Olavine Spa & Salon

I went on a groupon deal (slightly inflated price but the owner adjusted it). The spa is at a lovely shopping center.
When you walk into the spa you’re greeted by a friendly receptionist. It’s clean and peaceful. Just the way I like a spa to be.
We had the couples massage with foot exfoliation/​scrub. The massage was decent. I fell asleep so that’s a good sign. My husband was under the impression they would exfoliate his feet more but we may have read the groupon wrong. It was basically lotion with salt or sugar.

I live in the neighborhood and have been wanting to check this place out for sometime now. Booking was easy with the owner, Cecilia. I wanted a massage but then again I am a massage therapist and can have plenty right here at home, so Cecilia recommended a facial. So glad I took her recommendation.
The spa is small, very cozy and well appointed. You will not have to deal with a lot of people when visiting, which I find relaxing. I was offered water and snacks while I filled out my intake form. It was very inviting and friendly.
My esthetician, Ivana, was a very good educator. She talked about my skin and the products she was using. The skincare line is called MAHALO and honestly I had never heard of it. These are handcrafted all natural products from our islands. The smell, the feel, how my skin felt afterwards, amazing! What a great opportunity to have a facial here because no other spa on the island of Maui is using MAHALO products. Let that be your deciding factor!
My facial was relaxing and Ivana was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a facial here. And while I was visiting I saw a therapist I know from around town working there, so I’d be so inclined to recommend a massage as well, because I know she is a great therapist.

We stumbled upon Olavine and tried a duo 90 min massage with one of us trying the lomi lomi and the other the hot stone. Both were excellent. Rose and Hiro are both fantastic therapists. We will definitely come back.

This is a beautiful spa and the owner was lovely. Cheryl gave me the most thorough manicure of my life. She was so sweet and gave me lots of great tips while trying to revive my poor fingernails (from too many gel manicures!). They have a room where you can do fun mud/​exfoliation treatments. It was a little pricier than I expected, but worth the cost in my opinion. I have to come back for a massage!

I am so happy Cecilia has opened her beautiful spa right here in Wailea, close to where I live. It is so convenient, clean and fresh, with great products and services. My facialist was knowledgable and friendly and I left there very relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended.

Best massage ever! I had a massage by Shay, she was amazing. She customized my experience with hot stones and some other things and it was perfect! Cecilia is the owner and she is a gem and will always get you taken care of! I will be back in an instant

I found this place because of Groupon — they had a great deal on a 1-​hour couple’s massage. My husband and I went here on our honeymoon, and the price itself was a huge deal over the nearby resort massage prices… and the quality was fabulous. The salon was very clean, the ambiance modern and minimal, and the customer service was very attentive and spa-​calm (if that’s a way to describe it). Our masseuses (I can’t remember their names!) were fantastic and the massage was probably the most relaxing one I’ve ever had… I don’t remember ever dozing off during the foot massage portion before lol. So great.

Came here yesterday for the 1 hour Lomi Lomi massage! I used a Maui for Less voucher and when I arrived I was very much welcomed and treated very nice! The place over looks Molokini and it’s beautiful! I had Tomiko as my therapist and she was excellent! This massage helped me soooooo much with my tightness and aches! The use of arms and hands strong soothing ways! Awesome massage! Although it is kinda pricy it is WORTH it to treat yourself to this Lomi Lomi!

Had a wonderful massage today at Olavine, possibly the best I’ve ever had. My masseuse really dug in but in a way that did not leave me sore and uncomfortable after. I had higher hopes for the ocean view room… but honestly, my face was in a massage table so what does that really matter? I read a lot of reviews on Unilocal and other sites before selecting Olavine for our couples massage and glad I went with this choice.

Best massage ever. Absolutely stunning salon. Wonderful staff. This spa is located in a very nice building. Beautiful view also!
