Love the pizza and baked ziti. The salads are great too, especially the cesear. The service was awesome. Definitely satisfied my preggo craving!

This food place is located at the food courts at the Pacific View mall. When you walk up to Sbarro the food out on display behind the glass looks so amazing. I chose the Hawaiian pizza combo with a salad and soda to drink. I was with someone else, but I cannot remember what that person got it was not pizza, but like a calzone type thing. The Hawaiian pizza was very bland with no flavor. The salad was really small and had nothing to it just some lettuce and a few stale croutons. The woman at the counter ringing me up was really rude and only gave us two napkins. They are tiny flimsy napkins and I am a messy eater so we asked for more napkins, then she just gives us ONE more. I can’t just have three tiny napkins to share with another person. They are stingy with the utensils and the food is of extreme low quality. I will not go back again I was very unhappy with bad service and dry bland old tasting pizza.

The pizza was good. Well done and crispy like I like it. But as for the service, the cashier was more than rude! I asked for a water with NO ice. No ice because I was a bit sick. And he gives me the water with ICE. So I said oh sorry I asked for no ice. This has ice. And he responded yeah it has ice. Very rude ! Just like that. I’d go back just because the pizza was good. But I didn’t appreciate the customer service at all!

It’s Sbarro, what do you expect? Want authentic New York pizza? Go to New York. You can’t have a mall without this place, Hot Dog On A Stick, a non-​chain Chinese place, or Orange Julius. The chicken is pretty good with a side of that rice.

Near the mall on a crappy cold & windy day. Lunch combo baked ziti had to wait 5 extra min but was worth it– slice of roni. Not bad for mall food. Caught it on a good dAy hit the spot.

Do you know what makes me really sad? Sbarro makes the most authentic New York style pizza in all of Ventura. And don’t try to tell me about Tony’s Pizzaria. That place is rank.
But if you find yourself in the Pacific View Mall food court having to kill some time while waiting for your car to get a new tire at Sears Auto Center, this isn’t too bad of an option, you could do much worse.
