Had an extremely disappointing lunch here after hearing great things about this place. They put us in their front room by the window. The room was completely filled with patrons and it was so loud that we could not hear each other. Very unpleasant. Part of the problem was two kids screaming on the other side of the room, but even without them, just the din of talking and dishes clashing made the ambience horrible. I cannot believe that a single patron could enjoy the meal with that type of noise. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed. They had very few vegetarian options and the vegetarian wrap that I ordered was smothered with a white cream of some sort. Poor food, poor ambience and mediocre service. I will not return.

Always great specials for food and drinks every day. I would recommend the rueben(brink sandwich which is my favorite) or the Black Bacon Bleu burger(my dads favorite). Gluten free options are always a plus since my mom is gluten sensitive.

Great food. Great service. We had the crab dip and firecracker shrimp for an appetizer. The crab dip was just okay but was a generous portion. The shrimp was absolutely delicious, and I would order it again. I had the Tony burger, which consisted of a ½ pound burger, avocado, monterey Jack, bacon, and honey mustard. It was a big, excellent burger that required both hands to slide into my mouth.

I go to Over the Falls for one reason only — the avocado chicken salad wrap. I got it the first time I went and have gotten it every time since. It also has bacon in it. Need I say any more? Delicious!

Mediocre at best. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Waited over ten minutes for water. Potato skins are great. Everything else just an overpriced burger joint. Still waiting for waitress to pick up check. This would be ok if it was crowded. But it’s not. We came in around 4 pm on a Tuesday night. Oh and waitress didn’t even introduce herself.

They really do an excellent job of pair deli/bar food with their own creations. Everything was fresh and tasty. Can get a bit crowded sometimes but as a restaurant owner I wouldn’t complain about that. Overall very good. Med 9 win were very good.

My wife and I decided to try out the restaurant and were very pleased. Great drink selection, great appetizers and both my wife and I loved our entre. The GM came and welcomed us and was very kind. He even comped a dessert to welcome us for our first visit. Like every thing else, the desert was excellent! We will be back as there are a lot of things on the menu that we wanted to try!

I would highly recommend over the falls. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was terrific. I would describe it as up-scale pub food. It has the classics that everyone knows and loves but it is all packed with much more flavor. Their sizes are very reasonable. I left thoroughly full. I ordered their version of a steak and cheese sub with 5 or 6 types of peppers on it. It was a great guilty pleasure food. Certainly not the healthiest thing I have ever eaten but so worth it! What I loved about their menu as a whole is that there were easily 5 or 6 things I could have ordered and would have been very content. I certainly will be going back again to try some of their other intriguing options! Also, be sure to ask about their special of the day! My wife got it when we went and it was exceptional.

Let’s call it 3.5. The menu is EXTENSIVE(read: too many options) but the food was solid. Nothing to set it apart from other pubs though, except the housemade chips — those were awesome. We took our toddler as we were passing through WF, and I was very surprised at the number of kids and families there, which made us feel more welcome than at other places who scoff when you ask for a kids menu. Prices were on the higher end, by like $ 1 – 2 a dish, but not unreasonable(most sandwiches/burgers were $ 10 – 14).

First time. Sat at bar table. Ordered well done wings. Did not get well done wings. Ordered app. Did not get app. It was very very busy. Will give them another shot as the food that came out correct was very good.

Great sandwhiches! Original creations with great meats. Anyone can find something here. I personally like the Downtowner as well as the Wrecker. The wrecker is a work of art, with at least a ½ lb of turkey and roast beef as well as pepper — cheese and a spicy spread. Delicious, but not for the faint of tongue. Great wait staff and a great tap list. Enjoy!

I’m editing my review because I really feel their«Diet Coke» issue is very dishonest. They clearly reference Diet Coke on their menu but in reality they don’t have it at all. They will take your order for Diet Coke and with no warning serve you an off brand they tell you is better for you. One waitress told us she thinks it’s a sugar substitute but it’s better for you another waitress told us it’s just real sugar. We count carbs and don’t want sugar. They act confused, and tell several takes. If you are honest –you don’t have to stammer. And if your menu says Diet Coke then you should serve that or tell the complete truth. We’ve been there about seven times and they are so consistent. Friendly, great service, good beers and very good specials. Big menu and really reasonable prices. One of my favorite quick and casual dinner stops.

Went to eat here tonight and we’re excited to get some wings after a long days work. We came in at 8:54 were turned away by the hostess saying«I think we are closed at 9» but the handwritten sign by the front door said they were to be opened until 9:30pm on Sunday — Wednesday. Hope that management and staff will provide better customer service in the future. At the least that sign is changed so that others are not disappointed. Call ahead before you drive 20 minutes to get there to find out they are closed

If there was a half star option, I would give OTF4.5 stars! Just went here for the first time. First of all, they have a HUGE menu with lots of options! Everyone is bound to find something they like. Our server, Danielle, was super sweet and had some great menu suggestions. My husband got a cheeseburger, and I got the turkey Reuben(the brink sandwich). Both were delicious! They use premium board head meats for their sandwiches and all of their dressings are made in-house! They also have a decently sized bar, with some delicious local beer options! Though we don’t have kids, this place seems very family friendly! They cover all the tables with white paper and keep crayons available on each table to entertain the kids(and some adults as well, not gonna lie). I thought that was a cool, unique feature to keep people entertained. The location is great, tucked away in downtown WF. The GM stopped by our table and was very nice, friendly and professional! He told us about several exciting plans in store for OTF. Can’t wait to go back again and try another delicious menu option!

Once we got past the less than friendly hostess gal who unceremoniously plopped us at a protruding two-top in the front room when there were more comfy looking spots open(as it was early on Memorial Sunday night), and hit the bar instead, we thoroughly enjoyed our first experience here. Others referred to it as a deli, and maybe it was before in its prior location, but we found it to be a bar/restaurant with a pub variety. Husband had a couple White Street brews that he really enjoyed, while I had to do the Club Soda thing as I was taking care of my 95-year-old Grandma that night. We both found the menu to hold many things that we wanted to try, but we each ended up going with«small» Stone Oven pizzas(not too small, that’s for sure!). Supreme for Husband.(Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Red Onion, Green Pepper, Mushrooms & Mozzarella). The Big Kahuna for me.(House-Made Honey Baked Ham, Fresh Pineapple, Bacon, Jalapenos, Roasted Red Pepper and Mozzarella). These were totally delicious piping hot, and delicious leftover as well.(well, mine was, Husband polished his off). Our bartenders couldn’t have been more welcoming. We very much enjoyed our experience here, and are looking forward to going back! Interesting Tidbit: We learned Over the Falls refers to Niagra Falls, as the owner is from Buffalo.

This is our second time coming back since April 2014 when we had horrible service. The previous visit in April 2015 was great with awesome service. On that visit I left with my mouth still drooling over how great the burger was. May 2nd we were sat in the atrium room. Our server was a young man named Brian who did an good job based on the circumstances. It certainly seemed Brian was over-sat numerous times and even double sat while we dined leaving us to resort to his colleagues for refills on our beverages. This is not at all bad because Over the Falls has a very good team work system in place to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction. Does it always work, certainly not but it helps to have a great team. For our experience everything seemed to work out just fine. We both shared a small order of the house chips which I would argue were better than my own chips, but my wife would beg to differ. I truly love the perfect balance of cheese, chives, and seasoning served with house made ranch dressing. If one wants to try Over the Falls you must try their chips. Our meal was simply pizza and for stone cooked it was pretty good. Granted I meddled with my pizza and it turned out not as great as I anticipated but was better than Cici’s Pizza and by far better than domino’s. I recommend sticking with what they know best and order off of the menu. My Wife had a scrumptious pizza called the Big Kahuna but we omitted the Jalapenos. The Big Kahuna was kind of their Hawaiian pizza covered cheese and graced with Ham, Bacon, pineapples, and roasted red peppers. Next visit I am retreating back to the amazing burgers and I cant wait.
