Well gave it another shot. Absolutely delicious. Got a burger on chipotle bun reg ffn drink. So fucking good.

On a Sunday evening the line was out the door there was one person at there register. One person for a Sunday night and the line is out the door??? Then after a half hour wait we got to the front were we found out they ran out of bacon. They ran out of freaking bacon at a burger place. Bacon that’s like running out of napkins or ketchup. How does that happen!!! Did they not order enough from the vendor or as clearly demonstrated by the lack of people working registers they must not care at all. That’s not getting into the disgusting dining room that is a boarder line health code violation.

Good food but so dirty!!! tables aren’t cleaned so no one can sit there. The floor needs to be swept.

I visited smashburger on Sunday. The location was nice and clean, but the atmosphere wasn’t the best. The cashier met me with a serious (not smiling) attitude, then I could hear the noisy beeping sounds of the kitchen. The hamburger was amazing, so were the French fries, but I wouldn’t recommend the onion rings. Strawberry shake was delicious.

Came here one Saturday night before a movie. The man behind the counter taking our order was not personable at all and rude. He was having a side conversation while taking our order. He had no clue what I said. I later learned that he was the manager. When we went to go look for seating, all of the tables were dirty and the floors were disgusting. There was food and napkins everywhere. The food came out fast. The order of fries we received bead so small. I’ve been to smash burger plenty of times and have never gotten only 20 fries in my order. It took almost 30 mins for us to get our milkshakes. We finished and our food and sat for a while just waiting for our milkshakes. They came out and gave us these huge mixing metal cups that they made the milkshake in. They said they were having trouble and run out of glass cups. If you run out of «to stay» cups why didn’t you just put it in a to go cup? I was just overall disappointed and annoyed at this place. No one that worked here seemed to care or clean. The manager was apart of the problem. I wish I saw how messy it was before I ordered because I would have turned right back around!

My boyfriend and I decided to try this Smashburger instead of driving to the one in Hicksville. That was our first mistake. The guy behind the counter was less than personable. I cut him some slack because it’s a Saturday night and maybe he’s just tired. Then we walk further into the restaurant and the first thing that strikes you is how dirty it is. The floors are filthy — milkshakes, receipts, French fries, dot the dirty floor. Every table we went to sit at was loaded with garbage. There aren’t any trash cans because the staff are supposed to clean the tables, which they obviously were not doing. We finally find a clean table all the way in the back, next to another dirty table. My boyfriend had to step over another spilled milk shake to get to his seat. I went to get a soft drink and there were no lids next to the soda machine, only a dirty pile of mixed lids in a pile on the counter. I went to get a fork and there weren’t any, all the utensil baskets were empty. We both agreed that if we had seen the condition of the restaurant before we paid, we would have walked out. The staff were wheeling out smelly garbage past our table while we were eating which gave us a glimpse into the kitchen, which also had a filthy floor floor as well. We spent 45 minutes in the restaurant, while we watched the staff flirting with customers, cursing, playing around and yelling loudly from one end of the restaurant to the other, taking multiple smoke breaks outside our window while they left smelly table rags on the table next to ours. The food was just ok, not prepared nearly as well in the one in Hicksville. We both ate quickly to get out of there as the filth and behavior of the staff made the experience very poor. We will NOT be returning to this Smashburger, save yourself the aggravation and go to the one in Hicksville.

Went there tonight. Waited ten minutes with one person in front of me. One kid working the register and making shakes. Get to place my order and was told there would be a twenty to thirty minute wait. Never going back.

Decent quick food. Not an exquisite cuisine by any means. The sit down area is huge. The people working here are the best. They bring you your food and never say much and allow you to just eat. That’s something you don’t see very much or expect from a fast food place

Good fast food style burger. I like the different options they have for burgers and you can also build your own. I’ve eaten at smashburger before and I have yet to have a chicken sandwich only a burger so I can’t comment on those. BBQ, Bacon and cheddar burger was good and the regular size smash was enough, but I also got fries and a shake.
My chocolate shake was good, but came out after I was done eating everything. Sweet potato fries were a nice change from regular fries. Just wish their prices were cheaper. You will most likely spend over $ 25 for two people to eat and it’s fast food style burgers, they are not cooked to your preference.

Stopped in for dinner with my fiancée. A little underwhelmed overall. My bbq bacon burger was fine, and my fiancée’s classic smash was good. However, the sides we ordered were wrong, and when it was pointed out, no effort was made to make it right.
Also trying to find a seat was difficult. It wasn’t crowded but there wasn’t a clean table in the place. Every single one had a previous diner’s garbage on it. Disgusting. They don’t have garbage cans available throughout the restaurant, so I’d expect busboys to be on top of it. Clearly not the case here.
Oh well. Food isn’t bad for a decent burger but the service leaves something to be desired.

Consistently good food. My favorite is the truffle mushroom swiss burger. It’s always delicious! My favorite sides are the sweet potato fries (with honey mustard) and fried pickles (with ranch). And don’t forget the strawberry shake! The restaurant is generally very clean with tables being turned over pretty quickly.

After seeing a new location pop up in Brooklyn, I decided to try out Smashburger. I am an avid lover of a good, fresh, all-​American burger and this place delivers it superbly. I walked in and ordered a classic smash with the smash fries. The wait time seemed unbearable since I was so hungry. But it was well worth the wait. The burger tasted fresh and was seasoned well. The fix-​ins were also very fresh and crisp. What really made me love this meal though, were the smash fries. The rosemary and olive oil give them a unique and rustic flavor that is unforgettable without overpowering them. The service is also very good with a multitude of courteous staff. I would however, recommend ordering in advance online, just to speed up the process and prevent the wait time. Overall, among the many burger places out nowadays, I would place Smashburger as #2 on my list, right under ShakeShack. Moreover, I can’t wait to return and would recommend anyone try it.

It was my first time at a Smash Burger. I stopped in with the little lady tonight and was pleasantly surprised.
It’s pretty much good fast food. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries and my girlfriend got a chicken sandwich and peanut butter shake.
All the food was good and we walked out spending about $ 20. I will definitely go back when I want a quick burger.

Always felt strange writing about chain restaurants, but considering this burger is better than most pub burgers I’ve ever had, I just couldn’t pass it up.
Nothing fancy, but you will get an awesome burger, with pretty much whatever you can dream up to put on top of it. The cheesy fries are to die for!!!

It’s a typical fast food place but with clean décor and cutlery. This place is always kept clean and the staff has never been rude, even as my indecisiveness holds up the line.
I don’t really enjoy their burgers, because its a bit too chewier than I prefer. However, their salads are decent and I am in love with the cheese fries. The fries themselves are very thinly cut haystack kind of fries, which you might enjoy if you prefer McD shoestring to thicker cut fries. The cheese sauce is great. It is not nacho cheese nor is it a slice of cheddar melted on the fries. It feels almost like a cheesy roux.
It is not the most conveniently located because the intersection gets crazy during high traffic times, but it’s clean, the food is solid, and they won’t rush you out.

Another good and upcoming burger chain; I wish they were more original with their logo, though. I have eaten here about three or four times and they burgers are delicious but not anything special. I wouldn’t choose this place in comparison to Shake Shack or BurgerFi — if given the option. However, if a well made burger is what you’re looking for than you’ll find it here.
I’m not sure how «healthy» this place is, in regards to the quality of their meat (GMO, hormone free, grass fed, etc.), but I believe their burgers are 100% Angus Beef. Not that his matters to everyone on the hunt for a cheeseburger but it is something I try to look for when I’m out to eat. Smashburger has plenty of menu items that range from your standard burger to goat cheese chicken sandwiches (see photo). Whether you’re a meat-​lover or a vegetarian, there are options here for everyone and at an affordable cost.
The sides are delicious as well and I will definitely eat here again. The staff is a little strange and overbearing at times so maybe next time I will just take it to go.

But seriously the Avocado Chicken Club is amazing. Get it. Now.
Also, the haystack onions. Delicious. Oh, and the sweet potato fries. Try them both.

So I’ve been here a few times now, and each time I go in the experience gets worse to the point where my previous review no longer seems applicable. The lines can be very long here, and often times I see a single employee working the register while 2 employees are behind him/​her chatting away. I understand if they aren’t cashiers but if you aren’t helping move the line along maybe doing something a little more productive or take taking your break in a less distracting place would be more helpful. And when we take a seat the tables have looked clean but were sticky like soda had been split and then dried.
The quality of the burgers seem to range wildly from amazing to under cooked to charred. The shakes are great but be prepared to pay 5 bucks for a drink about the size of a small drink at most fast food places.
I hope this place gets its act together.

I’m knocking this place down a star. I love the food, I really do, but I consistently am disappointed by one thing or another here. On more than one occasion, I’ll pay for an ingredient, and when I get home the ingredient isn’t on top of my burger. Also, the sauce I order is rarely on the burger. I shouldn’t have to check the burger before I leave.
Last night, our cashier was confused about our order. We ordered 2 smash fries and had a coupon for free sweet potato fries, so we snagged those as well. So 3 orders in total. He even recreated it back to us, but was ultimately confused and went to get a key from the manager to take one fry off.
So we go and wait for our food, and I inspect the receipt and see that the mistake was not remedied and we were still missing an order of fries. Honestly, I work in food service and deal with customers every single day, I understand what goes on. So when I brought it up to the manager, I assumed he would quickly remedy the situation. But, not before giving me a serious attitude and speaking to me like an idiot. I’m sorry, is it my fault the cashier didn’t understand how to put in the order? He was rude and had the audacity to roll his eyes at me!
To make matters worse, I have a serious issue with the fact that the manager wasn’t wearing gloves as he placed orders in bags. He put his bare fingers in the cup to stand the fries up, close enough to touch them. That is unsanitary and if the health department showed up and saw that, they’d be in serious trouble.
They need to get their acts together.
