IHOP is the same no matter what state you’re in. Great coffee, great pancakes, and friendly service. You never leave hungry. I love their chicken fried steak!

This location sucks big time. I came with my mom and sister around 2p and stood in the doorway waiting to be seated for 5 minutes. It wasnt busy at all. We had three different servers walk by and say they would be with us in a minute as they continued to walk around doing nothing. One girl was straight ahead of us and pretended not to see us as she vacuumed the floor not attending to any customers. After finally getting sat no one came to our table. We got up and left and went across the street to Bob Evans. Which was much better. I’d give this location zero stars if I could. Lazy lazy lazy workers

Fast service, friendly atmosphere — IHOP is good for a quick meal. Rarely disappointed. My Dad loves this place and when we’re in town, you can find us there. Probably one of the best IHOPs I’ve been to.

Wow, it took forever just to give our drink order, and they weren’t even busy. It was a weekday and mid-morning, not lunch rush. The waitress we had was friendly, however she must’ve forgotten about us, because our plates were super hot from being under the warming lights for too long — must be why I feel like it took forever, because it did. The food was up to IHOP standards, swimming in grill grease/butter, and ok.
I definitely make sure not to stop when hungry and in Venice.

My husband and I have had breakfast here a few times but will not eat at this restaurant again. The service is slow, slow, slow. When we ate there the last time, a Tuesday morning at about 10:00 a.m. for a quick breakfast we had to wait for nearly 40 minutes for our simple breakfasts. Not once did anyone come to our table to explain the delay or to apologize for it. This was our worst experience there, but the service has been very slow each time we have have tried the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are hungry or in hurry.

I thought I had posted a review the last time my husband and I came, but didn’t post. We are visiting Venice, Fl from California and this is now the fourth visit to ihop. I wanted to say last time that Karen was wonderful. I love when I hear terms of endearment because I love to use them too! Some people are uncomfortable, but it makes me feel warm and fuzzy. In addition to Karen’s warm service, she has etiquette I don’t see in five star restaurants! For instance, the last visit Karen picked up our plates and said «pardon my reach,» now that’s class. Overall, the great service makes the food all the better. Be sure to ask for Karen or Deanna!

Food tries to be healthy but doesn’t quite make it. Everything is very salty and overpriced. Not worth the money. Never again.

My experiences with IHOPs have been disappointments. When this place first opened up I went there with some reluctance. I was happily surprised at how good the food and service was. It has been open for a year now and it has slipped back into mediocrity. I no longer wish to go there. Service is terrible and so is the food.

I normally avoid IHOPs like the plague, but my Grandma really wanted to eat here so I went along. This place is hands down the best IHOP I have ever seen, times 10. It is amazingly clean and the service was amazing!
If you are going to eat at an IHOP, this is the one you must go to.
