEDON’T CAREABOUTYOU! THEYWILLTREATYOULIKEGARBAGEANDSTEALFROMYOU! STAYAWAY!

Gave this place 1 star the last time I reviewed it and I’m giving it 1 star AGAIN. Thankfully the food is still edible but they CONTINUE to mess up my orders. Okay, I only come to this location since Champs high school is nearby, after picking up kids, we grab fast meal, otherwise, I’d rather head down to the one in Sherman oaks. The problem is, language barrier, customer service(very poor), slow and its really upsetting. You know how you place your order and finding yourself repeating everything and towards the end they should ask«would that complete your order? «and give you, your total??? no! Not this particular Mickey d ‘s…its a total silence! You’re guessing if they’re still there or did they fall asleep all of the sudden??? They need to hire better people and I mean experienced ones!
