Westwood, MA
Great place to go play some pool or darts and grab some beers for cheap tab. Not sure how many billiards tables there are but it has to be at least 8. Bartenders are really friendly and will always have a conversation. Short tempers on some of the bouncers but don’t you put your beer anywhere near the pool table!
Pizza is always a last minute decision that could go either way with quality.

Had Salmon Cioppino and it was excellent. Wife had clam chowder — delicious — & a fish sandwich. The only minor irritant was the young waitress calling my wife «love» every time she came over. At least she didn’t say «guys.» We are seniors and prefer a more professional approach even in a pub. Since it was Monday they offered free pool in the lower level. We have eaten in a couple of local pubs and this was the best food and the prices were reasonable. Worth a visit.

We went to Napper Tandy’s last night and had at best terrible service. We should have known something was wrong when we had to go and find the hostess. Our waitress was nice enough but we had an issue with one of the meals and she ended up making up a story as to why it took almost 45 minutes for 3 burgers and a small pizza. The bar managered said she was sorry and offered us a gift certificate to come back. We didn’t take it and won’t be back. The moral of the story is always be truethfull with your customers and don’t make excuses. The simple trueth always works the best.

I really liked this meal. There were some really good vegetarian options and the food was good. Our service was good (contrary to other reviews) and the beer list was great. We will be back often. I liked our entrees more than other pubs in the area. This is our number one choice in the area.

Great atmosphere. Good food (Killer lunch specials!). Service is OK. Why one star then? I give one star because this location has the RUDEST bar tender I have ever met. She is cold, and nasty towards her customers. She swears like a sailor and is just not at all pleasant. I believe she used to work at this location when it was formerly Becketts. Every time I have gone in there day, or night, she has been there. and at no time have I seen anything other then trashy and unprofessional.
Save yourself the pain of dealing with this retchit woman, and go over to The Ravens Nest!

This place never disappoints! We have been here 3 times now and love it more every time. Colleen (bartender) is amazing. She literally makes you feel like family. Sam, a new server, absolutely nails what customer service is all about. He is awesome. The food and beer selection is top notch and the outdoor patio is huge and inviting. For a the bad reviewers. give them another shot and I am sure you will change your mind. This place rules. Thanks Napper’s!

Best Pub around for MILES!
Pretty damn good food for a pub. Plenty of draft choices. A fair amount of food choices on the menu, a little something for everyone. Fair prices. And they’ve got the pool hall downstairs with air hockey, and a few dart boards for entertainment.
This is another place I try to hangout at as often as possible. It’s also the first place on my list when friends visit for a night out.

I live right down the road on 1a and I’ve given this place so many chances and it always disappoints. Between their $ 2 games of pool, and staff that’ll have you waiting a half an hour for the check (happened on THREE seperate occasions) I don’t know why I keep giving it a second chance. I recently went here for food with the wife and the meat we received was bland and a light grey color. Rather go to the napper tandys in Norwood.

Very nice place. Very big inside. Must be very busy on weekend nights. Went here for lunch on Sunday. I had the Nantucket haddock. It was baked haddock with clam chowder on it and bread crumbs. It was excellent. My wife had a burger that was cooked the way she ordered it. She was pleased and said the fries were good. Decent beer selection.

We booked a party of twenty 2 hours before which is short notice. Nappers pulled through jess are server was on top of her game! Food was excellent and so was service! My whole crazy Irish family was happy

Went here tonight 6÷6÷14. Service was horrible. Waitress drops placemat on floor and still sets it in front of me. My wife gets a cloudy wine glass with lipstick all over the rim. Exchanged without apology. Som ordered sweet potato fries gets regular fries. Again exchanged without apology. Ordered several drinks that sat in the bar and I went up and got myself. Waitress was young and very inexperienced but looked around and unfortunately she has nobody to teach her. They were all terrible including the bartenders and manager. Big thumbs down.

My family and I are regulars at Nappers. Its a great bar/​restaurant with good music/​good service/​very friendly staff along with a top tier beer selection and excellent food options for both adults and kids.
Nappers is unpretentious and welcoming. What else could you ask for in local setting? We always see friends with their families enjoying some food/​drink and conversation.

This was my second time at Napper Tandy’s. We were seated and never served. We waited 15 minutes and after several waitresses waked past several times… we left. Way too many options in the area to put up with this kind of service.

I have been here a few times now and had a good time. Inside, there is plenty of space at the bars and dining room. Downstairs there is another bar and plenty of pool tables and dart boards, which puts all other bars in the area to shame. Food is pretty good and drink selection is great. Service is typically friendly and quick.
Unfortunately, last night I sat on the patio out front. It’s on the main road, so it can be noisy. The patio used to be parking, so the tables weren’t necessarily level. I can deal with those things, but I had awful service. Incorrect beers were brought out, 3 point glasses were plopped on the table, but we were never told which beers belonged go who. We soon figured it out on our own. She never checked in on us and made us feel like we were bothering her for sitting outside (there were 4 other parties outside with different servers).

We love Nappies. I’ve taken my teenage son there for lunch and we both had excellent burgers and fries. I’ve gone to Nappies with friends for drinks and love the beer list and friendly staff. I’ve gone to Nappies for dinner with my wife and loved the fish and chips.
All thumbs up.

Oh my god, YES! Finally a genuinely good place to watch a game in the greater Walpole area! Spacious, plenty of TVs and awesome beers (21st Amendment on draught, Boulevard 80 Acre in bottle!). This is everything I like about the Norwood location but on steroids — bigger, better and shiny-​new. We had the Thai chili wings, Queen margherita pizza and steak and cheese egg rolls. Your waitress Jessica was awesome — super nice and wicked knowledgeable about the beers.
