Called this location looking for a certain item and the person who answered did her best to look for my item even when she did not did not find it she put someone on the line who was able to figure out the item I was looking for. Eventually I droVE to the location to buy it. It was out of my WAY but the fact that they gave me great customer service made me shop at their store.

Came here to purchase a comforter set (bed in a bag). I knew which one I wanted and wanted to see if they have any in the size I was looking for. We were searching for a staff to help us but no one was around. So we walked to the front of the store to ask for assistance. We were told they would be with us shortly, so we waited in the area with the bedding. A female staff walked by and told us that she’ll be with us shortly once again and she was carrying something to the front. Another customer stopped her half way and she stopped. We continues waiting but no one came so I decided to leave. As we were walking back to the front of the store, I see the staff that said she’ll be right with me working with the customer that stopped her. I should of known better that this girl was not going to be able to help me when I saw her looking so confused and was walking as fast as a snail.

They literally have everything. You need hipster jars… they have those. You need a new straighter… they have those. You need something for your bathroom or bedroom… they have those. The name really suits the place. They also sell ‘as seen on tv’ goods. Whenever someone holds a bridal shower, I always come here to browse and eventually end up finding something because they literally sell everything.

This location has AMPLE parking, the store was clean, and employees were on the floor straightening things up.
I walked right in, grabbed what I was looking for, used my 20% off coupon which is great, and was offered help out to the car, 5 stars!!!

Bed Bath & Beyond is one of my favorite stores, because it always has great selections that I won’t find in any other store. I’ve been going here on and off for about a year, and they always have things I need for the bathroom, living room, or just home décor. The people who work here are very knowledgeable when it comes to the items they sell. I recently bought a wok pan here, and I didn’t understand the quality of the pan, so I asked the store manager and he gave me and my wife a detailed orientation on the brands and quality of the pans. I was totally impressed, and I would recommend this particular location for anyone and everyone looking for good items for their home.

Always had a great experience here except for the time I went in to return some items. Very Very rude employee by the name of Martha rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I was trying to return some items. Called management and they even stated that this was not the first complaint. Seriously if you dont like your job then find another one!

Very close to the house, and never too packed. Huge parking lot with all the other places near by, and I’m in and out quick.
The service staff is always very friendly with either me or my wife when we come in and we always find what we need.
Organized and neat. What else can you ask for :) Esp when they have 20% coups comin in the mail all the time. Sign up online and print them out too, you can print out multiple copies, but you can only use one per purchase, so it can get annoying.

Bed, Bath and Beyond have a little bit of everything for every room of your home. The store is always clean and well organized (even on Black Friday). I can always seem to find what I need here… but not necessarily for the price that I want it for. Thank goodness they are generous with their coupons. 20% may not seem like a whole lot (especially with the insane sales taxes we pay), but it helps bring their prices down to what you might find at other stores on sale. I love to come and buy Yankee Candles. Every month there are three scents on sale at 25% off. If you add the 20% coupon on top of the sale price… it’s a great deal. I rarely purchase anything here without a coupon.

Large Bed, Bath, & Beyond
This location is large and has a large parking lot. Prices are fair and it is organized. You know when your browsing through amazon and see something you really want to buy and don’t need for your place. well they usually carry it at B, B, & B and you don’t have to pay for shipping. The downfall is that you’ll probably walk out of the buy one or two more items you intended because this place is a materialized infomercial. When they say Bed, Bath, Beyond: Kitchen, Containers, Patio, Closet, Garage, Office. Would love to see this chain carry more eco-​friendly and responsible products.

Here’s the thing…
I went to Culinary School, a very good school, Johnson & Wales University to be exact. While at school we used some very expensive knives. The knives were adamantium sharp but had to be sharpened once a week. A set of chef knives can run you well over $ 1000. You’d expect them to hold their edge longer for the price
What does this have to do with BBB?
I’m getting to that.
At BBB, they sell knives, all kinds of knives. They even sell a brand called «Magic Knives». No they’re not like the Ginsu knives your parents bought, these knives actually kick ass. The Rock & Chop knife is the best knife I’ve ever used. It actually makes chopping fun.
If you’re experienced in the kitchen, these knives will blow you out of the water. I’m serious. I’m a skeptic turned disciple. These knives really are magic.
As far as this BBB is concerned, it’s your average home store. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Except for those magic knives…
