nothing on your sub for an expensive price, pay for any veggies ontop of it. ill just go to subway where veggie toppings are free with the sandwich.

I’ve given this place a try a couple of times and here’s what I’ve concluded. They’re sandwiches are mediocre at best. The Italian Night Club is both overly salty and rich, the Roast Beef was overcooked to a dry well done and the BLT consisted of cold, limp microwavable bacon smothered in mayo. I gave it two stars because they typically have lightning fast delivery. So, if you’re in the mood for fast delivery but taste doesn’t matter then this is good option, but if you’re looking for something better than«barely edible» you might want to try anywhere else.

I placed an order for pick up, and I got there 30 minutes later and it still wasn’t ready. And then they made it completely wrong. I asked for no tomato, add cheese, and light on the lettuce. It has tomatoes, no cheese, they added roast beef, and it’s full of lettuce. And then to top it off, while I was in there, the only girl working got mayonnaise on her shirt, wiped it off with her gloved hand, and wiped it directly onto the sandwich she was making. That is so unsanitary and disgusting. Then when I called to inform them of all of the above, the guy tried to argue with me and say that there wasn’t a girl working, when I know In fact there was. So their customer service is lacking some as well. Not impressed today.

Customer Service is absolutely terrible here. The employees don’t have a clue and its reflective of the management. Our house and our businesses will never spend a single penny at this business again.

I like Jimmy John’s in general and usually they are really fast. I live somewhat near this location so used to come here often when I need a quick bite. They often are really slow though, so giving them two stars. If they would be consistently fast like other locations I’d be more likely to come back.

The founder recently killed the last female black rhino in a national park. I think that’s a good enough reason to stop eating here. Not to mention the plain subs.

First time here and a compromise between Subway and Carl Jr.‘s. Husband had an Italian Night Club and liked it. I tasted it to check the bread out since I had a lettuce wrapped Country Club unwich. The bread is more like a flat bread on the sandwich, excellent quality meats, and heavy mayo as Don likes it. The unwich was constructed very well and easy to eat. The turkey was excellent, the tomatoes ripe, little too much mayo, but over all very tasty and ready fast. Needed bacon. Isn’t that the defining ingredient of a club? Learned I needed to order the LuLu sub to get bacon. The noise level is miserable. If it hadn’t been 95 out we would have taken our order and eaten in the car. The music is very loud and design of room creates an echo makes it even louder. Had a large and loud crew who shouted over the music to communicate with one another but pretty much ignored the customers after taking order. Had to ask for napkins. Floor was mopped while we were eating which I could understand if it had been 3:30 instead of 1:30. No tables where cleaned while we were there. Pretty obvious that the customer’s dining pleasure is not important — not even an itty bitty bit. My end score is a 2. Will they improve? Hope so if they want to stay in business. We won’t be going again.

What? I can’t hear you over the blaring music! They act impatient if you are not ready. And what the hell do you have against napkins? The sandwiches are sloppily made and not that good.

Ridiculously fast service — so much so that I was startled when the guy knocked on the door. The food was fabulous and fresh — I have ordered from them three times and have never been disappointed. I love to build my sandwich exactly the way I want it and don’t forget to add a pickle to order it is a must!

Worst Jimmy John’s in the area. They are the exact opposite of freaky fast both in the store and with delivery, and consistently make mistakes on orders. The final straw that lead me to review this is my experience yesterday. I called to order for delivery. I was told 6 – 8 minutes for arrival. 20 minutes later I called back to ask about my delivery and I was told«Oh, sorry, we only have one driver right now and they just got back from another delivery, but you are next and the driver just left with your order.» At this point I was marginally irritated, only because they could’ve told me up front it was going to be longer and not told me 6 – 8 minutes… but I wasn’t going to die from hunger, I was just annoyed. 10 minutes later I called again. I was pretty ticked at that point because I’m half a mile away from the store. It doesn’t take 10 minutes to drive to my house from there, and honestly we were going to just go pick it up but we wanted to test their delivery. When I called I told them to forget it and cancel the order. I was given the same excuse of only having driver but to hang on and they’d get a manager. I sat on hold for a minute and someone just picked up and said«do you still want to cancel it? They’re on their way now.» I said«Yup. I was told 10 minutes ago they were on their way too and that at this point I’m canceling on principle.» I will never patronize this location again. They are slow, unable to consistently make orders correctly, have terrible customer service, and lied to me.

What??? I can’t hear you!!! The music is SOLOUD in here. I asked to turn it down, the girl at the register says, «umm like I don’t think we’re suppose to…» I asked for the manager’s number, then the music went down. Another guy in the back says, «yea it’s loud, was at 45, I turned it down to 43″ — still was BLASTING! I asked for them to turn it down more– they did but was still too loud. Makes me not want to come back. Don’t think I will. Hope the manager reads this. Good sandwiches but very unpleasant eating experience.

Been here a few times, they always blast the music at this location… There is an acceptable level of music and I should not feel as though I’m in a Miami night club. Very poor taste. They can’t hear the customer orders and it’s an unpleasant atmosphere for having a conversation or taking a family too. They have turned down the music on two occasions but there should be a governor on the level if it’s not responsibly used. Still amazing sandwiches…

Really, not even one star. Tonight I waited 35 minutes for stale bread and the worst sandwich I have ever had! And I used to love Jimmy John’s. Sorry I pre-paid the tip, too!

Meh, you know. its Jimmy John’s. Perfect for when too lazy to don clothing and leave the house, but also hungry. Note: You may want to put something on before the driver arrives(freaky fast).

Sandwich was ok, but I had to get up and walk out for a couple reasons. One was the clerk banging pans around in the sink, making an incredible amount of racket. I was the only one in the place, but still, I want to just sit and eat my lunch without interruption. The 2nd, and final, straw was the delivery driver, sitting in the front of the store«barking» back at other employees. And I’m not kidding, he was trying to imitate a walrus of similar animals and literally barking at the other employees. I gave him a look like«you have got to be frickin kidding me» and he just shrugged. At that moment I was embarrassed to be an adult and simply folded up my remaining sandwich and left. I will not be back. I don’t need high school kids at Chucky Cheese making my food for me. Seriously folks, really, you should be ashamed.

The sandwiches are really tasty here but you are charged $.75 for cheese and $.50 to get peppers. JJ’s «thing» is that when you order a sandwich, they are pretty much done making it by the time you are done paying for it. More expensive than Subway but not really better. I would go here again if I REALLY wanted a sandwich FAST and no Subway was close by.

I usually order home delivery. It is always super-fast, delivered with a smile and the orders have always been 100% accurate. I did go in once and the staff was friendly and professional. My only issue with in-store dining or take-out is that the music is so loud, it makes it difficult for one to think straight after a while but that is the ONLY complaint I have. I, for one, appreciate the friendly service.

#9 w peps is a staple. Usually fast… Last visit I took friends for their first time and left from embarrassment over the wait. What happened to freaky fast? Only one employee then another showed just before we left. :-|

Not too shabby … Similar to Subway with slightly higher quality but significantly faster sandwich-making. Very fast. Please kill the ridiculously loud music though. Ugh.

Delicious as usual, first found this place while visiting Seattle. So glad it’s becoming popular in Vancouver.
