I didn’t feel like cooking and the middle cub wanted Chick-​Fil-​A so I obliged. The drive thru lines were kind of long, but they moved pretty quickly. The only thing I think that may have been annoying and possibly slowing up the drivers at the pickup window, was the fact that there was an employee standing outside of the window taking the payment and handing out the food. Which to me was pointless because if you’re already at the window with the cashier it’s easier just to hand it directly to her versus through another person. Other than that the food was fresh and hot, and my son didn’t have any complaints.

I’m reviewing 2 of our recent visits. On the earlier visit, it ended up that my husband’s chicken sandwich and my daughter’s chicken nuggets were cold. We took them back and they were very gracious and brought out new hot entrees for them both, AND with coupons for a free sandwichs in the future. The most recent visit our order was somehow forgotten and after 10 minutes of waiting we inquired about our meal. They promptly brought us our meal and while eating the manager came over and gave us our money back for the entire meal. We were probably expecting a sincere apology and maybe a free offer of ice cream, but this location always goes above and beyond to do the right thing if they have any hiccups. Out of any triangle locations that I have tried, this place treats the customer far better than any other location. This is a gem of a restaurant. They aren’t perfect, but they do what they need to do to make it right. A lot of other businesses could learn a lot from this location on how to treat your customer right.

I have never had a bad experience at Chick fil A and they always have impressive service, but the Wake Forest location is especially impressive. The workers are always friendly. However, what especially impresses me about this location is that they do get very busy (at all hours of the day) but you never have to wait in the drive thru line very long. They have it all down to a science and they move customers through very quickly. Rain or shine, cold or hot, workers are outside taking orders and handing out orders to keep things moving. Great job! Other fast food restaurants could take a page out of Chick fil A’s book!

This place deserves 5 stars for their warmth and friendly service, but I have to short them 1 for getting my order wrong! This location usually gets it right, and with a Disney like staff… They are worth the drive when you are craving Chick fil A!

Always great service and good food! The staff is always friendly and attentive. Great location but can get very busy at times. Overall a great inexpensive restaurant, great for families with kids, has a fun indoor play area, and we all love the friendly service and good food. The best fast food available and friendliest most customer service oriented by far.

Of all the chick fil a’s I have been too this one definitely ranks among the top. I try to go hear once every 2 weeks. Like most Chick fil a’s this one has extremely fast service, friendly and hard working staff, great food, decent price, is family friendly, and has good milkshakes. They also always have a very long drive thru line but don’t be fooled, the line moves very quickly. Come to this chick fil a and you won’t be disappointed.

The food is great at all the chick fil a’s I have visited. However, the WF chick fil a somehow manages to feel more like a local diner. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I love having a convenient place in town that feels so comfy and has such reliably good food as well!

The people here were very friendly. Thats the good news. I’m new to NC and this was my first visit to a Chick-​fil-​A. Ordered a #2 w/​fries & a coke. Maybe the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Tasted like a frozen Tyson chicken sandwich that I had nuked at home. Wendy’s, KFC & Carls Jr/​Hardees chicken sandwiches are much better. The waffle fries were luke warm and limp.
What a TOTAL BUMMER! I’ve seen the lines of people waiting to get into this location at lunch and I’ve heard great things about CFA for years and now my hopes have been dashed. Food was just not good.

Yes, its a Chick-​fil-​a however it is our Chick-​Fil-​A. The place is always ran very well both the drive thru and inside seating are generally pretty quick. My son of course loves this place and wants to go everyday if I would let him. For fast food in Wake Forest it is the best place to go through for a quick bite to eat.

I love Chick-​fil-​a! They always provide great customer service. Polite workers who go above and beyond. Food is served hot and fresh and if it is not … No problem they will fix it and usually give you a coupon.
I like that during busy times they have employees taking orders outside in the drive through. It makes the lines go much faster.
Favorite thing to eat… The Cobb Salad. Love the roasted corn and chicken strips.

Seriously love this place. I usually get a chick fil a number one no pickles and from there it gets complicating because of how picky I am but they always accommodate me and never get my order wrong.
I also love that they give veterans a free sandwich on Veterans Day.

Always great service and great food.

4 star because they’re closed on Sunday and drive through line is always packed. As for the food… I mean it a chicken sandwich with 2 pickles. My son loved the chicken nuggets and the wife normally has the south west grill chicken sald or something. It’s chicken but the friendly staff does make it easier. Enjoy!

Breakfast at Chic Fil A was an okay experience. We needed a place for a quick and cheap breakfast for a quick meeting prior to our second day in the studio. At 9AM on a Saturday morning, the place was very busy.
The spicy chicken biscuit sandwich was really not spicy at all, and adding Tabasco didn’t really make it much spicier. It was still pretty good despite the fact the biscuit was very crumbly and falling apart.
My order was held up in the kitchen for some reason, and when it was brought out, an unexpected «free sandwich» coupon came with it, along with an apology for taking so long. Really? I didn’t think it took all that long at all. Wow… these guys really take the service aspect of their business very seriously.
Kudos to the staff and manager.

These guys have perfected the fast food service model. Chick-​fil-​a is my favorite fast food and it’s much better for you than any burger joint. The place is always. Spotless (clean), the service is impeccable, fast and friendly. Although it is always packed, they continue to provide absolutely the best service.
