I wanted to love it here. I really did. Pro(s): The meat in my al pastor tacos was pretty good. Con(s): the tacos are really small(you get three) for what you pay. They only put onions and lettuce on the tacos except for hard shell ground beef? Also, the al pastor tacos didn’t have any pineapple salsa. Is that just an American thing? It’s never busy, so I guess that was a red flag… Just go to Chipotle or Las Margaritas in Southampton.

This place is great and my girlfriend and I can’t seem to stop going there. We always get chimichangas which are the best you’ll get. The combo deals are great with this and the tacos, chalupas, and burritos are all very good. I have still yet to try the real entrees, because I continually have cravings for the things I’ve already tried. The spicy peanut taco sauce that comes with orders is also a delicacy for spicy food aficionados.

I liked my tacos, however we had some bad experiences: –My husbands sandwich was terrible. It was a Cubano, but not well made. –The service was very slow and forgetful. –my daughter’s soup was huge when she made us think we were getting a small bowl It is too bad. I had hoped to find anothe Mexican restaurant

Some of the best Mexican food in the area. Service is awesome! Very friendly and inviting atmosphere. All of the food is incredibly flavorful and authentic. Service is fast so you can stop by for lunch break during the work week. I highly recommend this place!

Great Mexican food! The pre-meal nachos you get comes with a sweet salsa(homemade, I believe) that never tastes the same twice, but is always amazing. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Great place to have a bite on your lunch break. Also, the two people who are always running the restaurant during the day are two of the nicest people in the planet. Chatting with them is one of the best things about eating here.

A great«dive» Mexican food place. The ambience isn’t great, but the service is fantastic and the food even better. Everything is freshly made and delicious. A wonderful hidden gem on Street Road near Jacksonville.

I absolutely love their food!!! I’ve been ordering from here for about a year and they never disappoint me. The Lil lady that works in there is so sweet and kind. I’m always greeted with a smile and a pleasant attitude. They are usually empty when I go in but it doesn’t bother me because the food speaks for itself. I always get the soft tacos and the nachos. Super yummy!!! I’m actually going there today for lunch

This is some of the best, most authentic mexican I have had. The feel is like you are sitting in the owners kitchen. You can tell that everything is created from scratch and the portions are very generous. This is a must try hidden gem restaurant!

What a gem! I would have never come across this place had I not seen it on Unilocal. It’s located in a tiny strip mall, and probably overlooked by alot of people but it’s SO worth the trip. It’s nothing fancy, so if you’re the type of person who needs a great atmosphere this place isn’t for you. however, the food is AMAZING. I am assuming it’s family run and the mother cooks all of the food herself. We were the only ones in here on a Friday night and were blown away by the taste of the food and how generous the portions were. I ordered the chicken mole enchiladas and my boyfriend ordered the pork burrito(it was huge!) and I could not stop raving to the waitress about how good it was. the prices are exceptionally reasonable as well! we spent 24 $ and we are already planning a trip back in a few weeks. they do take out as well and I was told will start to deliver soon to. Give them a try!

Wow this place has gone down down down hill. I ate in one day and it was Amazing and fresh. Got takeout today and it was horrible!!! Chicken mole tamale. It was obviously microwaved since the outside of the tamale was literally burnt. Again you can obviously tell it was put in the mic. The tacos. Literally were swimming in grease! Terrible. What a waste of $ 14. Totally disappointed. 100% keep driving by next time.

Glad I found this gem! We have been searching for authentic Mexican food since moving to PA and this place hit the spot. Plenty of parking. Wasn’t too busy on a Saturday afternoon. We sat anywhere and immediately got waters and chips and salsa. Salsa was mild and the chips very extra crunchy! I had a chorizo Torta and my husband ordered a carnitas Torta. See pictures for visual goodness! The portions were plentiful and flavorful, we both needed to go boxes. The salsa verde was delicious! Spicy but delicious. Our server Kyle was very attentive. The owner lady that said goodbye to us was very nice and welcomed us back anytime. I can’t wait to come back and try something new!

I ordered tacos al pastor and a chorizo burrito to go. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. Pleasantly surprised by the tacos. Generous portion of tasty braised pork, diced onions, and cilantro. They came with lime slices and two small sides of a watery salsa. Didn’t like the salsa, I just used the hot sauce in my fridge. The burrito was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. Chorizo was greasy and had the consistency of dog food, seriously. Was not a fan of the rest of the lettuce, beans, etc either. I threw it out after two bites. I can’t comment on the service, because I only ordered takeout. I really wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re looking for sit-down dinner ambiance, it’s a tired looking storefront inside a strip mall that looks like it could use a serious scrubbing. Just a bunch of tables in one room, nothing special. I can only recommend ordering tacos via takeout, nothing else positive to comment on.

What a disappointment. Things have changed since Easter 2015. The lovely lady who waited on customers and her chef are no longer there. Perhaps she cooked the food herself? Those of you who were able to patronize the place before today some authentic Mexican consider yourselves fortunate. Today’s meal was disgusting. Everything tasted like it came out of a can of Goya. This place is not long for this strip mall location.

This is our go to spot for real for fresh and tasty Mexican food. The caldo de pollo is amazing on a cold night or if you need a cure for the sniffles. I also highly recommend the tamales, they are moist and light as a feather. Check out this hidden gem!

My stomach is busting. Short of the Mission district in San Francisco, this is some of the best authentic Mexican food in the North 50. Try the«Jamaica», hibiscus beverage. The tamales are lighter than a feather. Enchiladas Verde is a sure bet and if you are looking for a real treat, order the chicken soup. Service may be a bit slow, we’ll worth the wait.

First thanks to all who have reviewed this place, it’s because of you that I tried Taco Suave. The pineapple water was awesome and so were their chips and salsa. I had the Tierea y Mar and it was very tasty. For dessert I had the Flan, wow it was great. My waitress Shirley was outstanding. She was just like the other reviewer below said, happy, always smiling and answered all my questions from her heart not in rush or like I was bothering her. I travel all over the US ad I wish all of my waitresses was half what she was. Thank you Shirley, you have a friend for life.

My expectations were largely driven by the name of this establishment. Yes, they were low. We were pleasantly surprised by tasty pork tacos with fresh cilantro. Also, we tried both the agua piña and the agua fresa. Don’t forget the sautéed cactus! To learn more, click on this link:

It pains me to remember the recently completed dinner at Taco Suave. Such high expectations after reading the other reviews. Such auspicious beginnings. Such a sudden and disappointing finale. We walked in to this tiny strip mall corner restaurant. About a dozen tables with white table clothes. I was thinking that in my experience, the hole in the wall Mexican joints were always the best. At least, that had been true in Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado and even SoCal. We sat and ordered the Agua de Pina(Pineapple Water), which was a first and a pleasant drink of diluted pineapple juice whipped to a froth. Really good! I was getting more excited as I imagined we had just discovered the Fountain of Youth drink right here in Warrington. Then the homemade Chips and Fresh Salsa came out. Heavy crunchy mild oily sensation with a mild Mexi flavor, and a Tomato, Cilantro Salsa with a sweetness equal to the chili’s heat. Loved it. Encouraged and feeling adventurous by the fun of the apps and drink, I went for the Pollo Dorado(Golden Fried Chicken), the most expensive item on the menu. Visions of plump chicken breast with a wonderful fruity sauce danced in my head. My friends had a Burrito de Carne Asada, and a Taco con Queso. What was placed before me was instead three over cooked deep fried drumsticks with an oil soaked brown coating that tasted primarily of salt. My physical reaction to eating this was matched by the instantly deflated sense of gluttony so rudely assaulted and kicked to the curb. I kept eating hoping for a secondary burst of flavor to save this. It did not come. I passed around the chicken and the reaction was universal. Bad. The Burrito de Carne Asada was large and full of bits of beef and cheese, but way too mild, and a bit too fatty. It was left one third eaten. The Taco con Queso presented well, but was practically tasteless. We liberally added hot salsa to throw them life preservers, but we could not save them. The dinner was a victim of drowning. We will not be back. I wish I had a different review to write about Taco Suave, but true to the Unilocalers Creed, I cannot hide from the bitter taste of a disappointing meal. Our server, Mirna, was great!
