Decent food with awesome price. Highly recommended! I really like their apps when the waitress can read my mind and told me they also offer smaller portion on apps. I certainly understand they want us to order more but I like the idea of small portion with more than one apps which give us some varieties. Of course, the size for small noodle soup is large for me and I have to pack all leftover home when the waitress is so nice to help me do it. We will certainly comeback next time when we are in the area.

Super good phở at very reasonable price. The portion is so large that you need to think twice before you order large. Service is friendly especially Angie.

i must say this place knows customer service! Fast & very friendly girls. my server was a petite, sweet and very attentive waitress. the food was good & it came out very quick. their boba drinks are the best in this town, i had the lychee tea & it was refreshing & delicious. their salt & pepper calamari & shrimp are not over cooked or hard like phở & sea food. overall i will definitly be back! New favorite place to eat

This review is only for their boba teas, as I have not tried any of their entrees here. Boba is scarce around these parts, and Fresno is the next closest place. If you don’t feel like driving all the way up there, this place is a semi decent fix for that craving. The boba here is really good in terms of sweetness, however each time I have been here the boba has been way too soft… so much so that chewing is not necessary. I like my boba to be soft but have some ‘chew’ to it, but sadly that is not what you get here. As far as the drinks that go with the boba, they have been hit or miss with me. The first time I got a drink here(Black Milk Tea), it was spot on… the second time was good, but then my 3rd visit there was no tea flavor, just watered down milk and ice flavor. I also ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea and while I have an insatiable sweet tooth, this drink was enough to send me into diabetic shock. I tried to let the ice melt down thinking it would help, but it didn’t. This place is clean, and the food smells really good when you walk through the doors… that is until you get towards the back by the restrooms. They have some sort of sewage issue and it smells really rank, like a 4 star general. The service is really nice/friendly, it is always the same girl when I go in… she is just as sweet as them boba drinks which is a plus. I will likely be back here to try their food offerings, and perhaps give the boba another try… will update review then.

We eat here at least once a month. It became our new spot but we recently ate here and the soup was bland and the meat tasted weird. The calamari rings are good but can not be compared to Xiong Phở on N. Court. The smoothies are great and I order one overtime.

We had a large party and they were very accommodating and got us set up quickly. The service was very friendly and efficient. Food was a great value, portions were generous, and the kids loved the smoothies. The calamari and the house special were delicious and the employees made us feel welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Came around 3 on Friday and wasn’t busy at all. Our server was very friendly, came to ask if everything was ok, and our food came timely. Everything was tasty! Loved their potstickers, they were loaded inside, not like other places. I was so stuffed they give a generous amount! I got salt & pepper shrimp(mild) with fried rice and it was so good. Will definitely come eat here again.

So my girlfriend and I were feeling like having noodles. We looked up some places and I found this Phở King place. She said, let’s try that Phở King restaurant. Anyhow, this Phở King joint is pretty good. Their Phở King noodles are decent. I ordered the Phở King special. The Phở King waitress took forever to refill my water, but overall it’s a good Phở King restaurant. I think I’ll be indulging in some more Phở King soon. Also, I learned that Phở is actually pronounced like Fuh.

One of my favorite Phở place to grub on. Great fast service and friendly staff. I’d come here often so I’d give it a 5 stars. Check in for first time and get their Thai tea drink with boba for free

I got potstickers, phở and milk tea with boba. The milk tea was a bit too sweet for my taste and the phở lacked flavor. The reason for three stars is the potstickers. It had a real strong foul pork smell to it. I couldn’t eat it after one bite.

We order large phở, salt and pepper shirmp with fried rice, and coconut milk tea. The broth is really tasty and flavorful, i don’t have to add any sauce. Also the shirmp is really good, not greasy at all. For the coconut milk tea, the only i can say is OMG. I think they have the best boba drink in town. The most important thing is the restaurant is REALLYCLEAN. They have open kitchen so you can see everything inside. Phở king is my favorite restaurant now. Highly recommend to every body.

If you’re looking for a fast simple meal, Phở King is the place. On all my previous visits, it’s all good; same for tonight. I ordered Seafood Phở, Salt & Pepper Shrimp and my favorite, Lychee Boba. A delicious meal Phở King delicious !! I suggested to Angie(owner) to print up t-shirts with the catchy slogan

Big fresh spring rolls, seafood Phở great. Really good shrimp fried rice. And this place doesn’t smell like a thousand pounds of Thai basil.

Tried the pork chop rice and the phở. The phở here is almost as good as the ones in LA and probably the best in this city of hillbillies. The soup is light on MSG and hot enough to cook the bean sprouts. Portions are big and prices are good, small for $ 6.5, large for $ 7.95. Service is excellent.

Overall, a nice phở place to check out. They also have bubble tea which taste better than some other places in Visalia. I’d give this place a higher rating, but it’s just average in taste for me. The photos pretty good, the egg rolls though not a huge fan but not terrible. It can be a little tough on the inside. I like my egg rolls with vermicelli, makes it less rough. But overall, not a bad place to check out if you live in Visalia. Price is very affordable too.

Phở King Awesome! One of the best phở in the 559 area. Phở was tasty and fast friendly service. Their boba smoothies were also really good. Try pineapple and coconut flavor. Would recommend to anybody who is looking for a nice hot bowl of phở.(: Keep up the good work guys!

How could I not visit? The name’s too pun-tastic. And the food’s not«Phở Prince» bad either. Wait, I screwed that up… dammit. While driving through Visalia, on our way to camp at Sequoia National Park, we wanted something warm and hearty to brace ourselves for the chilly night ahead. Found this place on Unilocal, and truth be told, part of the reason we came was just because of the name, but some phở sounded pretty damn good, too. The menu is simple and pretty standard. I ordered a large beef phở. VERY large serving. To start, the broth was fantastic — really well-balanced and full of flavor. The beef was just a tad chewy, but still really tasty. After tossing in all the accompaniments — basil, bean sprouts, green chilis, and lime wedges — it was pretty damn satisfying. Being a relatively small town in San Joaquin Valley, I was honestly surprised that Visalia even had Vietnamese options. Thanks Unilocal! And while I can’t speak to the other items on the menu, the phở I had was on par with some of the better places I’ve been to in NYC. Great little place. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. Tip: If you’re a first time check-in on Unilocal, you get a free Thai tea!

This Vietnamese noodle house located in a strip section of a plaza with a large discount market stands only because of a well sized and prominent sign. Inside is a spacious and airy yet spartan dining spot with wall paintings of women in traditional dresses. You wont be complaining of any cramped spaces. I ordered the small bowl of rare beef in rice noodle. The broth is no slouch. It’s really well balanced and bold taste extracted over slow cooking method. Unlike another place nearby, it’s not overdone. Accompanying it is a plate of basil, generous bean sprouts and sliced green chili pod, lime wedges. After seeing the large bowl someone else ordered I’m glad to have ordered small instead. That thing is huge.. .. Phở King huge. A fresh brewed Viet iced coffee complements the phở with earthy smooth flavor enhanced by the silkiness of the condensed milk mix. You won’t get any stale warmed over old coffee here. HINT: you can order a larger size cup which is not on the menu. I tasted my GF’s order of teriyaki chicken(yah I know it’s not viet bit she wanted the special) she chose shrimp fried rice side. I’m not impressed with fried rice. I am comparing it to Chinese Canton style though. The chicken cuts also taste and feels different, more of a tonkatsu style chicken cutlets. Luckily on every table is a hoisin sauce bottle that I use to dip the chicken with. Next time I plan to try one of their boba drink and among the variety of tea selection. I’m glad this little town gets a new addition of a worthy eatery that is anything but a pizza or burger joint. A noodle house is a markedly better addition. Though it’s been open less than 4 months they have ironed out any remarkable wrinkles that could hamper the eating experience.

Been here since they’ve opened. Granted it hasn’t been very long. This place is near my work so I tend to come 1 or 2 times a week during lunch breaks. Price is reasonable and won’t «break the bank». Service is pretty fast. I am greated every time I walk through the doors. And the 2 people at the register always smile. And if there is going to be a wait they are polite and let me know and offer for me to sit down at a table while waiting for my carry out orders. I typically order the springs rolls, and a milk iced tea with boba. Super fast and easy foods to make. I am usually in and out within 10 mins. I have semi-ventured to try other menu items as well. Their salt and pepper calamari had great flavor I tried it twice. The phở broth base was good too. Kinda wish they had more sauces to add in. Menu variety isn’t large– I believe they are focused on serving the few foods they offer and do it very well with great quality and taste!
