Jhoel acts as if he has absolutely NO management experience what so ever. A drink was spilled, the order was wrong, etc. And he still acted like he didn’t understand why I was upset! I was so angry, I turned around and asked for a refund. When I gave him the food back, he didn’t say one word to me… He just tossed my food in the trash. Another young lady processed my refund and was super sweet. I Called corporate to let them know how much of a complete jackass he was to me. It’s not even about the money, it’s about the service. I know accidents happen but he didn’t even apologize or anything. We work too hard for our money to be treated like that, ChickFilA isn’t cheap, at all. If I wanted bad service, I could go to mcdonalds!

This visit today was fast, accurate and satisfying. All along, I had no clue I could modify the salads sold here. Yes, they make the salads fresh, but all this time has passed and I have yet to try the Grilled Market Fresh Salad. And the reason behind it is because it has blue cheese crumbles in it (gross)!
So today, I thought well let me just ask them to make the salad without the blue cheese. I’m like the worst thing they could say is «no ma’am» because they’re unable to do so. But to my surprise, no hassle, no denial, simply put, «my pleasure.» Oh what joy… I’m excited now!
So I ordered the salad and my choice of dressing. The salad comes with some add-​ins also: granola and nuts | Yummmm
The salad was so good. I don’t think I came up for air. I ate the salad in like 5 mins or less. The strawberries were plump and just the amount of sweetness. Blueberries so good and the grilled chicken | man oh man… the best! ! I mean it tasted as of it was chargrilled… smoke and grilled flavor! !
Now the salad was almost $ 8. You may ask was it worth it? Ummmm yeah. But eating it every day for $ 8 nah… but if you want healthy fast food this is definitely an option.
Chic fil a has 2 drive thru lines for your convenience. And around 11am on a weekday the lines were smooth sailing. The order taker and those at the window were pleasant and attentive. No issues whatsoever.
I definitely recommend this location.

This location is fine with efficient service and descent food.
Nevertheless, it has only an outside seating area and a drive-​in.
It has been easy to park in their private parking lot free of debris.

I LOVE chick fil a and usually get the chicken sandwich with cheese, waffle fries, and unsweetened tea.
This was my first time at this location and this will not stop me from going back for good, but I’m still sad the closest one fell short. My food was luke-​warm and they still put tomato on it which I asked not to (forgivable) but the fries gotta be hot to be good!
The young man at the window was more than polite and seemed genuine when asking how my day was. I wish he had a name tag so I could give him a shout out!

Crowded but quick location right off the main drag. Been here countless times. BTW they don’t carry the breakfast burrito if your looking for that this location stopped carrying it

I feel bad for the employees that work at this location. It is way too busy for such a small location. I love CFA for the food. I grew up in Atlanta, it was a staple.
This is in a perfect location, right by Town Center, the mall, a movie theater, close to the interstate. They have a double drive through, but the line still wraps around the building and you will sit in the drive through for 10 – 20 minutes. (Today I was there for about 19 minutes, 2:00 on a Friday afternoon, it might have been a little longer though) The parking lot is so small and so it makes parking difficult if you want to walk up to the window hoping for faster service.
Going back to my first statement, the wait really doesn’t have anything to do with the employees performing poorly. They have so many people crammed in that little location busting their tails! That location just isn’t built for the volume of customers. I needed sauce for my order and the guy had to go to the other side of the store to get it. Not a big deal since that is just 8 feet away, but he had to walk around at least seven people to get over there.
Even with the poorly designed location my food still comes out perfectly. They just need to get a larger location or open a second location close by.

Not that bad of a fast food restaurant. It’s the one and only I’ll go to just for the chicken, salads, aha lemonade. Reason why this one gets three stars is because they were out of lemonade. Their soto by the way is amazing!

Pretty typical chic fil-​A, meaning get a great shake, decent chicken sandwich, and waffle fries for a decent and fair price. The attendants seem to always be great and genuinely enjoy working here. Service as always was fast, having two take out windows makes it faster and the location is primo, with a light for easy access to virginia Beach blvd.

We all know what we get with chick fil-a…but today I am sad. Chick fil-​a, not as a whole, but this location on the blvd. has let me down.
I tried to order coleslaw and was told that this location has discontinued serving coleslaw. Yes, this location only.

How the hell does one franchise location discontinue a staple menu item?
Well rest assured, I emailed chick fil-​a corporate and honestly wish I would have gotten the name of that employee because she needs to be fired for being dumb.

I love this Chick-​fil-​a! The workers are so nice and friendly (especially Katie) and always polite. I am a little disappointed that they cut the chicken wrap from their menu but I understand why. Since they are just a drive through/​walk up it takes too much time to make some of their items and they aren’t available at that location anymore. It gets a little crowded here during lunch time but they are always quick to try and get everyone through in a timely manner.

We went to this place twice on our trip.
No indoor seating — outdoor tables; double drive thru. The first time was without incident* — wife had soup and the rest of us had sandwiches. On the second visit my wife complained that the soup had a burnt flavor.
In both cases we ordered large waffle fries — IMO a weeeee bit of skimping with not a full box. If you press the box open via the sides, there would be more room to put in the fries. First time wasn’t as bad as the second time but something about this place. If others don’t complain then maybe it was just my impression.
Generalization alert — 99.9% of the time when you ask for SMALL fries you get the right amount perhaps a bit more. But when I get the large, restaurants sometimes skimp — seen that at McDonalds a fair bit. Probably less to do with training and more to do with overloaded staff trying to do 10 things at once. Said another way — when you pay for large, you actually want to get MORE and not just a bigger box.
First visit was about a week prior to our second which was on Jul ²⁴⁄₂₀₁₃.

Food is cooked great for fast food and the service is amazing

Service is almost always impeccable here. I go here during the morning rush to bring breakfast to my colleagues. Most recently this was about a week ago on Friday and the cashier was friendly and pleasant and very helpful. I don’t have to check the bag when I go here because 99% of the time it’s right. There’s that 1% but it’s the Hampton location, not this one.
Great food, great staff. Keep up the great work!

Oh, Chick-​Fil-​A how I love you… let me count the ways:
1 drive in the morning but there were 2 today and I skirted in and out
2 that’s right… I’ll have the number 2 breakfast combo please. How can anyone resist a chick-​a-​mini?!?
3 those chick-​a-​minis come in 3s or 4s
4 minutes it takes me to get to work from here
5 and 5 stars because the lovely workers know just what condiments I need in the morning!

Yes, it is a chain. Yes, fried food is generally bad for you. Yes, there is no air conditioned dining room. None of these prevent me from going to this Chick-​Fil-​A because, quite frankly, the food is always satisfying when I’m in the mood for one of those awesome sandwiches. Sometimes I will walk the mile to the shop instead of driving. This gives me the ability to both use their walk-​up window AND assuage my guilt for eating fried food by burning off some of those calories.
Thumbs up: taste, cleanliness, service.
Tip: outside patio with umbrellas if you want to dine al-​fresco. Gets busy at lunch.

Love the commercials. .. chain /​fast food. .. outside the chicken sandwiches the options really drop off very quickly
Chicken Sandwiches are pretty good, nuggets and strips. .. perhaps it is just when I was there but nuggets overcooked — nothing is as bad as a chicken place serving over cooked chicken.

Despite its status as a chain fast food restaurant, this particular location stands out to me. Yes, it has all the same foods as all the other Chik-fil-a’s on the planet, but it is so much better! Every time I go here, the food just doesn’t taste like fast food. It tastes like something that just came out of my grandma’s kitchen. My chicken sandwich is always crispy and well seasoned on the outside and juicy perfection on the inside. My waffle fries are always hot and fresh and never drenched in salt.
This has got to be the busiest Chik-​fil-​a in Virginia Beach but the food is always quick, hot and fresh. My advice, skip all the other Chik-​fil-​a and wait in line at the Rosemont Road location. After you get your food and you can even sit at the tables outside and enjoy your chicken sandwich with some sunshine.

This is a double drive thru/​eat outside location across the street from Princess Anne High School. In my opinion Chick fil A is usually a pretty good place to eat anyway, with great service, great food and servers that are more than happy to be at your service. (or at least they pretend to be happy about it!)
I have been to this location several times, but the last time I went they messed up my order. No problem! They replaced the order lickety split, they were super nice about it and did it quickly and correctly.
Great service, and you really should try the Chick Fil A Sauce if you haven’t already.
