Comfort Inn & Suites at Robins Air Force Base

This was the first time traveling with our dog, so we needed a pet friendly hotel. Found this hotel online. Keith checked us in, super nice, welcoming and helpful! Room was very clean and we were right by the outside door as requested. Breakfast was included and plentiful! All around a very good experience! Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights and really liked it!
Great selection of pillows for the comfy bed, nice big bathroom and decent work space.
The hotel is a little older property, but nicely maintained.
The office staff we’re all very pleasant and always say hello when they see you.
The breakfast here is great! Beverly runs the breakfast every morning, and it is obvious she really cares about putting out a organized and wholesome breakfast.
I will stay here again and again when I’m back in this area.
Only thing. It’s about 10 minutes from hotel to restraints. No bigge though.

I may have nearly died three times but hot fresh cookies at 8 made me LIVE! They have a pool but it’s outdoors and I’m not about to put up with bugs in GA. It’s all fun and games sleeping in on the weekend unless to Sunday and your room is over the conference room, pretty to get religion whether you want it or not. They hold a small church service in the conference room with a really loud little speaker. The workout room seems ok and it’s really close to the base and right down the road from awesome Asian food.

I was staying here because the on base hotel was full. I was very surprised with the helpfulness of the staff and the amenities provided by the hotel.
Pros — close to the AFB, free wifi, free breakfast, very friendly staff (all of them), remodeled rooms (recarpeted, painted, flat screens, etc).
Cons — you can tell its an «older» hotel, but the newer renovations, friendly staff and breakfast spread, more than make up for it.
My experience, at first I was disappointed to not be able to stay on base, so I wasn’t too happy when I first checked in. I read some of the reviews on other websites and noticed that everyone was satisfied with their stay here, so I figured «why not»? When I checked in, I specifically asked about the freshly baked cookies the staff provided every night. Unfortunately, I had a late meeting and I couldn’t grab a few for the evening. The next morning, the front desk clerk greeted me as I stopped by for the breakfast, and saved me some of the cookies because she remembered that I wouldn’t be able to partake. Every morning while I was there, she saved me some cookies and gave them to me as before I left for the office. Wow… what a great staff!
I will definitely stay here again!!!

This hotel was great. Comfy beds, free hot breakfast, tea and coffee available all day. The rooms are nice, new and clean with a fridge and small freezer. I slept great! Front desk staff was welcoming and nice, asking to make sure everything was ok during my stay and even offered to give people in our group a ride to the Groome shuttle location because they didn’t start pick up earlier enough for some of our flights. Also, perfect location if you need to get on Robins AFB. Overall, I had a great experience, with no hassle and would definitely stay here again.

At first, I was worried about staying here since there was only 1 other review, but when we arrived, I was so pleasantly surprised. From what I understand, this is a pretty new building and the lobby area was open and just lovely. When you first walk in, there are cookies waiting for you (it’s just a nice touch) and the ladies who worked at the check-​in desk were all very kind.
I think I interacted with every employee there (my husband was there on business and I was there with our little 1 month old). Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was stellar and the room was great.
My husband is seeing to have to go back on a regular basis and will be staying here from now on when he is in town.

I saw nothing wrong with this hotel besides the fact that its not a central location to Warner Robins area-​activities. That’s probably why I’m the first one to review it…
It’s only about a 5 – 15 drive to the shopping, entertainment, and the air force base. a few of us got a suite there b/​c we were in a wedding being held in Warner Robins and it was big enough for 6 people. The bathroom was inconvenient tho: the sinks were in part of the room and then you had to go into another small room for the toilet and shower. I did love the settings on the shower though!
The staff was friendly and we were conveniently located next to the door outside we could bring our luggage in. The continental breakfast was real food (waffles, eggs, sausage) and hot. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool because it wasn’t open, but it looked cute.
Oh, concerning maintenance, we were watching the PITT vs. Butler game and the TV went black on the 4^th quarter. All of us being PITT alumni, we called the front desk a little irate and they brought a new flat screen TV to our room in less than 3 minutes.
Eh, i’d stay there again if I had to.
