I went to the Wendy’s at Baylor. Although this may sound petty to some, I have when someone hands me my drink my the mouth rim of the cup. Who does this? And with dirty nails to boot. If they are this nasty in front of you, God forbid the things they do when you’re not looking.

Two stars because bathrooms are dirty and employees don’t say thank you and barely look you in the face when talking to you. Teach your employees proper customer service skills and by all means keep your bathrooms CLEAN. I hope the bathrooms aren’t an indication of the cleanliness of the kitchen area. I would likely drive on to a different location.

Ok in all fairness, I thought I would give this other location a try since the valley mills location failed miserably. Well, food extremely over salted and fries not hot. As I mentioned in my last post, dear Wendy, drop some bucks on training and quality. False advertising «quality is still our recipe» is under fire. Get it right or take down the sign.

The worst burger and Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. One «ketchup» only burger had cheese, Dr. Pepper was not Dr. Pepper twice and we switched it to Sprite. The drive thru guy said «he wasn’t sure if it was Dr. Pepper and asked my husband to taste it… But provided no straw as there would be «one in the bag». Fries were cold and come with a few bonus burnt fries.

After recent renovations this has becomes the nicest Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Has a clean environment, quick service, and tasty food. Even has a fire place!
