Awesome service as usual!!! Juan is very professional and truly knows his colors! Went from summer highlights to a nice fall tone. I absolutely love my new hair. The staff are very friendly and courteous A+ in my book.

It took a lot of bad hair cuts before I found this place. now I am hooked. I have Juan cut my hair. He is truly gifted. He listens to my needs and takes great care of me! I always feel like a super model when I leave.
***1 tip. make sure he washes your hair. He does a great scalp message that will melt you into the chair! !

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Angela. She was so rushed that she cut her finger and it seemed as if she’d booked at least one other person for a perm at the same time as my cut. Now my hair is texrurized in all the wrong places. I don’t reconned this salon and find that Supercuts is a better bet and is cheaper.

I was sad to see the previous review. You should not condemn the salon because of one bad stylist. Stylists come and go, the salon remains.
As for the salon. It is clean and bright. It is centrally located in Visalia and is actually close to parking. There is a small lot behind salon and there is the lot across the street behind Picnic sandwich place. We all know that parking is bad and metered! So please check the time limit for where you park. It can be 30 min to 3 hours.
Since this rating is for the salon in general, I will only brag a little about my stylist Jess. He is a professional and has been styling my hair on and off for 21 years.

This place was recommended to me by two friends, so I decided to give it a try since the other two places in Visalia did not do a great color. I was put off by how unfriendly and cold Judy was but fine sometimes I like getting my hair done in silence. I told her I wanted to keep my almost platinum hair light but wanted a few low lights just to add some depth. I walked out with a root color that 1. was only a few shades lighter then my natural roots and 2. completely not matching the rest of my hair. Oddly the color washed out quickly. Stupidly I came back a second time (I never learn!) the second time I kept asking for things and she would coldly say «I wouldn’t do that.» I walked out with my roots being one shade of blonde, the last root touch up another shade of blonde and the rest of my hair a different (desired) shade of blonde. Not to mention that out of any place in Visalia this was by far the most expensive place. For the bad service, bad color and price I am never coming back!

I agree that it’s the worst place ever. I wrote a review that Unilocal removed after the stylist begged me (and probably them) to remove the review. Someone ruins your hair and takes your money, not to mention the money that went toward the 2^nd haircutter to help fix what the first person from Metropolis did. This is appalling. And this is supposed to be ok? Stay away, if you care about your hair. I’m sure you do.
