Got the grilled chicken sandwich it was small and rubbery. And wanted the coleslaw which I thought was the best thing there and they don’t carry it anymore !!! No reason to go back. Why give out coupons I’m sure most people will throw it out!

Way too much interaction with the people that work here. I just want to eat my lunch, I don’t need 3 different people asking me if I need a refill, or 2 different people asking to take my try away, and then an entirely different person asking me if my lunch is good. The place is so loud… And it’s not from anyone but the people working here. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice gesture, just take it down a notch. I just want to eat my fast food lunch in peace.

I started writing a one star review because I was pissed that it took about 15 minutes for them to bring me out a simple chicken sandwich. To be fair, I’ve never really liked Chik-fil-A but it’s the healthiest fast food place and I was starving. So they already had one strike against them, then another strike when they told me they aren’t allowed to put mayo on my sandwich and id have to do it myself, third strike came after 15 minutes passed and I still didn’t have any food. I was asked to get out of the drive through and wait out front. When I saw their cashier bringing out my food, I was already giving him the death stare. When I rolled down my window, he instantly started apologizing and handed me four cards for a free breakfast. I could not be mad after that.

For fast food you don’t feel horrible for eating here. The fries are very good just don’t over do it. I always get there sauce to drip my fries in or chicken nuggets. During the week if you eat in there is someone asking you if you need refills witch is kind of nice.

This particular location is run extremely well. Each time I have been here, service is amazingly fast and everyone here are super friendly. Place is packed at lunch, but I can always count on getting in and out quickly. Love the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a side salad & avocado lime ranch dressing.

Awhile back my son graduated from boot camp and was craving Chick-fil-a. We stopped by this location and the customer service was beyond my expectations. As my son walked up to the register to place his order. All the workers congratulated Him, saying how proud of him they were. It was something that made me even more proud to be his Mother. The service was beyond excellent the food was excellent. Its not everyday that a fast food chain can greet you and make you feel so at home and welcomed. Thank you to all the staff for their above and beyond service and treatment of me and my family.

Every Chick Fil A has its own character and this one is no exception. Service downright efficient, food always exactly like you ordered, and special unexpected and pleasant touches occasionally occurs. I even find my fellow customers more engaging vs any other fast food restaurants. Get this, wife and I standing in line and person behind us who recognizes her as high school class mate over 35 years ago. Environment conducive to scintillating conversations on more than one occasion.

Food is always consistently good. This restaurant probably has the friendliest staff in America. The girl at the drive through remembered who I was and I’ve only been there once before(I just moved to the area). Granted my car is hard to miss(VW bug in Ohio State colors), but it still makes you feel special. Will definitely be coming back. Let’s face it their chicken is to die for!

Usually the staff here sets the bar for service but this morning things were off like a pop singer without auto tune. It makes you wonder if you are finally seeing the way things really work. I got a text offer for a free sausage biscuit: CFAVH: Have you tried our mouth watering sausage? Stop in TOMORROW to try our Sausage Biscuit for FREE. 6:30 — 10:30 am. 1/person, no substitutions. My youngest wanted to have breakfast so we headed out thinking we would each get a free biscuit and buy a beverage. It took a minute before we were acknowledged because both front counter staff were restocking and emptying boxes. That’s cool. Gotta get it done, and we were the only ones standing in line. I mentioned the text offer, and the man told me it had been mistakenly sent out and wasn’t meant for this morning but he would honor it. Well, thanks. So I asked for two and then he said the offer should’ve been one per text per person. I don’t like to get too picky but that is not what the text offer says. Whatever. It’s 10 am. But I did point out that future texts should read as such. Maybe I’m crazy. Don’t you read that text and think, «one free sandwich per person»? And so we move on to order another sandwich and a lemonade. We are told that the chain that makes a big deal over their lemonade has no lemonade, and it will be a 30-minute wait. No apology. Seriously? Who forgot to turn on the lemonade machine this morning? We still love the biscuits and sandwiches because I’m convinced there is a secret ingredient that causes addiction, but the Vernon Hills store was a disappointment this morning. Two stars because service wasn’t even close to what we’ve come to expect.

the best chicken sandwich ever combined with most caring people who serve you. In a fast casual restaurant? Kids and families love this Vernon Hills location as Miss Bonnie always greets the kids. There is a real sense of community here and its appreciated for a nice casual dinner after work. There are regulars here. And I see why. Come a couple of times and they remember you. Want a more quiet meal without you kids for say 10 mins? They have a neat little play area indoors for the kids to romp and slide. I like how the restaurant has hand sanitizer and purell wipes along with table wipes. They really do care and serving their customers is their pleasure. They’ve got me hooked.

Unilocal says I’ve checked in here 8 times, but I can assure you I’ve been here far more. The staff here is extremely kind, and the in-house service is so quick that I had my food on a tray in front of me before I even had a chance to swipe my credit card. I think this is a relatively new branch, so they do several promotions to help push product and grow a crowd on occasion. For the last few months, they’ve had a free breakfast entrée item on Thursday mornings, and before that, they had free coffee. It really doesn’t take much for me to swing by a Chickfila, but when you throw in free food, it’s damn near impossible to keep me away.

This is one of those places that I made up my mind before I went there that I wouldn’t like due to their political /religious positions. However, I know I don’t agree with many people so I didn’t let that stop me. Having been here several times with my family I’ll say it’s a really good place to grab a meal. Pros: customer service is great, especially with kids. They check on you, bring you your food, everything is clean, staff is professional and attentive. Food is decent. They have a play area so my wife and I can have a conversation! Cons: selection is limited and the food is decent but not anything special. Kids love their meals, so I’m happy but it’s not something I crave on a regular basis. You pay for the mix of high customer service and them being closed a day a week, it ain’t McD’s cheap.

Really friendly service from the guy who took my order. I needed change for the darn thruway and he was happy to make with the quarters. The food was fresh and fast. The restaurant was spotless. The same guy came around later to all the tables offering extra ketchup. I was like«Aw, that’s sweet!» even though the only thing I take on my waffle fries is salt. Ketchup? Pfft… I don’t have ovaries, for crying out loud. Not that there’s anything wrong with ovaries, I just don’t like ketchup. In any event, this was a great place for lunch. Two thumbs up!

First time I had ever been there… though i am aware of the hype. Admittedly the food is really amazing for a fast food place. Felt almost like a hybrid of a diner with fast food… like that Portillos Buona Beef or Chipotle vibe… I’m not usually going to these places btw b/c I like ambiance if I’m sitting down… if it’s convenience it’s drive thru… Anywho. It was dinner before a movie that was starting in 45 minutes and nearby… so it worked out well — the cashier recommended one of the salads and it was very yum. Now if they would only take away those mean billboards where the cows are trying to decimate the poultry population. Kinda grosses me out… like those«Moo & Oink» ads with some pig waving at the camera. Just say no to pork.

Chick-fil-a food is pretty good by fast food standards and I will not change my mind on that. I love some chick’n minis for breakfast, or a classic chicken sandwich with pickles. Their oreo shake is pretty tasty too. It’s higher priced than most fast food, but not as greasy. Their sauces are yummy and I love the nuggets here. So, why the low rating? On the night I was here, they couldn’t take credit cards and didn’t bother to tell you that when you ordered, or even while you were waiting in a line that was too long to begin with. I think there was something wrong with the machines or the power to the building or something, which I totally understand, but at least give your customers a heads up so they don’t waste their time.

Average food in a nicer setting. This mostly reminds me of Cracker Barrell with familiar favorites that are prepared exactly as you’d expect them to taste. Nothing was bad but nothing stood out either. The décor and food presentation was definitely good for fast food but there is nothing that really differentiates it in terms of flavor or selection. With that said however, the prices are reasonable, food was prepared quickly, and food was alright so it’s worth another visit if I’m in the area.

Hey this place is GREAT! It’s so nice to have OPTIONS other than just getting burgers. It took me a while to finally check this place out but once I did I was so happy! I grabbed a spicy chicken sandwich, and it was SOO yummy! I’ve since been there a couple of times, and basically here’s my take: PRO’S: — They’ve got the drive-thru thing down to a well-lubed science — They are quick and efficient — They are friendly — The chicken is VERY tender and delicious. WAY better than say, something you’d get at Wendy’s. CON’S: — the fries kinda suck. I was stoked when i heard they were waffle fries. But they’re always just kinda cold and chewy and flavorless — Uhhhhhhhhhhhh

For Me, The Jury Is Still Out I do enjoy their chicken sandwiches here, I enjoy the waffle fries and the vanilla shakes. My only issue is their efficiency or lack of. I know that they are new to the area and everyone is trying them out but every time that we’ve come here the line is really, really long. They should maybe learn from Portillos who has a person in line taking orders to speed things up. I’m sure that the novelty will wear off and this place won’t be so new for people to try them out. So for this reason I only come here when the lines appear to be reasonable.

Peppermint chocolate chip shake, baby! Once you’ve had it, you won’t forget it. And if you are like me, a food addict, you will most certainly crave it, and it’s only a seasonal item, so you’ll also be disappointed 3 seasons a year. So, today, on their grand opening, my mission was clear. I was hopeful it would be available, even though the corporate website still listed Cookies and Cream Mocha as their special flavor. What would we find? Being opening day, we were worried it would be complete chaos at lunch, but were pleasantly surprised to see only a slight line out the door, and it moved quickly and was managed nicely by the greeter with a smile. In fact, everyone had smiles, which I will say has been my experience at most CFA’s, though it’s been a while. The greeter helped to manage the flow of customers to move efficiently to the small cues to the register. Oh, and they handed out fresh baked chocolate chunk cookies, as well! We didn’t wait more than 5 minutes, I barely had time to decide what I wanted. And then I asked, «do you have the peppermint chocolate chip shake yet?» And the glorious reply of, «Yes! It just started today,» was music to my ears. I believe I exclaimed«YES!» with a fist pump. Man, I need to get out more. We ordered nuggets meal with soup and a peppermint shake, a sandwich meal with fries and a lemonade. Later when I was surprised no fries came with my meal(since there had been a comment about saving me money and upgrading to a meal), they happily brought me fries– even though it was my misunderstanding and they were right, which I realized when they brought me my waffle fries. They were so nice about it. Everything went really smoothly. Attendants directing traffic in the parking lot, friendly and efficient service, smiles all around, offering to clear our stuff away and refill drinks, and requesting we ask if there was anything we needed(Sandra was hopping and beaming!), and the chicken was soo juicy… and the peppermint shake, awesome and refreshing as usual! Hit. The. Spot. We were very impressed with how well the Chick fil A machine was operating on day one. Well done! And we were given a free breakfast voucher for another day on our way out. How early can I order the peppermint shake, I wonder. :)
