Was very excited to try this place during my stay in Maui. We ordered takeout and picked up our pizzas. Everything was ready on time as promised, and the young lady that assisted us was extremely pleasant and helpful. The pizza was delicious!!! I had the true Hawaiian and loved it. My only criticism would be that the abundance of toppings appeared to make some of the thin crust a bit soggy towards the middle of the pizza. That being said, if we had eaten in the restaurant this minor issue probably wouldn’t have been experienced. I will be back for more when I get a chance to return to Maui.

Good service and food every time we’ve dined in, which if this review was just for that I’d give it 4 – 5 stars. Take-out is a different story. We’ve done that twice, and both have been a disappointment. When I arrived to pick up our order 30 minutes later, which is when I was told it would be ready, I was informed she forgot to place the order and it would be about 20 minutes if I wanted to wait, and she apologized for forgetting to place the order and was very polite about it. It was Valentine’s Day and I imagine they had been super busy earlier that night, we arrived at the end of the evening and most tables were cleared. No worries, I’ll wait. A server(shift manager?) offered to give me 2 free desserts, which I declined. We just wanted our tasty calzones after a long day out on a boat! :) Well, after that wait and getting home, we opened up boxes to BURNT calzones and no marinara for the calzones or arincini. My fault for not checking the bag I suppose. By that time, they were closed and it was late, so we scraped off the black on the bottom AND top of the calzones, and ate what was left. Blah. Then the next time we ordered takeout, it was a pizza and lasagna. Lasagna was good, pizza was burnt… again. And I mean crispy, black and inedible, like a hockey puck, couldn’t even cut it. How does food like that even get sent out?! I was embarrassed for them. Called twice to talk to a manager, never got a call back. Bummer. They are located right down the street and was great as an option for takeout. We’ll be going elsewhere for takeout, and dine in.

It was everything it was cracked up to be. Great pizza but the worst service ever. It took 50 minutes to serve a plate of kids pasta and an hour for the kids cheese pizza. If you’re not hungry then I highly recommend the Quattro Stagione pizza.

Needed a quick evening bite after a long day so I decided to stop by and grab some dinner at the bar. The place seemed to have just finished its rush as things were winding down, staff were cleaning and doing side-work. Bartender was very friendly and offered us the dinner specials and a drink. Got the Osso bucco pizza special — eh was ok. Where’s the meat? And had a nice pasta that I must say was phenomenal. Finished the meal with an affogato w/Maui Roasters coffee and Roselani ice cream. Great quick meal and will return. I usually do lunch once a month but they are now closed. Guess I’ll be back for dinner. thx.

this restaurant is one of two in the Kihei area. It is a bit far out in a little complex. the location is nice but relatively loud(other people talking). the house salad was amazing. the dressing tastes fantastic. the pizzas were good but a bit boring. some more herbs or spices would be helpful. the espresso is a must. small and strong!

Yummy dinner, nice to have gluten free pizza options. Dessert looked tempting but I couldn’t even get through half my pizza.

Good Italian food, good service. Just like the other Fabiani’s, a bit small and a bit noisy. But I would return anytime.

Excellent service from everyone involved. Nice people. Calamari appetizer was very good($ 12.) «Special» pizza of the day(Pizza Del Giorno) was ok(12″ pizza @ $ 15). Wine that I ordered: Quatro Nani — Montepuliano de Abruzo($ 9) was nice and went well with both. The place is a bit loud, nice hanging Italian pictures on the wall.

Highly highly unremarkable excuse for Italian food. The service was extremely slow. We arrived right before a big crowd and literally sat at our table waiting for our check while people were waiting to be seated. I wanted to get up and say here ya go, have a seat, I’m ready to go! Our waiter walked past our table several times and didn’t pick up our check. We finally just walked it inside and paid. He didn’t come to fill up water but once, and no one offered us shredded cheese for our entrees as we saw the other tables getting. The food was very bland. My eggplant dish looked pretty but that’s all I could say about it. The shrimp pasta had what appeared to be frozen noodles with a few leaves of spinach. Someone else had posted a picture of the same dish yet it looked completely different than what we got. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Most fabulous meal on Maui in a long time. Definitely Maui’s hidden gem. The Bruschetta what the very best we have ever had in our lives and we order it all over the world. We also had the chefs special which was a mushroom and chicken linguine pasta and it was to die for! Cannot wait to go back here to try our next meal. Definitely a place not to mess here in South Maui.

Which I could say it was all good. Some of the food was good. I liked the fennel soup and my calzone. The the special order pizza finally showed up but came with two types of pork despite no pork being the reason for the special order. The linguini(turned out not even to be linguini) would have never materialized if we had only talked to the two other servers who weren’t interested, and then went to the back of the restaurant to find the awol waiter, who was a nice guy but not good at his job. We never even got to order drinks, despite asking to a couple of times. A pretty difficult place to enjoy dinner.

Service was friendly. Love the pizza’s here. The thin crust is so good. The white pizza with mushrooms, arugula & truffle oil, OMG, I want to eat this every day!!! The calamari was over cooked & chewy, the reason for 4 stars.

The most shit-Y service over the phone. Called to ask how long is the wait for 3… and the girl over the phone said, «I don’t know.» When I asked«Do you take walk — ins?» The reply was«NO.» Not sure if the great Unilocal reviews are worth the shity service.

Great pizza and eggplant Napolitana… Tiramisu is creamy and delicious… if you have kids and find yourself it’s 630 at the end of the day and they haven’t had a nap all day, they don’t mind them being noisy and little monsters… service was fast and efficient… prices are great for Maui. Indoor & outdoor seating, full bar, handmade brick oven pizzas and kids menu! Loved the food. We will be back!

The food was good. The service was not. Let me take that back; my waiter was not. The hostess and food runner were fine. I had the carpaccio which was pretty good. I would have loved some cracked pepper on top but it wasn’t offered. The margarita pizza was fantastic. Nice crispy crust and just enough toppings. I also had a salted Carmel brownie for dessert which, for $ 4 was a steal. Oh! The mango lemonade was also excellent. I ate alone and it was really disappointing that the service wasn’t better. Food servers! Don’t write off a «one top» as a bad table who won’t spend any $$$. My check was $ 35 which is probably an amazing per person total. The manager also missed an opportunity to get a return customer. What a pity because the food is really good.

A small place at the edge of Wailea, Maui. Wasn’t super crowded when we got there and the service was on point and very attentive. Prices were not bad for the area and the portions were perfect. Pizza for the kids and pasta for the adults made this a perfect family restaurant. A must try if you don’t want the big fancy restaurants that the resort offers.

The atmosphere of Fabianis is great. No live music, but a soft and quiet tone and really nice people. My family and I thought that the location of this restaurant was a different restaurant. We were lazy to drive to the restaurant we actually wanted to go to so we just decided to stick with it. We entered the room and all of the tables and chairs were right there. The place wasn’t too crowds but just perfect. Our waiter, Peter was very nice and generous. He seated us to our table with a lovely attitude. Now we had to order. My father ordered the pasta with clam sauce which turned out super dry so he sent it back and ordered the gateway pizza instead which turned out to be absolutely amazing! I also ordered the Hawaiian classical pizza which was also really good. My brother ordered plain meatballs which also turned out really good. My mother ordered the lasagna which turned out okay. The overall dinner was good. Not amazing and not horrible. The dry pasta let it down. So if you want to eat here, just order the pizza or calzone.

We had dinner here on our last night in Maui. This is a nice casual Italian restaurant in Wailea. I sat outside and watched the sunset. If you looked towards the ocean you forgot you were in a parking lot basically. We had really good service. There was a young boy who was serving as a bus boy, greeter, etc. He was really friendly. Our waiter was friendly too and he and my mom talked about Vegas where they both lived. I had the chicken piccatta. It was very tasty. Lots of capers. The chicken was a bit tough but it was tasty. Mom had the minestrone soup and garlic bread. She liked the soup but loved the garlic bread. It was on a nice bread, good garlic flavor but not overwhelming. Definitely a great spot for Italian in Wailea. Good neighborhood place.
