I have never had a worse expierence at a Salon than I did here today. I called at 8am this morning and asked to schedule 2 appointments, one for myself and one for my mother who is disabled. I specified with the women I spoke with that I needed both appointments to be at the same time, since my mother isn’t able to sit for extended periods of time due to a severe spine injury as well as a hip injury. I also explained to her that I live in Fresno and am traveling to Visalia(where my mother lives, again because she cannot sit for long periods of time.) We were both wanting a cut and color weave. When we arrived they informed us they only had time for one cut and solid color(which is not even what I scheduled either one of us for) At no point did any of the sylist apologize for the innconvience or try and fix it in anyway. I was told to drive up another day and try again. I was so compleley outraged at how unrpofessional the entire staff was here. I would highly reccomend NOT scheduling anything to be done here. Also they only do base all over color and highlights. None of their stylist are trained in any newer techniques such as ombré, baylage, or graduated baylage. $ 55 dollars in gas and a wasted birthday later and I have nothing to show for it.

I normally like this salon and the usual stylists are great, but after making my only complaint over the phone regarding a new stylist that did an inncotrect job on a haircut I was very disappointed. I will not be using this location anymore, or at least I won’t direct my complaints to Nydia who’s title as a manager is not well presented in her communication skills. Customer service is important. If you can’t take a respectful complaint from a customer then maybe you need some classes on how to conduct yourself with ethics, professionalism and genuine regard. I truly hope this manager seeks additional education to be a successful person in her career at super cuts. I advise you to choose stylists that have experiance if you go here. I am so very disappointed and will not return or reccomemd others to this location based on my bad experience. Wish I could leave a 0.

Awesome haircut by Ariana. I’m in the military and I get a haircut every week. She cut my hair better than most barbers I’ve gone to. If you want a good fade or just general haircut, ask for her, you won’t regret it. ;)

I brought my one year old son Marz in for his first hair cut. He didn’t flip out but he really wanted to play the whole time. The girl was great with him the whole time and he looked so handsome with his new hair cut. When it was time to pay, oops I had forgotten my debt card so I had to leave without paying with the promise to come back of course, and I did. The girl acted like it was no biggie so I gave her a nice tip. I will always bring my son here now.

One bad hatchet job, and I was done with the A-Line bob. With my Jefferey at Salon Bao Bao over 4 hours away and my hair left to look like I went to a groomers, I threw in the towel and went in here. I figured if I was throwing money away, might well be less than twenty bucks. Yes, I admit it, I didn’t go back to the ‘salon’, but I’m the kind of woman that gives a hair stylist and salon one chance. You mess it up, I’m not going back, and I’ll make sure people know why. but if you make my hair look fantastic, I will sing your praises. Anna took one look at my hair and asked if I had gotten it cut recently. I told her yes, and she tsked. She asked if I wanted her to fix it, and I said, no, I want it GONE. I pulled up an image of what I wanted on my Droid, and 25 minutes later I had it, all for $ 15 plus tip. Anna may not be my Jeffery, but at least I know where to go now.
